Where did the thought come from? **Speaker 3** If you are not thinking it, then read making your thoughts low. **Speaker 3** *Tonk* **Speaker 3** And if you're not thinking of all else, what does that do to how you think of yourself? **Speaker 3** We need to find ourselves partly by what we hold in front. **Speaker 3** *Sounds of **Speaker 3** because just as each passing dog has a good dog. **Speaker 3** They are known as you. **Speaker 3** Продолжение следует... **Speaker 3** So which mom do I see so much? **Speaker 1** Well, we did one, and we started to change. **Speaker 1** We did two, and we figured out how to control of the other thoughts. **Speaker 2** Then we went on to 3, where we started talking about the object of nature is how you are, **Speaker 2** and the rest of it after the end of the chapter, that was all a long version of the different **Speaker 4** I wanted to describe a little bit about what's going to happen tonight. **Speaker 4** Just so you know. **Speaker 4** Let's see. **Speaker 4** I still have some class. **Speaker 4** And then we'll take the usual break. **Speaker 4** Maybe a little bit late. **Speaker 4** Actually I was very kind and excited because today's the next we wanted tonight. **Speaker 4** I mean, I don't know, sometimes we stick up to the rest of the room, but we're not going to do that here. **Speaker 4** Then we'll have some more class, and then there's going to be some kind of closing ceremony, **Speaker 4** and we'd like to do some blessing for each person if they want it. **Speaker 4** So, you know, when we get to that part, I think we'll just let everybody stand out and move around and spill things on the floor and stuff. **Speaker 4** And people who want to go home, if you have to work in the morning, you can go home. **Speaker 4** But we'd like to give a blessing to each person who wants it. **Speaker 4** And then Mama Christie and I were thinking, you know, we kind of like to go to a movie after we're out. **Speaker 4** We made life in the house. **Speaker 4** I mean, we had the happy other hospice series in Tucson. **Speaker 4** Then we had the party talks in Tucson. **Speaker 4** Then we had five weeks of courses in Iron Mountain. **Speaker 4** Then we had the party talks here. **Speaker 4** Then we had this. **Speaker 4** We only had a break for like two months or something. **Speaker 4** It's so... **Speaker 4** We really like dance with a dolly. **Speaker 1** So, there's a new movie on tonight called Bill. **Speaker 4** And we were thinking in the break, maybe Rob could find somebody to go down. **Speaker 4** I think you need to wear it at 12:45, okay? **Speaker 4** So, is that right? **Speaker 4** I think that's right. She's at the right time. **Speaker 4** I kind of need a head count now. **Speaker 4** I'm not trying to ruin your weekend comments or anything. **Speaker 1** I'm wondering if you're going to get a couple of people. **Speaker 1** Don't stand wrong, okay? **Speaker 1** It's fun. **Speaker 1** I'll turn on for a minute. **Speaker 1** You know **Speaker 1** I'm going to have a piece of paper on it. **Speaker 1** Your name's on it. **Speaker 1** Your name's on it by 11 o'clock. **Speaker 1** And I'm not sure you don't have a seat. **Speaker 4** I wanted to talk some more about you teaching. **Speaker 4** So one more pitch about you teaching before we start tonight. **Speaker 4** Because I think it's as important as the course. **Speaker 4** Because the idea is that we're passing on to you a certain lineage that went into Japan a thousand years ago. **Speaker 4** And now it's moving to the West, meaning also Australia and China. **Speaker 4** But we don't want to see you die. **Speaker 4** We want to see the lineage go on strongly. **Speaker 4** So, again, we'd like to encourage you to consider teaching. **Speaker 4** And we're going to repeat that. Where's mom? **Speaker 4** Nancy Karen. **Speaker 4** Can we give a hand to Anatole's mom? **Speaker 4** Second best joke is... **Speaker 4** ...I'm scared. **Speaker 1** She said I was cute, I don't know. **Speaker 4** But the reason all these posters are up around the room **Speaker 4** is so you can see what other people are doing. **Speaker 4** Nancy Canberra is standing up. She has a place called Three Drones. **Speaker 4** spaces directed, and you're welcome to come and bring your own idea. So tonight, what **Speaker 4** I wanted to teach you tonight was be creative. You know, like, think of some new kind of **Speaker 4** yoga approach. And I had an article from the Toronto newspaper, and Lala Maru was in it, **Speaker 4** and David Gluck was in it, and they were talking, a half-page article, about how yoga **Speaker 4** how we can bring yoga to modern life **Speaker 4** and different approaches for yoga. **Speaker 4** And we'd like to see you think about **Speaker 4** new ways of yoga, new kinds of yoga. **Speaker 4** So we're going to give some suggestions **Speaker 4** that we're thinking about. **Speaker 4** One is, we were in Paris, **Speaker 4** and we did yoga there. **Speaker 4** And then after yoga, we went to the nightclubs. **Speaker 4** actually because we were studying **Speaker 4** the Arab population **Speaker 4** of France and we were thinking to do **Speaker 4** some **Speaker 4** programs for the Arab population **Speaker 4** and **Speaker 4** so there were some Lebanese **Speaker 4** bands playing **Speaker 4** it's kind of homework **Speaker 4** and **Speaker 4** but it occurred to us that it would be really nice **Speaker 4** to have sort of a mixture of **Speaker 4** yoga **Speaker 4** and dance **Speaker 4** yoga and drum and bass. **Speaker 4** So we got down here and we told like, DJs, good DJs, and good music people. **Speaker 4** So we were thinking, and in France what we were thinking about is trying to get them to be healthy, **Speaker 4** like eat well and not smoke in the clouds and have this vision to have like yoga mats spread across the whole cloud and then do some kind of... **Speaker 4** A broccoli bar. **Speaker 1** A broccoli bar. **Speaker 1** Yeah. **Speaker 4** And I changed the young people's habits maybe through dance and music and like on your face. **Speaker 4** So you could experiment that, you know, if you're into dance and you're into yoga, then make something up. **Speaker 4** You know, get John's music and then get M12 for yoga or vice versa. **Speaker 4** You know, and then bring it to the three jewels and test it out. Test drive it at the three jewels. **Speaker 4** You'll get 5, 10 people, 20 people will come. **Speaker 4** And then see what happens, and then modify it and change it. **Speaker 4** And be a little creative, okay? **Speaker 4** Be a little free in how you think about yoga. **Speaker 4** We took a class from a student of Shira Ricks. **Speaker 4** And then we were fortunate enough to take a class from her in Hoka. **Speaker 4** And she said, everybody thinks the mat is like two-dimensional. **Speaker 4** You know, like everyone's just thinking this way or this way. **Speaker 4** and she uses the whole map. **Speaker 4** You're like facing every different way **Speaker 4** and then you're dancing sometimes **Speaker 4** and it's really beautiful. **Speaker 4** So don't think you have to be stuck **Speaker 4** in a certain series or something like that. **Speaker 4** Come up with some new ideas about yoga **Speaker 4** on your own **Speaker 4** and then try them at the three jewels. **Speaker 4** I would like to see a yoga **Speaker 4** just for computer people, **Speaker 4** computer programmers, **Speaker 4** for carpal tunnel and stuff like that. **Speaker 4** I think it would be really good **Speaker 4** and really there's many, many secretaries in New York **Speaker 4** who spend all day on the computer. **Speaker 4** There's many people who just... **Speaker 4** The programmers at our company used to work from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. **Speaker 4** to get the reports out the next morning. **Speaker 4** And these guys' hands were all twisted up **Speaker 4** and if they have some yoga, I think if you could do a yoga for computer people, **Speaker 4** I think it would be really awesome. **Speaker 4** We do a lot of yoga for prisoners. **Speaker 4** in prisons. **Speaker 4** And the original three jewels, we had programs **Speaker 4** for meditation and yoga **Speaker 4** in the local prisons. **Speaker 4** And that's a really wonderful **Speaker 4** place to stay. **Speaker 4** Chrissy and I went to yoga at the maximum **Speaker 4** security prison near us. **Speaker 4** And these guys are 20 years to life. **Speaker 4** And they, **Speaker 4** most of them know they're never going to get out. **Speaker 4** And we were those, I was afraid **Speaker 4** to bring a woman into this prison, you know. **Speaker 4** But we went in and they were **Speaker 4** very, very sweet. **Speaker 4** really sweet. **Speaker 4** And they have, when they meditate, **Speaker 4** it's like a curtain coming down. **Speaker 4** It's like, boom, you can feel boom. **Speaker 4** Because they meditate, **Speaker 4** they have nothing else to do, and they're not going anywhere. **Speaker 4** And they know it, you know. **Speaker 4** And they're so grateful. **Speaker 4** They're so, so grateful. **Speaker 4** And they work so hard. **Speaker 4** And after six months or a year, **Speaker 4** your meditation is better than **Speaker 4** anyone we've ever seen. **Speaker 4** And this whole myth **Speaker 4** about prisons being like, **Speaker 4** they're not going to rape you or they're going to kill you. **Speaker 4** It's not like that. **Speaker 4** Usually it's some guy who was 16 and he got to fight with somebody, **Speaker 4** he shot somebody, and he's there for the rest of his life. **Speaker 4** And there are people, very intelligent. **Speaker 4** We send them lots of courses, thousands and thousands of courses **Speaker 4** were sent to prisoners over the last 10 years. **Speaker 4** So that's a really nice exercise to do yoga. **Speaker 4** We have a really good opportunity. **Speaker 4** John Stilwell's wife's sister served in Afghanistan with a nurse, and she was in ambush there. **Speaker 4** And several people were killed. She saved some of the people. **Speaker 4** But then when she came back, she re-enlisted to serve at Walter Reed Hospital. **Speaker 4** And all the new wounded soldiers come into Walter Reed, and a lot of them are HPTs. **Speaker 4** And we've done some work with amputees and people who don't have a missing limb, right? **Speaker 4** And this kind of yoga can be a very beautiful thing. **Speaker 4** And you're only three hours from Washington by train. **Speaker 4** Three or four hours you can be in Washington. **Speaker 4** So if anyone's interested in that, I'd like to talk to them. **Speaker 4** Because I think there's 17 down there and work with soldiers who have been wounded. **Speaker 4** They're very depressed. **Speaker 4** They're very cheap-listed for us, the drugs they're on. **Speaker 4** You know, they're just, they're on the anti-depression, **Speaker 4** and every soldier has, like, a cocktail that they take three times a day just to be there. **Speaker 4** And I think it would be really beautiful if we had a team, a couple of people, **Speaker 4** could go down. **Speaker 4** Why don't we do the prisons in Arizona as we rotate? **Speaker 4** So you don't have to go every week. **Speaker 4** You could maybe end up going once a month or once every two months or something. **Speaker 4** So these are, whether it's German base, or, you know, entities from Iran, or whatever kind of idea you have, you can test it out as a tutorial. **Speaker 4** And that's what it's for. **Speaker 4** And any mix of yoga, meditation, anything, we're going to be going into Sacred Sound in tonight's class, and continuing in the next course. **Speaker 4** And these are... **Speaker 4** The world is open to you. **Speaker 4** And also collaborate with people. **Speaker 4** You know what I mean? Like get a group of three or four people. **Speaker 4** When I grew up with my mama, **Speaker 4** I moved in with him when I was 20 until I was like 40-something. **Speaker 4** We lived in the same house. **Speaker 4** And there are all these teacher politics. **Speaker 4** The students, they're all jealous of each other. **Speaker 4** And I remember this one old mama, he grabbed me one day. **Speaker 4** He said, you're really lucky. **Speaker 4** I said, what? **Speaker 4** He said, you're so jealous. **Speaker 1** You're really lucky. **Speaker 4** And that guy named Mark, right? **Speaker 4** And I'm like, yeah. **Speaker 4** And this is another student of my teaching. **Speaker 4** He said, jealousy is really good. **Speaker 4** And I said, why? **Speaker 4** Because then you'll compete with each other. **Speaker 4** And then you'll both get better. **Speaker 4** And then after that, you have to give it up, okay? **Speaker 4** Okay? **Speaker 4** It's not that many students does this. It repeats itself from millennia to millennia. **Speaker 4** The students are all, "Oh, this student gets more attention," or "This student gets better projects than me," **Speaker 4** or "I never get to talk to the law, but a lot of them never get to my email." **Speaker 4** They've been saying that since Hatshah's time. **Speaker 4** So what happens is, what we've got up and said this week is that if you want to be a successful teacher, it's not enough to know your stuff. **Speaker 4** It's not enough to have a good poster. **Speaker 4** It's not enough to get the planning right. **Speaker 4** You need to help other teachers be successful. **Speaker 4** Because that's the real cause of a successful teacher. **Speaker 4** is the karma of helping other teachers. **Speaker 4** So what's happening in Dhanomam is interesting. **Speaker 4** We're all jealous people, we're all angry people, we're all stupid people. **Speaker 4** Really, we are. **Speaker 4** But 1% we're trying to help the other people. **Speaker 4** 1% we're trying to change. **Speaker 4** We're struggling to change. **Speaker 4** And just 1% shift is so beautiful. **Speaker 4** Everyone's trying to help the other people teach. **Speaker 4** They're like, "Did you get students out in your last class?" **Speaker 4** I have not so many. I'll get you a dream one. I'll go out and get you a dream one. I'll do a better poster for you." **Speaker 4** And it's starting to spread. Why? Because it's more fun to work for other people than yourself. **Speaker 4** It's more fun to work for somebody else than yourself. **Speaker 4** When you design somebody else's poster and the thing goes, "Wow!" and they're happy. **Speaker 4** If you feel better than you do than if you had a successful class, and it's a big thing. **Speaker 4** It's like, I don't know, alcohol or some kind of drug, you know. **Speaker 4** Helping somebody else be successful is more satisfying than being successful. **Speaker 4** It's some kind of karma thing, right? **Speaker 4** So, again, work hard to support other teachers and team up with other people. **Speaker 4** What I did, the guy I was jealous of, he was working on his first book. **Speaker 4** I said, I'll edit it for you. **Speaker 4** It took me like, I've gone, it took me like five years. **Speaker 4** And I spent $30,000 of hard-earned pay to print this book. **Speaker 4** And ever since then, all my books are successful. **Speaker 4** It's kind of weird, right? **Speaker 4** It's really weird. **Speaker 4** And now we're very close. **Speaker 4** So, you know, you have to break down this wall between you and the other teachers. **Speaker 4** You have to break down this competition feeling. **Speaker 4** At least in this small group, you know, to be a real yogi. **Speaker 4** a real yogi, **Speaker 4** they want to see everybody. **Speaker 4** They want to make everyone else successful. **Speaker 4** First, it's unilateral. **Speaker 4** Right? **Speaker 4** First you take care of them. **Speaker 4** The karma comes later. **Speaker 4** Don't expect it right away. **Speaker 4** Don't say, **Speaker 4** yeah, I hope they're not sweet, **Speaker 4** but nobody came to my class too. **Speaker 4** They have a joke in Diamond Mountain. **Speaker 4** How will you know you're doing enough karma? **Speaker 4** How will you know you're doing enough karma? **Speaker 4** People will come to your class. **Speaker 4** So how do you know how long you have to help other people? **Speaker 4** Tell you the counter-back. **Speaker 4** Okay? **Speaker 4** Well, you can't help me, but I... **Speaker 4** Keep helping. **Speaker 4** Keep helping. **Speaker 4** And you're so happy. **Speaker 4** It makes you so happy. **Speaker 4** So, that's all. **Speaker 4** If you want to help the teacher in the dining room, we have 150 teachers there. **Speaker 4** They're all broke. **Speaker 4** We don't charge them anything. **Speaker 4** None of the teachers could say anything. **Speaker 4** There's no charges at all for the whole thing. **Speaker 4** And to do that we need help. To keep doing that we need help. **Speaker 4** So just shamelessly I'm asking if you would like that. **Speaker 4** Rob has kind of, you can have a table outside in the brain. **Speaker 4** And we have this thing where you sign up and they take a dollar a day off your credit card. **Speaker 4** They take one dollar a day off your credit card. **Speaker 4** And the whole university runs from that. **Speaker 4** We don't have any other income and we don't charge anybody. **Speaker 4** for anything. So, think about it, okay? It's a really good karma. It's for the people on **Speaker 4** these postings. And then next time we come for the fourth chapter, right? The rest of **Speaker 4** the third chapter, we expect to see you on the postings. We want to see you on the postings. **Speaker 2** Okay, we are still on chapter 4, verse 58, and I'll read it again, just the English. **Speaker 2** The entire world is nothing but a fabrication of our thoughts, and the clay of the mind itself is nothing but a fabrication of our thoughts. **Speaker 2** Give up this belief in what is nothing more than your thoughts. **Speaker 2** Learn to depend upon that which is beyond all thoughts. **Speaker 2** and surely, O Ram, you will attain peace. **Speaker 2** So this is a beautiful verse from the Yoga Vasispa. **Speaker 2** I'm talking about the letter to the verse. **Speaker 2** Learn to depend upon that which is beyond all thoughts **Speaker 2** and then surely you will attain peace. **Speaker 2** So what is that which is beyond all thoughts? **Speaker 2** You know, there's a pretty big misinterpretation of a lot of Hindu scriptures when they say, you know, stop thinking. **Speaker 2** Just like, stop all thoughts. **Speaker 2** And people mistake that for some kind of vegging out process. **Speaker 2** Well, I mean, if we could get enlightened by vegging out, you know, we would be at the bars instead of here. **Speaker 2** You know, we could just knock ourselves out by something else and it would be so easy. **Speaker 2** there's a way to stop any kind of conceptual thought. **Speaker 2** That's not what this is talking about. **Speaker 2** There's a way to stop all mistaken thoughts. **Speaker 2** It's getting a little bit warmer to what we're talking about. **Speaker 2** Not thinking that the cab driver who took you the wrong way on purpose **Speaker 2** to get more money is coming from their side and not from your side. **Speaker 2** It's a mistaken thought. **Speaker 2** And then stopping them is, in one way, the way to stop all wrong thoughts, all wrong conceptions. **Speaker 2** But the verse here, what it's talking about, is stopping all thoughts other than the direct perception of emptiness. **Speaker 2** So, you go into the direct perception of emptiness, there is no more subject state of mind, there is no more object. **Speaker 2** You have stopped the thoughts and you have stopped the thinker. **Speaker 2** And you are just immersed in ultimate reality. **Speaker 2** They call it ultimate reality, which we're going to talk about in the next couple of verses. **Speaker 2** how does that then help us obtain peace? **Speaker 2** We're working really, really hard on getting deeper and deeper into the Maha Hudra meditations. **Speaker 2** We can feel it like throughout this class, we're starting to get deeper and deeper into what it means **Speaker 2** to see that you and your thoughts are empty of any nature of their own, **Speaker 2** and you're getting a taste of it. **Speaker 2** You're starting to get a taste of it. **Speaker 2** Why? Why bother? **Speaker 2** What's the point? **Speaker 2** What's the point of seeing emptiness directly? **Speaker 2** what's the point **Speaker 2** I mean **Speaker 2** seeing everything **Speaker 2** is a totally **Speaker 2** different reality **Speaker 2** how does that **Speaker 2** help you **Speaker 2** with your **Speaker 2** undeceptive reality **Speaker 2** how does that **Speaker 2** help your **Speaker 2** anger and your **Speaker 2** jealousy **Speaker 2** how does that **Speaker 2** help the pain **Speaker 2** that you have **Speaker 2** to deal with **Speaker 2** throughout your life **Speaker 2** why does it **Speaker 2** make your pain **Speaker 2** go away **Speaker 2** I mean **Speaker 2** it doesn't **Speaker 2** seem at all **Speaker 2** related **Speaker 2** right **Speaker 2** like you **Speaker 2** go into **Speaker 2** this **Speaker 2** trance-like **Speaker 2** state **Speaker 2** where there **Speaker 2** is no **Speaker 2** subject **Speaker 2** and there **Speaker 2** is no **Speaker 2** object **Speaker 2** and then **Speaker 2** you come **Speaker 2** out **Speaker 2** and everything **Speaker 2** How does that work? How does that work? **Speaker 2** It has to do with what happens after you come out of the direct perception of emptiness. **Speaker 2** Say, "Nyundr," "Nyundr," "Manufar," "Panfé," "Panfé," "Sosor," "Panfó," "Panfó." **Speaker 2** This is the definition of nirvana, which means the ultimate state of peace that we can reach. **Speaker 2** And mundrit means mental afflictions and obstacles. **Speaker 2** Amarukar kongfe means totally, without a doubt, eliminated. **Speaker 2** Social thought is an interesting word. It means individual examination. And then gok is a cessation. **Speaker 2** So there are certain things that happen to you after you see an emptiness directly. **Speaker 2** You come down from the direct perception of emptiness and you have certain realizations that they call the four Arya truths. **Speaker 2** the first thing that **Speaker 2** will happen to you **Speaker 2** when you see emptiness directly **Speaker 2** your heart chakra will open completely **Speaker 2** and you will **Speaker 2** have some kind of feeling **Speaker 2** of clear light coming out **Speaker 2** and **Speaker 2** you will **Speaker 2** in that moment **Speaker 2** be able to reach out and touch **Speaker 2** every single living being **Speaker 2** on every universe there is. **Speaker 2** And **Speaker 2** you will be able to see them **Speaker 2** and feel them and feel **Speaker 2** their suffering. **Speaker 2** And you will come to this **Speaker 2** conclusion at that moment **Speaker 2** that **Speaker 2** you will spend the rest of your life **Speaker 2** helping them. **Speaker 2** So, **Speaker 2** you know **Speaker 2** when you come out **Speaker 2** of the direct perception of emptiness **Speaker 2** that there is pain in this world. **Speaker 2** That everyone is in pain. **Speaker 2** You've seen it directly. **Speaker 2** You've seen every single living being **Speaker 2** and you've touched their hearts. **Speaker 2** And you've heard their pain. **Speaker 2** And you've felt it. **Speaker 2** and you know you're a part of it. **Speaker 2** So that's the truth that this life is pain. **Speaker 2** You realize this life is just pain. **Speaker 2** Then you realize why this life is pain. **Speaker 2** You realize the cause of the pain. **Speaker 2** You have this... **Speaker 2** You know that until you saw into this directly, **Speaker 2** you've never had a correct perception in your entire life. **Speaker 2** Then you come down out of the direct perception of emptiness. **Speaker 2** You're still not having a current perception. **Speaker 2** Things still look like they're coming from you. **Speaker 2** And every single living being is living this way. **Speaker 2** They're all thinking that the guy who's yelling at them is coming from their own side. **Speaker 2** And so what do they do? **Speaker 2** They yell back. **Speaker 2** And then they're in these constant mini cycles. **Speaker 2** And it's this self-perpetuating cycle and they're killing themselves. **Speaker 2** Like over and over. **Speaker 2** People are just hurting themselves over and over and over. **Speaker 2** And it's just because we're not seeing the world right, you know? **Speaker 2** We just can't see it right. **Speaker 2** We so think that things are coming from our own side. **Speaker 2** We're still conditioned to that. **Speaker 2** And you see this cause of this pain. **Speaker 2** And you see that if you could eliminate that, if you could eliminate that misperception, **Speaker 2** you could reach a state of total peace. **Speaker 2** And you could take everybody with you. **Speaker 2** So, you have a direct perception that now that you've seen emptiness forever, **Speaker 2** you could get to the ultimate goal. **Speaker 2** You could actually become a holy angel. **Speaker 2** You could actually become a night being that never has to die, **Speaker 2** never has to get old, never has to experience any pain, **Speaker 2** that has nothing but purity and love in their heart and internal wisdom. **Speaker 2** and you see that **Speaker 2** you see that about **Speaker 2** like what just happened **Speaker 2** it's leading directly to that **Speaker 2** and then **Speaker 2** and then you know exactly **Speaker 2** where you have to go **Speaker 2** so that's the **Speaker 2** that's the third **Speaker 2** that there is an end to pain **Speaker 2** right **Speaker 2** because if you just had the first two **Speaker 2** it would be pretty miserable **Speaker 2** like people have **Speaker 2** people have actually **Speaker 2** sort of stumbled upon the first two **Speaker 2** like, well, I might as well just kill myself. **Speaker 2** You know, I mean, it's, you know, like, life is pain and, you know, you take it out of **Speaker 2** it. **Speaker 2** It's like this endless cycle of stops. **Speaker 2** All there was, we would be hopeless. **Speaker 2** But then you discover the third truth, you know, thank God. **Speaker 2** Because I saw the scene of James Directly, I can get out of this. **Speaker 2** And I can show everybody how to do it. **Speaker 2** You know, there's a way out. **Speaker 2** All we have to do is understand where things are coming from. **Speaker 2** So then that comes to the fourth truth. **Speaker 2** There's a path to get there. **Speaker 2** There's a way to get there. **Speaker 2** You realize at that moment what you will be spending the rest of your life or lives doing **Speaker 2** from now until the time you get in life. **Speaker 2** It becomes completely clear to you. **Speaker 2** Because you have a completely clear understanding of what you need to purify. **Speaker 2** Exactly what you need to purify. **Speaker 2** Because you know for the first time that everything is from you. **Speaker 2** Everything is coming from you. **Speaker 2** So it's completely obvious. **Speaker 2** The path laid out before you is completely obvious. **Speaker 2** And it's everything that's taught in the sacred text. **Speaker 2** It's exactly what it says in all of the holy scriptures. **Speaker 2** It's a perfect path to freedom. **Speaker 1** It's a perfect path to enlightenment. **Speaker 1** We are in verse 59. **Speaker 4** Take it away the cantor, it dissolves into a fire or salt into a cup of water. **Speaker 4** This is how the mind then emerges except that it dissolves into suchness. **Speaker 4** This is a description of the direct recession of that. **Speaker 4** And DPE has become a favorite. **Speaker 4** Maybe people in the aeronautics change their license, but it's the DPE. **Speaker 4** And it's good. It shouldn't be like that. I'm very happy. **Speaker 4** I wanted to talk about Kampor. **Speaker 4** In Sanskrit it's Karpura. **Speaker 4** And the Tibetans, it was a loan word in Tibet, so they called it Kampor. **Speaker 4** So it's the same. **Speaker 4** And I didn't really appreciate Kampor town. **Speaker 4** We stayed in Varanasi. **Speaker 4** We traveled there for a couple of years every time we could. **Speaker 4** and we went to the same temple every day. **Speaker 4** Two temples. **Speaker 4** One is Mahishasana, **Speaker 4** which is an emanation of Kali. **Speaker 4** Very beautiful. **Speaker 4** And then we went to, **Speaker 4** there's a Shila temple, **Speaker 4** which was underground. **Speaker 4** Very beautiful underground temple. **Speaker 4** Only like four or five people can stay there. **Speaker 4** But in the underground temple, **Speaker 4** people would offer camphor. **Speaker 4** It's a shiba. You get a little block of cancer like this, and then you bite it, and then it starts to flame up really fast. **Speaker 4** Then you set it down on the edge of the altar, and then it just kind of like, it makes a really beautiful big flame. **Speaker 4** And then it just disappears. There's nothing left. It's a beautiful thing. **Speaker 4** And then the Pujari, they're like tough guys, they can hold it in their hands, you know, like this. **Speaker 4** And sometimes you do arti, you throw it at Lama Christi's birthday party, **Speaker 4** and they'll do a whole stack of kapura, and the congregation will come. **Speaker 4** Each lady has a little bag, a panfor, and she'll like dig around for the best piece, **Speaker 4** and then she'll offer it to the Pujari. And then they'll add it to the arti. **Speaker 4** And they are taking gory for quite some time because he has to keep swimming in everybody's cancer. **Speaker 4** But then in the end there's just this beautiful fragrance and there's nothing. It's all gone. **Speaker 4** There's no smoke or anything. It's just gone. **Speaker 4** And I imagine that too, in your environmentalism, watching Camphra burn and smelling the smell of it. **Speaker 4** For me it would be like a Christmas tree, or a Christmas light, or hearing an organ play, **Speaker 4** or something like that, or a candle on a altar. **Speaker 4** They have this feeling when they see a candle burn. **Speaker 4** They feel like that. So it's this idea of something just dissolving into nothing. **Speaker 4** Dissolving into nothing. **Speaker 4** So what does that mean for direct perception emptiness? **Speaker 4** What goes on in the direct perception emptiness that is like dissolving into nothing? **Speaker 4** And can you describe it more in detail that we can try to get there? **Speaker 4** Like someone gets up and says, "Oh, your mind will just dissolve." **Speaker 4** And then you're like, "Could you help me a little more?" **Speaker 4** Like, "What happens?" and, you know, "What's the point?" **Speaker 4** I mean, I almost dissolved my mind when I was a teenager **Speaker 4** and we broke into my friend's mother's liver cabinet. **Speaker 4** We tried everything. You know, it's our first time I've ever drunk, and we tried everything. **Speaker 4** And, uh, is that what it's like? Or, you know, what does it mean to be the doggy boy? **Speaker 4** So I wanted to try to describe it. And it's difficult because, uh, I think there's a good analogy. **Speaker 4** Which is, try to imagine this room in black and white. **Speaker 4** Try to imagine like a black and white photo. **Speaker 4** Try to imagine this whole room. **Speaker 4** You look around at all these beautiful posters and all these beautiful faces and all these **Speaker 4** everyone's clothing and it's all just black and white. **Speaker 4** Try to imagine. **Speaker 4** Pretend for a moment that the whole room is black and white. **Speaker 4** Like a photo. **Speaker 4** And then this guy comes in and he gets up here and he says, "There's something you're not seeing." **Speaker 4** You know, like suppose you couldn't see color. **Speaker 4** And suppose everybody in the world couldn't see color. **Speaker 4** Suppose everybody went around seeing everything in black and white. **Speaker 4** And then no lucky person gets lucky when something happens to them and they see color. **Speaker 4** So how are they going to explain it to the other people? **Speaker 4** And what's it going to sound like to the other people? **Speaker 4** See? Can you feel the problem? Can you feel how difficult it is? **Speaker 4** It's like, so here's the guy who gets up. **Speaker 4** Okay, see everything in black, white and grey, right? **Speaker 4** Yeah, yeah, there's bananas that are sort of white-grey, and apples are dark grey, you know, and **Speaker 4** And, uh, Christine's purpose hair is almost white. **Speaker 4** And, uh, you know, you go like that. **Speaker 4** And everything is black or gray or white, you know, in different shades of gray. **Speaker 4** And then you say, no, no, something happened to me the other day. **Speaker 4** You know, and I saw something. **Speaker 4** And they say, well, what? **Speaker 4** You know, and you say, well, color. **Speaker 4** You know, and they say, what's color? **Speaker 4** And you say, well, it's somewhere around here. **Speaker 4** Y yo me dijeron que... **Speaker 4** with this thing that you can't see called colors. And there's thousands of different colors. **Speaker 4** And they make everything ten times more beautiful, a million times more beautiful. And they're **Speaker 4** like, "How do they feel?" The whole world has been seeing black, white, and gray. Then **Speaker 4** one person gets up and starts saying, they start ranting about colors. And what's the **Speaker 4** reaction that they get? Well, some people will just say, "That's stupid. Everyone knows **Speaker 4** black and white. Or, you know, and then a few people will say, "Oh, it sounds really **Speaker 4** beautiful. Can you help me? How can I see it?" And you say, "Well, when you see it, **Speaker 4** you're blind with us." And then they're like, just like Camper in the Hindu temple, you **Speaker 4** know what I mean? Can you give me some more detail? It's exactly like that. It's exactly **Speaker 4** like that. So I wanted to try to get you to sense there's a higher reality, a completely **Speaker 4** separate reality taking place in this room at this moment. There's a completely higher **Speaker 4** reality, all spreading throughout this room at this moment. Everything in this room has **Speaker 4** that reality. And it's completely different than black and white and gray. And it's almost **Speaker 4** indescribable to a person who has it. **Speaker 4** Isn't it? It's like that. **Speaker 4** So I'm the guy who's saying, talking about **Speaker 4** colors. There's a thing called **Speaker 4** colors. It's all around you. **Speaker 4** Everything you see **Speaker 4** has this color. **Speaker 4** It's a separate reality **Speaker 4** from black and white. **Speaker 4** It's different, but everything has it. **Speaker 4** And it's around you all the time. **Speaker 4** Can I see it? **Speaker 4** Yes. You can see it. **Speaker 4** You can. **Speaker 4** That's the big deal. **Speaker 4** I did it, I know you can do it. I did it, I know you can do it. **Speaker 4** Ginger, just tell me how. **Speaker 4** To go from the one reality to the higher reality, there is only one way. **Speaker 4** Only one way. You must be in deep meditation. You must be in deep meditation. You must. **Speaker 4** No one travels from here to there. The only doorway is deep meditation. **Speaker 4** The only person who can see color is the person who is in deep meditation. **Speaker 4** It's the only possibility. **Speaker 4** You must learn to get into deep meditation. **Speaker 4** No one travels from gray to color if they cannot meditate deeply. **Speaker 4** And they're like, "Okay, one person in 100, one person in 10,000, one person in 100,000 **Speaker 4** will come and say, "Okay, teach me how to meditate. Teach me how to do that." **Speaker 4** And you say, "Okay, you have to meditate. You have to get up to one hour a day in meditation. **Speaker 4** No question. You have to get up to one hour a day in meditation." **Speaker 4** What does that mean, "Get up to"? Start with five minutes. Then go to ten minutes. **Speaker 4** Don't start at an hour. Why? You'll just fix out. You'll just see black and white and gray for the two of us. **Speaker 4** build up to the exploding. But you must be in deep meditation to see this color thing. **Speaker 4** Well how can I improve my chances? Do yoga. The whole purpose of yoga, the whole purpose **Speaker 4** of all these exercises, fifty million people sweating and grunting all day. **Speaker 4** I understand. **Speaker 4** I understand. **Speaker 4** Really, the first most important reason is to make a top thing. **Speaker 4** That's the most important reason. **Speaker 4** But second reason is to straighten your inner channels. **Speaker 4** And if you straighten your inner channels, then you have a better chance of seeing it. **Speaker 4** Much better chance. **Speaker 4** You're really interested to see color? **Speaker 4** Oh, I forgot to add one more thing. **Speaker 4** If you see this color, you do not have to die. **Speaker 4** If you see this color, you can teach the people you love how not to die. **Speaker 4** That's the stakes. Those are the stakes. **Speaker 4** Those are the stakes that are talking about here. **Speaker 4** It's the high stakes. **Speaker 4** It's not just that things will be prettier if they're in color. **Speaker 4** It's a different thing. **Speaker 4** If you can see that thing which is all around you now, which you have never seen before, **Speaker 4** you can actually stop the pain in this world. **Speaker 4** You can do that. **Speaker 4** You can stop the pain in this world. **Speaker 4** So then it's like, I don't know, you have to have some sun around. **Speaker 4** I think there's a thing about truth. **Speaker 4** I think people can smell truth. **Speaker 4** It's like dogs. I always say it's like a dog. **Speaker 4** into a house, you walk into somebody's house for the first time, and they have a dog, right? **Speaker 4** And there's this thing that goes on between you in the front row. You open the door, there's **Speaker 4** a dog, and you look at the dog, and they look at you. And they're like, vegetarian. But **Speaker 4** Philip's dog responds. They can tell, A, you're not going to hurt them, B, that you love dogs. **Speaker 4** Just in the way you look at them in the first two minutes, they know. **Speaker 4** And they just come up to you and they look at you. **Speaker 4** We had a dog when we first started at the ACI in New York. **Speaker 4** Very cranky little dog. **Speaker 4** And the dog would bite anyone who didn't like dogs. **Speaker 4** Just automatically bite them. **Speaker 4** Within five minutes, no matter what we did, they would bite them. **Speaker 4** He had notches on his collar. **Speaker 4** And he bit a really high-level one. **Speaker 4** You know, they know, they can tell if you're a dog lover. **Speaker 4** And people can tell the sound of truth. **Speaker 4** You see, people can tell, I could try to talk for many hours and convince you about this thing called color. **Speaker 4** And that if you saw the color, you could stop the pain in the world. **Speaker 4** You could stop all the pain in the world. **Speaker 4** If you just saw it once, just in five minutes, if you just saw it once, **Speaker 4** some people have a sense, people smell that someone is saying, "Sure." **Speaker 4** That's all. I think right now that's enough. **Speaker 4** And when your mind goes into that color, it's indiscriminate. **Speaker 4** It's an indiscriminate experience. **Speaker 4** How do you explain color to a person who can't say? **Speaker 4** You can go there, and that's the reason to do yoga, and that's the reason to have these colors. **Speaker 4** That's amazing to get your positive out of it. **Speaker 4** Alright. **Speaker 2** Verse 61. **Speaker 2** Everything here, everything that the mind can see, all that exists and all, whether it **Speaker 2** moves or stands unmoving, is completely free of duality when the mind goes into the state **Speaker 2** beyond the mind. **Speaker 2** So, what we're going to talk about in this verse is the difference, what it means to be **Speaker 2** free of duality, I fight them. **Speaker 2** Non-dual. You see it a lot in both the Hindu texts and in the Buddhist scriptures. **Speaker 2** And, you know, we say it's like salt poured into water when you see them seen hysterically. **Speaker 2** You know, your mind mixes in with the void and so you can't tell the difference between your mind and the void. **Speaker 2** and, you know, what exactly happens at that moment. **Speaker 2** Not that all you can mean several different things. **Speaker 2** One, your mind and the cell phone sound are no different from each other. **Speaker 2** You are one. You are one with the sound of the cell phone in the moment of the cell phone. **Speaker 2** How is that possible? **Speaker 2** In the sense that that sound is a projection of your mind, right? **Speaker 2** And you in the moment are a projection of your mind. **Speaker 2** So what we did in the meditation, where we were looking at the object of our, which is our thoughts, **Speaker 2** we were looking at the thoughts of the object, and then we were looking at our subject state of mind, **Speaker 2** and we're seeing that both of them actually are coming from the same place. **Speaker 2** They're both actually projections of our mind in a single moment. **Speaker 2** So in one sense you could actually say that me and that self-love, **Speaker 2** we're like an experience of the moment, you know? **Speaker 2** Like you don't have to separate. **Speaker 2** It's basically Mahamudra number three, you know? **Speaker 2** We're coming out of the same stuff. **Speaker 2** We are both mental images coming from the same karmic seat. **Speaker 2** So, one karmic seed ripens, and it produces an experience. **Speaker 2** Well, that experience separates into two. **Speaker 2** You have this feeling that there's a subject of the experience, and there's an object. **Speaker 2** There's a sound, and then there's the hearer of the sounds. **Speaker 2** But they're all coming from one separate karmic seed. **Speaker 2** And they're both a mental image. **Speaker 2** Like, your perception of yourself and your perception of that sound in the moment are both the same stuff. **Speaker 2** They're made of the same stuff. **Speaker 2** They're both mental images. **Speaker 2** They're just mental images. **Speaker 2** There's nothing more than that. **Speaker 2** And so in that sense, they're non-dual. **Speaker 2** Because they're made of the same stuff. **Speaker 2** Right? **Speaker 2** And that's one meaning of the word non-dual. **Speaker 2** Right? **Speaker 2** You as a person are no different from the projections that you see in the outside world. **Speaker 2** And, you know, people, that's a big leap when you start talking about emptiness. **Speaker 2** It's to realize that, you know, everybody's like, in the beginning when you study emptiness, **Speaker 2** you tell them that everyone in this room is a projection of your own mind. **Speaker 2** And you're like, whoa, you mean there's no people out there? **Speaker 2** And it's normal. There are people out there. You can see them. You can talk to them. You can interact with them. You can even touch them. **Speaker 2** Of course there are people out there. They're just projections. So there are no people out there? **Speaker 2** You know, you're coming over and over and you're like, no, that's not what I said. There are people out there. They're just projections. **Speaker 2** But see, what the person is not doing is they're not seeing themselves as the same kind of projection. **Speaker 2** They're thinking, I'm real, and I'm projecting all of you. **Speaker 2** That's what you really think when you first study emptiness. **Speaker 2** You're like, I'm the real one, and you're all the fake ones. **Speaker 2** No, no, no, no, no. **Speaker 2** No, no, no, we're all equal. **Speaker 2** We're all equally projected. **Speaker 2** We're all equally made of the same stuff. **Speaker 2** I am a projection, and you're a projection. **Speaker 2** So when you think of yourself, you have this tendency to grasp, **Speaker 2** I know I'm not a projection, I'm crazy. **Speaker 2** I'm me, I'm solid, I'm here. **Speaker 2** I can think, I can talk, but that means you're a projection. **Speaker 2** And so it's like a graduated state of emptiness understanding **Speaker 2** when you start to realize that you are made of the same stuff as everything around you. **Speaker 2** first you start concentrating on the cup, you know? You're like, the cup is empty, you know, **Speaker 2** the cup, the reason the cup is here, the reason that there's tea in it that I like is because **Speaker 2** I've given tea to other people in the past and made them have no tea, and now my favorite **Speaker 2** tea is sitting on the stage, you know, and that's like the easy version, you know, it's **Speaker 2** like emptiness 101, but then you start to go to yourself, and right? Oh, the reason this **Speaker 2** particular state of mind is here right now, with this particular thought in her mind, **Speaker 2** is because of what I've done to other people in the past also. **Speaker 2** Right? **Speaker 2** And you saw that with your thoughts. **Speaker 2** You started to feel that, that you're not in control of the present you, either. **Speaker 2** You know, you're not in control of the present thoughts that come up in your mind, which means **Speaker 2** are not in control of your present identity. Like, you don't decide who you are. You yourself **Speaker 2** are just another karmic ripening, right? And it's changing all the time. It's like constant **Speaker 2** different karmic seeds coming up making a different you every moment. Like, you think you're **Speaker 2** the same you, but you have different thoughts and different feelings and different identity, **Speaker 2** and it's not in your control. **Speaker 2** And you start to get this sense of what it means that you also are empty, **Speaker 2** that you also are coming from that same storehouse of seeds, storehouse of karmic seeds. **Speaker 2** It's like, oh, there's nothing but the storehouse of seeds. **Speaker 2** I think I'll leave it at that. **Speaker 2** We'll deal with the seeds later, you know. **Speaker 2** So that's one meaning of the word non-duality. **Speaker 2** The subject and the object are both made of the same stuff. **Speaker 2** They're both equally projections. **Speaker 2** Then there's another meaning of the word non-duality, and that's when you're in the direct perception of emptiness, you cannot experience a subject's state of mind, and you cannot experience an object that that state of mind holds onto. **Speaker 2** Like, there is no you when you're in the direct perception of emptiness. **Speaker 2** There is no direct perception of emptiness being seen by you in the direct perception of emptiness. **Speaker 2** There is just the direct perception of emptiness, you know? **Speaker 2** There's just the experience itself. **Speaker 2** And it's a higher reality because why? **Speaker 2** Because you're a deceptive thing. **Speaker 2** You're a concept. **Speaker 2** You're just a concept. **Speaker 2** You're just a word. **Speaker 2** You're just an image, a mental image. **Speaker 2** And so are everything around you. **Speaker 2** It's a mental image. **Speaker 2** And you go beyond concepts. **Speaker 2** You go beyond images to some kind of higher reality. **Speaker 2** And you're immersed in that. **Speaker 2** And there is no time and there is no space because those are concepts. **Speaker 2** and there is no you and there is no me because those are concepts and so during that time **Speaker 2** there is no subject state of mind and there is no object and so it's as if you disappear **Speaker 2** for the time that you're in the direct perception of emptiness as if you totally disappear right **Speaker 2** but then you come back out of the direct perception of emptiness and you have this thought **Speaker 2** I just thought this directly. **Speaker 2** And then you use a, you know, you use a logical deduction. **Speaker 2** Well, someone must have seen it. **Speaker 2** Right? **Speaker 2** So that's another meaning of non-dual. **Speaker 2** When you're in the direct perception of emptiness, **Speaker 2** You can't differentiate between subject and object because there is no such thing in that realm. **Speaker 2** The third one is kind of like the easiest one. **Speaker 2** I like, it's that, um, **Speaker 2** it might cut my mind. **Speaker 2** is that cup my mind? **Speaker 2** Well, I don't perceive it as my mind, so you could say no in that sense. **Speaker 2** But is it coming from my mind? **Speaker 2** So, in a sense, it's like a child of my mind. **Speaker 2** My mind has created that cup. **Speaker 2** My mind has created everything around me. **Speaker 2** So, in a sense, you could say that we are walking, like, every single thing that we ever experience is like this channel of our mind. **Speaker 2** It's like a projection of our mind. **Speaker 2** Everything around you is a projection of your what? **Speaker 2** In a way, you could say you were walking around inside, like, this huge projection of your mind that you made. **Speaker 2** And in that sense, also, you could say that things are non-dual. **Speaker 2** Right? **Speaker 2** You have some good debates about that one. **Speaker 2** Okay, all right. **Speaker 2** But think about these things. **Speaker 2** Think about these three different meanings of the word non-duality. **Speaker 1** Thank you. **Speaker 4** We are in verse 16. **Speaker 4** There are all the things that lay before us, everything we can know, and the thing that knows them, what we call the mind. **Speaker 4** We must reach a point where both this thing that knows and all the things that it knows are destroyed together. **Speaker 4** There is no other way. There is no second path. **Speaker 4** He's talking about the direct perception of emptiness. **Speaker 4** And then he says there is no second path. **Speaker 4** And Ayurveda Garza said that also. **Speaker 4** There is no other way. **Speaker 4** And then, you know, we very, very, very, very luckily grow up. **Speaker 4** We've grown up in a country, most of us, where you can follow any religious path you want **Speaker 4** and you won't get hung or shot or disappear. **Speaker 4** And that's very rare in the world and very rare in history. **Speaker 4** And you just take it for granted. **Speaker 4** People, you know, in the story, people died for this freedom. **Speaker 4** And the freedom was taken away. **Speaker 4** I mean, a big part of it was taken away in the last five years. **Speaker 4** very sadly **Speaker 4** very quickly **Speaker 4** and very quietly **Speaker 4** but **Speaker 4** still **Speaker 4** this country reigns very high **Speaker 4** in history and in the world **Speaker 4** for tolerance **Speaker 4** I can go **Speaker 4** give a talk **Speaker 4** I can go wear long hair and jewelry **Speaker 4** and wear Buddhist monk srobs and give a talk **Speaker 4** in a **Speaker 4** mind-body spot **Speaker 4** the police aren't going to care at all **Speaker 4** you know, and that's very rare in the world, that's very rare, and we're very lucky. **Speaker 4** So, when we see something like, when we see someone say, "There's no other way, there's **Speaker 4** no other path," you know, then your hackles, you get like, you know, "Don't let this **Speaker 4** thing on me, you know, we don't have that in this country," you know, like, there's **Speaker 4** There's lots of paths and everyone who practices it in their own way in our country. **Speaker 4** And that's a very beautiful thing. **Speaker 4** So I think it's important to say that's just what, Marama, is not talking about a tradition **Speaker 4** or a belief or a religion. He's not saying that. **Speaker 4** He's not saying you have to be Catholic or you have to be Hindu. He's not saying that. **Speaker 4** We say people of every faith, people of every religion, any person following any kind of **Speaker 4** spiritual path, sooner or later will go through this experience. **Speaker 4** Sooner or later they will go through this experience. **Speaker 4** Inevitably, what? The direct reception entrance. **Speaker 4** And in the monastery we debate this question. **Speaker 4** It's called, say, Tartu? Tartu? Tepachik. Tartu? Tepachik. Tartu means in the end. Tepachik means there's only one path. You know, what's that mean? And then they debate it for days, you know. It's in the Adhissam Al-Khara. **Speaker 4** And then in the end they say, ultimately all religious paths lead to the same goal. **Speaker 4** Ultimately all religious paths lead to the same goal. **Speaker 4** Part of the peccity. **Speaker 4** And in fact they'll debate it further. **Speaker 4** You know, people say, "Was Moses a Buddha and was Jesus a Buddha?" **Speaker 4** They say, "Of course. Of course." **Speaker 4** Not only that, they were the same Buddha. **Speaker 4** You know, they were the same Buddha. **Speaker 4** And they'll debate it and they'll come down to the end and they'll say, "Yeah, it's one person." **Speaker 4** So why does he have to teach somebody, or she, have to teach so many different things? **Speaker 4** Why doesn't she just teach one thing? **Speaker 4** Well, everyone's different. Everybody needs a different... **Speaker 4** Nobody likes the same... I mean, we're going to go to the movie and some people are going to say, **Speaker 4** "I like sugar babies." Some people are going to say, "How about the egg whites?" **Speaker 4** and someone else is going to say, "I like the coffee as the chocolate." **Speaker 4** And they're part of it and I'm saying, "No way." **Speaker 1** Everyone likes their popcorn different. **Speaker 1** So... **Speaker 4** Okay. **Speaker 4** Good. **Speaker 4** But, regardless of your religious persuasion or what you're attracted to, **Speaker 4** at some point you'll have to go through that color thing. **Speaker 4** At some point, you'll go through that color thing. **Speaker 4** And it doesn't matter really what religion you grow up in. **Speaker 4** at some point, if you keep up your prayer or your meditation or your contemplation **Speaker 4** or whatever you want to call it, if you keep it up steadily, **Speaker 4** if you try to help other people, right, **Speaker 4** and if you seek the truth because you are concerned about pain, **Speaker 4** if you believe that the world is pain and you want to save people from that, **Speaker 4** sooner or later you will come to this way. **Speaker 4** Sooner or later, your practice will take you to the perception of color. **Speaker 4** That always is the same. **Speaker 4** So, it's a beautiful thing. **Speaker 4** Say, time to? **Speaker 4** Take the team. **Speaker 4** In the end, all possible. **Speaker 2** You are asleep. **Speaker 2** Don't be sleeping. **Speaker 2** We were singing you out all night. **Speaker 2** We're going to take a break. **Speaker 2** It might be a little bit longer **Speaker 2** because we don't have anything in the back end, **Speaker 2** so we're just going to sort of revel in it. **Speaker 1** And, you know. **Speaker 1** So, I have a minute here. **Speaker 1** I guess it's mine. **Speaker 1** I can... **Speaker 1** I can...
