**Speaker 1**
One thing about the knowledge is that
**Speaker 1**
I think you're really interested in this
**Speaker 1**
So that's the identification of the knob, and there's an Indian identification of the knob.
**Speaker 1**
And I'll do that if you guys want to make sure you're moving to the Indian knob first.
**Speaker 1**
There are three main channels in the body.
**Speaker 1**
One, two, I'm sorry.
**Speaker 1**
Here's a little bit of a ball, and it's kind of a little bit of a ball, and it's actually a little bit of a cell.
**Speaker 1**
A primeira central central é que se estivesse com a região de cima do que eu tenho aqui.
**Speaker 1**
E aí, aqui é um lado que eu tenho que irá aqui.
**Speaker 1**
Então, aqui é um espaço.
**Speaker 1**
Um, aqui é um espaço.
**Speaker 1**
Um, aqui é um espaço que eu estou aqui.
**Speaker 1**
Um, aqui é um espaço que eu tenho aqui.
**Speaker 1**
It is white, yellow, green, colored, and it's got a pair.
**Speaker 1**
Some people draw, I think even in their appetizers, it's a good start.
**Speaker 1**
It is sometimes drawn as the two side channels going down parallels to the central channel.
**Speaker 1**
But it's adjusted for ease of meditation.
**Speaker 1**
But in actuality, these two side channels come up to here.
**Speaker 1**
and then they cooped you around the center channel, each one, on a different side.
**Speaker 1**
So, come up here, open up, and take it to the center.
**Speaker 1**
You're talking about the center of the head.
**Speaker 1**
You're talking about the center of the neck.
**Speaker 1**
You're talking about the center of the heart.
**Speaker 1**
The center of the heart is talking
**Speaker 1**
and you hide the nail twist again.
**Speaker 1**
And there's different presentations,
**Speaker 1**
but there are other knockouts.
**Speaker 1**
Okay?
**Speaker 1**
So you get this picture of there's a central core.
**Speaker 1**
And then you have these two,
**Speaker 1**
sometimes they call them the two vines,
**Speaker 1**
are twinkies around it.
**Speaker 1**
Where they twist, they block the central channel
**Speaker 1**
and on a buildup, on a backup.
**Speaker 1**
And then from the back up spot, the channel split out sideways, horizontally.
**Speaker 1**
So where does, let's take the heart for example, while the baby is still in the womb, the central channel forms.
**Speaker 1**
There's the two side channel forms. And they twist around the heart even in the womb.
**Speaker 1**
and then the pressure builds up from the Prana and then channels split out from the heart
**Speaker 1**
into four directions.
**Speaker 1**
If you look at it from the top it looks like this.
**Speaker 1**
Indicate that the heart goes forward and splits into two more of 88 channels.
**Speaker 1**
And then two more of 84 channels.
**Speaker 1**
And this is a long story.
**Speaker 1**
We're not going to do that.
**Speaker 1**
So the thing that you look bad at the heart would look a little bit like a rabbit hole.
**Speaker 1**
And so the Indians decided to call the structure chakra.
**Speaker 1**
So chakra is a... in real yoga chakra is a fasting, chakra is a nasty thing.
**Speaker 1**
The heart's got high up. Prana got locked.
**Speaker 1**
Prana pushed yourself out to the side to make these side-tends.
**Speaker 1**
It produces the body, the mortal body would take God.
**Speaker 1**
So the idea would be, could we open that knot and so stop?
**Speaker 1**
And could we release upon us and move freely?
**Speaker 1**
And then the physical body would change radically,
**Speaker 1**
and become a body of life.
**Speaker 1**
And this is part of their goal of life.
**Speaker 1**
So what they taught us here, in this verse,
**Speaker 1**
If you're going to wait in the inner heat, it will rise up and pierce through the knots and through the lotuses.
**Speaker 1**
Lotus here is a co-word, what is lotus in country?
**Speaker 1**
Patma.
**Speaker 1**
Yeah, Patma.
**Speaker 1**
Um, lotus is a co-word for the chakra. Why?
**Speaker 1**
In the passage they call the side channels, they go up on the sides horizontally, they call them lotus petals.
**Speaker 1**
So if you look down on the hard chocolate from the top, you would see channels coming out like lotus petals, like petals on the lotus.
**Speaker 1**
Also, different chocolates, they don't, the side channels don't move out directly like this.
**Speaker 1**
They move out and then they start to curve like this.
**Speaker 1**
So if you look at the sides, it goes well like this and then it starts to curve up like that.
**Speaker 1**
For example, the chakra control, the channels that go out, they curve upwards like this.
**Speaker 1**
So it's more like an upside down umbrella.
**Speaker 1**
It looks more like an upside down umbrella.
**Speaker 1**
And then chakra at the top of the head, it does the opposite.
**Speaker 1**
It's like an umbrella like this.
**Speaker 1**
So the stick with the head chakra, it's not flat like a rabbit meal.
**Speaker 1**
It's more like an umbrella shape, like that.
**Speaker 1**
And then the chakras are starting to break it up like that.
**Speaker 1**
And then the chakras are starting to break it down again.
**Speaker 1**
And the chakras are starting to break it up again.
**Speaker 1**
So you have parents and chakras facing each other.
**Speaker 1**
And that's why they were called "lotuses".
**Speaker 1**
So he says you can pierce the lotuses.
**Speaker 1**
You can pierce them not.
**Speaker 1**
Grumpy, Cushima, Rude and Grump.
**Speaker 1**
We'll try to get a defensive background.
**Speaker 1**
It's always useful if you teach the yoga class and the rest of the class is a physical degree.
**Speaker 1**
Actually, in all the New Yorks we use "rigger" which means to form a latticework from...
**Speaker 1**
What do you call it "rigger"?
**Speaker 1**
"Ricker"
**Speaker 1**
Yeah. It means to use "rigger" to form a basket shape or a grid.
**Speaker 1**
So the word "grit" comes from that, but the word of "grit" and "crate" comes from that.
**Speaker 1**
Being things that were made of wicked.
**Speaker 1**
So "krati" is the Sanskrit word for "nav"
**Speaker 1**
So it's "nav" around the center.
**Speaker 1**
I'm going to give you a traditional Hindu presentation of the "nav"
**Speaker 1**
This is more general.
**Speaker 1**
They made the knot after Vishnu, Dhamma, and Muzma.
**Speaker 1**
Three Indian nations.
**Speaker 1**
A Vishnu knot is supposed to be a knot that covers the area from the navel and the heart of the throat.
**Speaker 1**
So they don't specify where it is.
**Speaker 1**
It was just that there's one knot in the channel in your...
**Speaker 1**
What do you call this "Porni-Modi"?
**Speaker 1**
Of course.
**Speaker 1**
Yeah, yeah.
**Speaker 1**
Yeah, yeah.
**Speaker 1**
That's an apple.
**Speaker 1**
Then the Brahma knot is supposed to relate to the Breen and the Chalpa.
**Speaker 1**
They're supposed to be Lord Knot.
**Speaker 1**
That would be the Brahma time knot.
**Speaker 1**
And then Ruga is supposed to relate to the Archive chapter here.
**Speaker 1**
Os dois, um
**Speaker 1**
energy off the central channel that would like break off a knot, right?
**Speaker 1**
Then the planet would flow freely to your central channel.
**Speaker 1**
And the immediate effect is that you would gain a high degree of wisdom.
**Speaker 1**
You would be able to understand these practices and you would be more compassionate.
**Speaker 1**
So if your yoga practices the asana is going wrong, why do you do a student final trip?
**Speaker 1**
So is it to make a backdoor question?
**Speaker 1**
If you all think it was to open the knot, if you're trying to coax the knot open by
**Speaker 1**
reducing pressure on the two sides.
**Speaker 1**
How do you know if your yoga is successful?
**Speaker 1**
How do you know if you're up to, if you're doing it, you could.
**Speaker 1**
Is it when you're going to see the, what do you call it?
**Speaker 1**
Not to ride even when you're sitting here.
**Speaker 1**
I mean, even how far around you can get.
**Speaker 1**
It's in your office and stuff alone.
**Speaker 1**
If the channels are open, if the knots are loosening,
**Speaker 1**
you should feel a brand of sense of contentment and happiness and kindness.
**Speaker 1**
So you can choose all the way around with your tight and your selfish
**Speaker 1**
You're doing it for the wrong reasons.
**Speaker 1**
You don't open any knots, you make them work.
**Speaker 1**
If you're being competitive in the class, you say, "I can see the statues, but they can't."
**Speaker 1**
You actually just make your knots work.
**Speaker 1**
And if some person like me is super un-flexible and they can see the speakers, you know?
**Speaker 1**
But they're thinking, "Well, I hope I can be more healthy so I can help them all."
**Speaker 1**
You know?
**Speaker 1**
That's a good point of view.
**Speaker 1**
Because I'll let you open the classroom for them.
**Speaker 1**
A windy, final trip with good motivation is better than a really good final trip with a selfish moment.
**Speaker 1**
Get it?
**Speaker 1**
Then the knots are...
**Speaker 1**
The reason you do the trick is to understand the knock, it's easy.
**Speaker 1**
Again, you don't have to think that, "Oh, you're going to suddenly your belly button is going to turn neon."
**Speaker 1**
Or, you know, my mama's hands are hot all the time.
**Speaker 1**
I don't know if anyone ever touched their skin hair, but they were, again, you know,
**Speaker 1**
he was physically very hot all the time.
**Speaker 1**
And that's not the point, right?
**Speaker 1**
The point is, you become a kind of person, you become a nicer person.
**Speaker 1**
Do you open the number?
**Speaker 1**
So, they're saying, "This is the first time I couldn't meet, or you can open that number."
**Speaker 1**
And that's mostly intention.
**Speaker 1**
99% attention and 1% practice.
**Speaker 1**
Did you hear it?
**Speaker 2**
They're all the same person.
**Speaker 1**
Thank you.
**Speaker 2**
Then too, the inner wings travel past and lead.
**Speaker 2**
Then too, the earth stepped upon the world thoroughly.
**Speaker 2**
Then too, the mind has nothing at all to speak.
**Speaker 2**
Then too, the earth peed as the world's sense.
**Speaker 2**
So this continues from the previous verse.
**Speaker 2**
It says when the inner fire is awakened, all the chakras are pierced.
**Speaker 2**
And then what happens to touch that?
**Speaker 2**
What happens when all the lenders, all the knots that are sliding your central channel closed?
**Speaker 2**
What happens when they are pierced by this great inner fire?
**Speaker 2**
The inner winds travel the positive entrance.
**Speaker 2**
The passive emptiness is a code word. It's the...say "shunya"
**Speaker 2**
"shunya pada vi"
**Speaker 2**
"shunya pada vi" is passive emptiness.
**Speaker 2**
"shunya pada" is "shunya pada"
**Speaker 2**
Um...okay, you're going to say "shunya"
**Speaker 2**
"shunya pada"
**Speaker 2**
Path of emptiness is a quote word for the central channel.
**Speaker 2**
The inner winds are forced into the central channel.
**Speaker 2**
the clima would be arises and all the chakras are here, then everything, there's all, there's
**Speaker 2**
tons of different channels in your body.
**Speaker 2**
I mean they go all around the tips of your fingers.
**Speaker 2**
They're like the nervous system.
**Speaker 2**
They go beyond the tips of your fingers.
**Speaker 2**
They create the outside world.
**Speaker 2**
And when the central channel opens because of the fire, all the winds withdraw into the central channel.
**Speaker 2**
It's like this great disillusion. We talked about it in the last class.
**Speaker 2**
And so they travel this path of emptiness.
**Speaker 2**
Why do they call the central channel the top of the wind?
**Speaker 2**
Because when you get the wind into the central channel you see empty this direction.
**Speaker 2**
So you can see empty this directly, you know, there's broadly two different ways.
**Speaker 2**
You can use the mind.
**Speaker 2**
You can sit there and do a state of meditation and you can do analytical meditation about
**Speaker 2**
emptiness.
**Speaker 2**
And you can think about how the room around you has no nature of its own.
**Speaker 2**
It's all coming from speeds in their mind and their projections.
**Speaker 2**
It's all from something that you've done to other people in the past.
**Speaker 2**
And there's no reality besides that.
**Speaker 2**
And that's emptiness.
**Speaker 2**
And you can think about that.
**Speaker 2**
You can think about emptiness centrally.
**Speaker 2**
Or you can get the width into the central channel.
**Speaker 2**
You can awaken your kinalini, you can awaken your inner fire, and automatically the mind goes into a direct perception of emptiness.
**Speaker 2**
You're not thinking about emptiness at all and all of a sudden you're in direct perception of emptiness.
**Speaker 2**
You're practicing with your body.
**Speaker 2**
The subtle body, the channels and the winds are like, the channels are made of a subtler substance in life.
**Speaker 2**
The winds are the same. They are very subtle substance.
**Speaker 2**
So you are working with this very subtle physical form, but it is a physical form.
**Speaker 2**
It is still your body. And you use that to evoke a state of mind.
**Speaker 2**
But both of us are in a state of mind about emptiness.
**Speaker 2**
And that's what it means to step on the royal road.
**Speaker 2**
Which is the next one.
**Speaker 2**
Raja Pappa. Say Raja.
**Speaker 2**
Raja Pappa.
**Speaker 2**
Raja Pappa means royal path or royal road.
**Speaker 2**
Raja Yoga.
**Speaker 2**
With this, you have started your Raja Yoga.
**Speaker 2**
You are finally, for the first time in your life, aware of what's actually going on.
**Speaker 2**
For the first time in your life you can see the truth.
**Speaker 2**
And because of that, you enter what is called the "clear life".
**Speaker 2**
It's another, it's a standard name for seeing emptiness directly.
**Speaker 2**
They call it the "clear life".
**Speaker 2**
When you get to emptiness directly through working on the body and the mind at the same time, they say you enter the clear life.
**Speaker 2**
You enter the clear life, you see emptiness directly, you come out, you're a different kind of game.
**Speaker 2**
Then too the mind has nothing at all to speak.
**Speaker 2**
Shishika? Shishika.
**Speaker 1**
Yeralambo. Yeralambo.
**Speaker 2**
This is the mind has nothing at all to speak.
**Speaker 2**
In Tibetan, Migni.
**Speaker 2**
Say Migni.
**Speaker 2**
There's a famous Buddhist prayer that starts out, Migni Sele.
**Speaker 2**
which means love which has nothing to see.
**Speaker 2**
Love which speaks nothing.
**Speaker 2**
And this is a...
**Speaker 2**
What happens after you see anything as directly?
**Speaker 2**
I mean, you come out of this very deep state of meditation,
**Speaker 2**
and you come out, the entire world has just dissolved into your central channel.
**Speaker 2**
And, like, that is the clue that maybe it was you who was producing the world in the workplace.
**Speaker 2**
So, like, it's all just gone, and then it's just close to that.
**Speaker 1**
And, you know, and suddenly you realize, oh, they're all projections.
**Speaker 2**
All the people that I've ever met are projections out of mind.
**Speaker 2**
What does that do to your relationship with the people around you?
**Speaker 2**
You know, some people, when they start to learn as things, and you say everything is a projection in your own mind, they're like, but that's like, how do I love people then?
**Speaker 2**
You know, if it's just projections, then how do I love people?
**Speaker 2**
If you understood as it is correctly, then your heart would be filled with love for them.
**Speaker 2**
Like, knowing that they're your projections would fill your heart with love for everybody around you.
**Speaker 2**
If you don't feel that kind of love, you don't understand it.
**Speaker 2**
Like you're thinking about it wrongly.
**Speaker 2**
So you come out of the direct perception of emptiness.
**Speaker 2**
You come out of the clear light.
**Speaker 2**
Your heart chakra is first wide open.
**Speaker 2**
And suddenly you can reach out and touch every single living being that there is.
**Speaker 2**
because
**Speaker 2**
they're all coming from you, right?
**Speaker 2**
But because your hardcropper is wide open,
**Speaker 2**
you can actually dish out and feel them and touch them.
**Speaker 2**
And you're aware of all of them.
**Speaker 2**
All at once.
**Speaker 2**
And you have this incredible deep love for them.
**Speaker 2**
Deep projections of yours.
**Speaker 2**
Deep stubborn of yours.
**Speaker 2**
And it's like you know you're going to spend the rest of your life serving them and trying to save them.
**Speaker 2**
It's the only possible thing that you can do.
**Speaker 2**
Knowing that you're not just one person. That you're like a billion people.
**Speaker 2**
Now serving other people becomes serving yourself.
**Speaker 2**
Like you brought yourself.
**Speaker 2**
You talk about it on the weekend.
**Speaker 2**
And that's what it means when there's nothing to see.
**Speaker 2**
It's like you love, you know, you're loving them and without seeing them as being self-existent, right?
**Speaker 2**
How about I say it in the yoga term?
**Speaker 2**
You're loving them knowing that they're coming from you.
**Speaker 2**
Knowing that they don't have any other reality besides that.
**Speaker 2**
And these two things, getting your mind into clear light and then coming up and your heart
**Speaker 2**
and having this deep love for every living being, this is what leads you very, very quickly
**Speaker 2**
after that to what they call the diamond body.
**Speaker 2**
The body of light, where you are no longer flesh and blood.
**Speaker 2**
You are no longer someone who has to die and feel any kind of pain.
**Speaker 2**
You are in total bliss all the time because you are serving other people all the time.
**Speaker 2**
The karmic correlates it.
**Speaker 2**
And you are like an angel.
**Speaker 2**
We like this being of life.
**Speaker 2**
That can go anywhere and help anyone execute a thought.
**Speaker 2**
And saying it's key is the word it does.
**Speaker 2**
Kala Bhatrana. Say Kala.
**Speaker 2**
Kala.
**Speaker 2**
You know, people know the term Kala Danga.
**Speaker 2**
Thank you.
**Speaker 1**
We are up to page 5, verse 1.
**Speaker 1**
Anyway, I get this one.
**Speaker 1**
These are all synonymous with a second channel,
**Speaker 1**
and this is a major, major thing.
**Speaker 1**
You don't see such a detailed presentation
**Speaker 1**
at the central channel anywhere.
**Speaker 1**
So that's been lucky to be in the room tonight,
**Speaker 1**
and you're unlucky because you're trying
**Speaker 1**
to finish the second time.
**Speaker 1**
But anyway, I get here,
**Speaker 1**
so one, two, three, four, five, six, seven,
**Speaker 1**
We have a different name to the French and Chinese.
**Speaker 1**
So most of them are in the English.
**Speaker 1**
And it's very, very important because each name gives you a different understanding about the French and Chinese.
**Speaker 1**
It teaches you something new about the French and Chinese.
**Speaker 1**
So we thought we would go through some of the more exotic ones that you haven't normally heard.
**Speaker 1**
Like Central Channel you've heard already, right?
**Speaker 1**
and we are going to try to do the current minority minority part.
**Speaker 1**
They all have very important use.
**Speaker 1**
So I was going to work on the minority of the children.
**Speaker 1**
In India nowadays they are pushy to say.
**Speaker 1**
But the original section is.
**Speaker 1**
Basma means a digital deity called Brahma, right?
**Speaker 1**
But it's a more general word.
**Speaker 1**
Basma means pure, pure one.
**Speaker 1**
And it can be during any enlightened thing.
**Speaker 1**
So like Buddha is some kind of called Brahma, also.
**Speaker 1**
So you can think of Brahma, Basma as being the pure one.
**Speaker 1**
And then the door of the Pure One, this is a specific like opening of the channel here at the top of the head.
**Speaker 1**
Right here at the very top of the head.
**Speaker 1**
It's called the door of the Pure One, or the gate of the Pure One, front and under.
**Speaker 1**
Not only the opening, but the gate of the hall.
**Speaker 1**
And in this case the whole set of channels has been changed from just its upper seat.
**Speaker 1**
So technically, the door of the pure one, the front door, is only the opening of the central channel at the top of your head, under the top.
**Speaker 1**
But in this case, they're saying, you can call all the central channels the door of the pure one.
**Speaker 1**
And this has its own special meaning.
**Speaker 1**
When you die, your spirit beats the body, your mind beats the body. It happens later than you think.
**Speaker 1**
So the person stops talking, the person stops breathing, the mind is still there.
**Speaker 1**
At some point, when they become quite cold, and when your disease and star are released from the body completely,
**Speaker 1**
Then the spirit has left, the mind has left the body.
**Speaker 1**
By tradition, where the mind leaves the body from determines the rebirth.
**Speaker 1**
So for example, if the mind brings the body to the teeth, it could lead to a lower rebirth, a lower rebirth.
**Speaker 1**
So what they teach you in the Transphonic Bay, the Christian Zion would never want.
**Speaker 1**
They say, "Don't let anyone grab the body."
**Speaker 1**
I was in a situation one of my longest time, and I went to the hospital, and I guarded him physically from the hospital.
**Speaker 1**
And so they together said, "Yes, I can now go away."
**Speaker 1**
And I saved him for most of the day, and I would take prayers together, but I didn't let anyone touch his body, right?
**Speaker 1**
If he touched the body, he was on his feet, then the spirit could be let out through that body, or more or more.
**Speaker 1**
So, obviously, the two of us have already come out.
**Speaker 1**
They're excited to improve the body.
**Speaker 1**
This happened to us also in New York.
**Speaker 1**
We have our age.
**Speaker 1**
And we also turned to be character.
**Speaker 1**
And then last day, I was there.
**Speaker 1**
And I didn't have a one there.
**Speaker 1**
And we waited and we did all these rituals.
**Speaker 1**
And then we pressed really hard and we talked about it.
**Speaker 1**
And if that was the purpose of fear to lead to advice, then it's very important.
**Speaker 1**
You can usually associate an anti-science with the doctors and their doctors, and they're usually very complicated.
**Speaker 1**
They'll let you do a change.
**Speaker 1**
You are, right? You'll sign your change.
**Speaker 1**
So, please press there.
**Speaker 1**
That's why I understand it very good.
**Speaker 1**
It stimulates the Ayatollah a little bit. Aside from what it does to the rim, this will be anything.
**Speaker 1**
The direct pressure of the Paktamanda is so desirable. That's very important.
**Speaker 1**
I'll say one more thing about Paktamanda. There's a very, very high yogi property.
**Speaker 1**
which is used for actually going into heaven.
**Speaker 1**
So we believe that in heaven, paradise, which is in the world too.
**Speaker 1**
And there are special, very beautiful, special practices that you can learn
**Speaker 1**
that you will actually be sending your mind perfectly on your self-advocacy.
**Speaker 1**
and back to the physics like that.
**Speaker 1**
There's a system, there's a teaching,
**Speaker 1**
there's a yogic teaching on how to do that.
**Speaker 1**
It's very, very secret.
**Speaker 1**
Even if you have a power,
**Speaker 1**
you don't get this institution from there.
**Speaker 1**
It's very, a simple way to come together.
**Speaker 1**
It's a very, very beautiful practice.
**Speaker 1**
And then, go all the way to something.
**Speaker 2**
I never know, I guess Michael is going to stay in one of these talks.
**Speaker 2**
Maybe that's perfect.
**Speaker 2**
Maybe that's perfect.
**Speaker 2**
Maybe that's perfect.
**Speaker 2**
Sometimes, when you ask,
**Speaker 2**
you'll say two opposing things,
**Speaker 2**
and you'll have to use your own mess judgment
**Speaker 2**
to decide which one is weird
**Speaker 2**
and which one is literal.
**Speaker 2**
This is like the advanced guru yoga.
**Speaker 2**
See, I told you like the Guru Yoga 101, like a while back,
**Speaker 2**
So the answer is: "You do a completely opposite thing."
**Speaker 2**
And then you have to make your own choice based on your own notes.
**Speaker 2**
And what?
**Speaker 2**
Right.
**Speaker 2**
This would be about both.
**Speaker 2**
Oh, that's great.
**Speaker 2**
We are doing a meditation series.
**Speaker 2**
Not we personally, but we.
