<iframe src="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dLUIP2aOnLgurIu8EcpDhnPFjFx5bCKb/preview" width="100%" height="80" allow="autoplay"></iframe> **Speaker 1** *Clapping* **Speaker 1** and then you have to go into the back, right? **Speaker 1** Like this. **Speaker 1** You know, you press that finger up, **Speaker 1** you make it and you let it go, **Speaker 1** and then you try and feel, **Speaker 1** like the feeling that your finger was left over, **Speaker 1** had left over from that finger on your finger, **Speaker 1** And then you get an idea of where the slide-down-the-shocker actually is. **Speaker 1** And then you actually start to try to prove it when you put your mind there in the slide. **Speaker 1** It's not just a picture. **Speaker 1** until you start to steal the choppers, you won't actually be able to make the move on them. **Speaker 1** Like you talked about last night, you won't actually be able to hard at them or pierce them **Speaker 1** until you actually can steal them as well as the event to the director. **Speaker 1** So, I don't know, doing them is to me more important than getting the right picture of exactly the shade or the color of this. **Speaker 1** Get to know your inner body. **Speaker 1** Hi, Margie. **Speaker 1** I'll start to all stress. **Speaker 1** - I'm sorry, **Speaker 2** et on va voir ce qui **Speaker 2** and what you're going to get out of it. **Speaker 2** And he's selling his two pages. **Speaker 2** So you can get the eight dollars, **Speaker 2** or you can get the highest goal. **Speaker 2** So we thought we'd talk about the eight and nine dollars. **Speaker 2** These are things you can get if you read the word dress correctly. **Speaker 2** Well before we get, I'm afraid I'll forget, **Speaker 2** so I have to say, **Speaker 2** If you have Yamataka environment, you're a Yamataka yoga. Tomorrow night is 29th of the month. **Speaker 2** Maybe the next day is a violator of that move, the new move. So Friday is a bad day, zero move. **Speaker 2** Alright, she's about to go to the next one. **Speaker 2** Um, she's about to go to the next one. **Speaker 2** We do sort of cry and something like that. **Speaker 2** She's about to cheer up the world. **Speaker 2** Uh, so if you have a mind to go ahead and call it. **Speaker 2** and we have to talk about how to report tomorrow. **Speaker 2** Okay, I guess I have one. **Speaker 2** And that is not as interesting because, you know, we started, I think it was a few years ago, about two and a half years ago, **Speaker 2** we started fossils and in the advanced fossils they worked. **Speaker 2** What the equivalent of Hathiopica was there is about 130 years. **Speaker 2** And they're going to a city of course of Hathiopica, advanced and largely over the years. **Speaker 2** And it's sort of interesting because it started to work. **Speaker 2** And we never really expected it to work. **Speaker 2** You know, you can do a course in the main town. **Speaker 2** I am cool to see all the people. **Speaker 2** People are actually thinking. **Speaker 2** This is Agatha Yoga's book in the Joppa. **Speaker 2** And it's working, it's actually happening. So people are beginning to manifest basic forms of the 8th grade art. **Speaker 2** The 8th grade art. So, kind of cool. **Speaker 2** So like the 8th grade art, we're going to go through different versions of them. **Speaker 2** There's a traditional Indian version, there's a traditional Tibetan version, and then there's the secret Tibetan version. **Speaker 2** It's kind of three versions of the eight Tars. **Speaker 2** You know how they're like flying in the sky and stuff like that. **Speaker 2** The basic ones. **Speaker 2** But what's happening is very rare to phrase, because we have a group of about 130 people who are actually trying to do all this stuff all the time. **Speaker 2** And I think everyone's mind and body is changing. **Speaker 2** And it's very interesting to watch. **Speaker 2** And it's interesting to watch the interaction of 130 people who are on the brink of or starting to get some kind of special powers all together. **Speaker 2** and then the way they act together and the way they interact together. **Speaker 2** It's really beautiful. Really beautiful. **Speaker 2** You get them all in the room dancing, for example. **Speaker 2** And so, something special happens. **Speaker 2** We had a dance by accident one night, and then this guy, he's playing YouTube. **Speaker 2** "Is he good at the bay?" **Speaker 2** "Is he good at the bay?" **Speaker 2** And then we were all like, "Look out the river." **Speaker 2** And he was like, "No, I can't do it, you can't do it." **Speaker 2** And so, the whole hundreds of thousands of people, **Speaker 2** they just thought about human experiences, **Speaker 2** and then they were coming next to the morning, **Speaker 2** and the reason they started, and I don't know if they were. **Speaker 2** There's this strange thing where you can start to meet people's minds. **Speaker 2** It's not a lot. It's not slow. It starts on a low level. **Speaker 2** But if you have 100 people in the room that have a low level of being able to meet people's minds, **Speaker 2** then you have very sweet things right now. **Speaker 2** So we're going to go out through these powerings. **Speaker 2** I just wanted to encourage you that it's possible. **Speaker 2** And I don't think even all those people know that they are. They are just doing it. **Speaker 2** And for us it's fun to watch. It's almost like a single bodyguard moving to the moon. **Speaker 2** It's very interesting. Very, very encouraging. **Speaker 2** So Google should be powerful. I don't think there is some kind of lift from some old workers like that. **Speaker 2** It's something that starts to happen to you. **Speaker 2** And because you're in it, you don't really notice it all the time. **Speaker 2** But we notice it. **Speaker 2** We're lost. **Speaker 2** And it's good to be able to do something. **Speaker 2** So imagine what it would be like to do like a lean, a man's video. **Speaker 2** And then to have your body starting to change and you can become like a lean. **Speaker 2** They didn't all turn into life, but they're like one successor in their life. **Speaker 2** And then they all have this glow about them, particularly, and this special energy. **Speaker 2** You know, where they dance in their dog now, and I'm like, "What happened?" **Speaker 2** It's a very beautiful thing. It will happen. **Speaker 2** You keep practicing nicely, talking with me, it will happen. Very nice. **Speaker 2** So I guess it's a boring mess, she gets to grab it. **Speaker 2** Here's the list of the Eight Powers according to the ancient Hindu tradition. **Speaker 2** This is the ancient tradition. Many of these are shared by my friends. **Speaker 2** The first one is called "Ami-bara" **Speaker 2** The theme of the ability to turn into the street as much as you want. **Speaker 2** It's a pile of shrinking. **Speaker 2** This is all I've been scolded by a marble company. **Speaker 2** I think they got the list and then they just started the street. **Speaker 2** So I was interested in the street. **Speaker 2** I was interested in the street. **Speaker 2** It's like me? **Speaker 2** In the fantastic form, I don't remember. **Speaker 2** But the guy is like rubbery and you know, okay. **Speaker 2** Anyway, it's real, you can do it. **Speaker 2** It shapes the thing a lot. **Speaker 2** The next one is called, well, I'm going to do it slightly out of order. **Speaker 2** It actually has lucky books, see what he wants. **Speaker 2** And that's kind of a kind of efficient line. **Speaker 2** No, it's a, we need to fill these with as long as they are. **Speaker 2** And we practice, we can practice these in meditation. **Speaker 2** There's a practicing meditation where you imagine yourself, like you can imagine that your partner is your son and you are on the other, that's right. **Speaker 2** And you're rotating around the other, or you can imagine that all the students in this group are on the tip of the pen and they're having a class on the tip of the pen. **Speaker 2** and then your mind goes down and watches them on the table and back down. **Speaker 2** It's a very good exercise for developing concentration. **Speaker 2** That's something you can try and it will trigger your disability daily. **Speaker 2** There's a Jimmy Hensby song. **Speaker 2** I stand next to a mountain and chop it down with the edge of my head. **Speaker 2** I want to chop it. **Speaker 2** Very good at that. **Speaker 2** But it's like he had a vision. **Speaker 2** He really did have a vision where he was feeling. **Speaker 2** He's got this large amount of things. **Speaker 2** And then just chop it in his head. **Speaker 2** You have to develop that. You have to practice that. **Speaker 2** It's good for your mind. **Speaker 2** It's good for how to do it. **Speaker 2** The third one is called "Larima" **Speaker 2** The other word "Hima" means "wakeless" **Speaker 2** The ability to become "wakeless" or very light **Speaker 2** Someone could pick you up with one hand **Speaker 2** The corresponding one is called "garima" **Speaker 2** Garima is like, I don't know if you've ever met like a Taoist **Speaker 2** So, because the master dog or, I don't say, chief, they can go into Garimba and they can say, "Push me." **Speaker 2** And they try to push them, and they try to push them. **Speaker 2** And there was a lama, the Mala wizard, who is there, who had this ability. **Speaker 2** He came to India one time to tell the world to use. **Speaker 2** They were going to check it so they tied him to a rope. **Speaker 2** They had a rope that was putting in a train. **Speaker 2** The train was in the other way. He was just standing there. **Speaker 2** The train couldn't move. They couldn't move. **Speaker 2** He's the incarnation of the founder of our own thing. **Speaker 2** So he comes in years later and he's the incarnation of the founder of our own thing. **Speaker 2** He didn't tell us. **Speaker 2** He said, "Come and give a blessing for you." **Speaker 2** The current one is just a family member of the platform. **Speaker 2** And he used to be that, but we couldn't get him on that. **Speaker 2** He's already gone. **Speaker 2** Maybe next time. **Speaker 2** He has a guy. **Speaker 2** He has a guy. **Speaker 2** The next one is called "Rafki." **Speaker 2** "Rafki." **Speaker 2** "Rafki" means like psychic travel. **Speaker 2** What would you go anywhere from it? **Speaker 2** Just by thinking of it. **Speaker 2** You think of putting your shoulders in your hair. **Speaker 2** And then you can keep your glasses back and put your feet open. **Speaker 2** Like that, okay. **Speaker 2** There you go, there you go. **Speaker 2** I don't know. **Speaker 2** It's called "Flatomia" or "Flatomia". **Speaker 2** It's your ability to travel underwater and be wandering. **Speaker 2** Next one is called "Mashifra" which means some kind of different set of controls and they say you can control animals and animals **Speaker 2** and you could meditate things. **Speaker 2** Next one is called Isha-ta. **Speaker 2** That's a special one. **Speaker 2** It means you have the power to create things **Speaker 2** that are just like one thing. **Speaker 2** It's something you can create. **Speaker 2** I think it's lovely. **Speaker 2** But these are the traditional powers, so if you will see it in the other hand, you can see it in the other hand. **Speaker 2** So, on a basic level, this is what they are, there are deeper levels. **Speaker 2** On a basic level of these levels, there are deeper levels of basic powers. **Speaker 2** So, as long as it is, you are the other one. **Speaker 2** Oh, I have one more thing here. **Speaker 2** As we've been mentioning, the Logite tradition is privileged by tantra. **Speaker 2** All yoga asanas, all spiritual practices, all these rituals we are learning, **Speaker 2** spiritual songs, Kalyama, these are all kinds of things. **Speaker 2** So, in ancient India, in ancient times, up to the present day, **Speaker 2** they are taught on secret ways, small rituals, in cells, like a spine of stealth, **Speaker 2** I know my mom was a secret, this old lady, she made a secret family of women's family. **Speaker 2** She was a secret group of ladies who were young and young, just half-fives, she wasn't half-fives, **Speaker 2** and they had this different group and it was me and me and my parents together and you know, these are younger together **Speaker 2** and they're not any group at all. They just got their regular health department. **Speaker 2** So, the information got passed on in this way for thousands of years. **Speaker 2** So you see differences in like the eight hours. **Speaker 2** Like you may go to a place tomorrow and there will be a good teacher there and they'll give you a tip in this debate talk. **Speaker 2** And you have to think in your mind, this is no problem. **Speaker 2** Because different teachers will emphasize different things. **Speaker 2** One teacher will say, "If I teach my student, Johnny Ma, he won't get out of the room when I want him to. **Speaker 2** So let's touch him over to his ability." **Speaker 2** I guess I'll be gone when I want you to. **Speaker 2** I mean, let's change, especially when information is passed on. **Speaker 2** So, Nina and Dovish's position, don't be overly concerned if you hear, if you see what looks like a scratch. **Speaker 2** If you come across something which contradicts a scripture and thinks you'd be a misvalued or something they've done, **Speaker 2** we've spent our whole lives working on that kind of stuff. **Speaker 2** We're trying to clean up the things for you. **Speaker 2** We've studied many problems that are in our history. **Speaker 2** That are just this cell or the manuscript was written or the thing was sent to grow. **Speaker 2** Those are cleaned up. **Speaker 2** But there are other differences, there are real differences that are fine. **Speaker 2** There are different emphasis by different yoga teachers working for teachers. **Speaker 2** And maybe not even aware that the guy next door is always teaching. **Speaker 2** It's not a problem. Also inner body stuff is very individual. Different people see the central channels of different colors and that's fine. Different people see the chakras of different colors. That's fine. That's not a problem. **Speaker 2** Everybody has a different inner body and a different evolution of inner body. **Speaker 2** But don't freak out if somebody says, "Oh, I saw the central channel of blue." **Speaker 2** And then it could be fine. It could be great. **Speaker 2** We are strictly not allowed in our immediate needs to change the scripture. **Speaker 2** We are never allowed to change the scripture. **Speaker 2** We are doing a scripture at Denimum right now. I thought you'd need to come back. **Speaker 2** This is Ms. Carr. There are mistakes on the least of faith. **Speaker 2** His holiness teacher, the current sign-on as teacher, went through and corrected the problem. **Speaker 2** But he didn't erase them. He wrote an X on it. **Speaker 2** He left a word and he wrote an X on it that means this is wrong, but I can't change the scripture. **Speaker 2** Once I see a description, you can't come around with it. **Speaker 2** So that's very important for passing on knowledge. **Speaker 2** Don't try to fix the thing. Don't try to change things. **Speaker 2** Interpret them for your generation. **Speaker 2** Present them for your generation in a way which is exciting for your generation. **Speaker 2** But you cannot change a scripture. You cannot change a scripture. **Speaker 2** That's very important. **Speaker 2** So as a teacher, you don't change anything of the information. **Speaker 2** You can interpret or present it to a student, according to their mind. **Speaker 2** But that's a very big tradition. **Speaker 2** That's why we have quit the Hattiella position of Back to Gareth, from the Roya and the original part. **Speaker 2** $6.00. **Speaker 2** Alright. **Speaker 1** So, the eights that Jeshua mentioned, and the eights that I'm going to mention, **Speaker 1** the eights that I'm going to mention are the cognitive issues. **Speaker 1** They're taught in the future teachings. **Speaker 1** open teachings of criticism and they're called the Eight Cities or the Eight Kingdoms and **Speaker 1** these are shared with those of non-Buddled schools. What does that mean? These 18 things **Speaker 1** are shared with those of non-Buddled schools. What it means is that people who don't understand **Speaker 1** emptiness can also take them. Which is a really big deal. You know? Like how do you walk on **Speaker 1** You don't even have to understand emptiness. It's a certain kind of concentration. **Speaker 1** It's a certain kind of, they call it a Jepard to the Exit. **Speaker 1** You meditate on the elements of water and you change its nature to harvest and then you walk away. **Speaker 1** And these are the types of things that are considered worldly powers because they're not the ultimate goal. **Speaker 1** They're not enlightened. Like Guadalupe is not enlightened. **Speaker 1** If you only worked hard enough to get these worldly goals, you would just get old and die with them. **Speaker 1** And then in your next life you wouldn't have them anymore and it wouldn't really help you **Speaker 1** on the path so much. **Speaker 1** On the other hand, they can be extremely useful for getting you with the other people. **Speaker 1** Like for instance, it's very encouraging when all of a sudden you get certain abilities **Speaker 1** to, you know, flatten each other's mind. **Speaker 1** It can be very helpful for you for instance as a teacher. **Speaker 1** If someone comes to you and says, "I have a problem," but then they can't really spit out what it is, you know, you can kind of stuff out what the best practice would be for them. **Speaker 1** So, they can be very helpful. **Speaker 1** Right? They can be very helpful. **Speaker 1** Or if someone is the type of student who needs some kind of radical proof that these **Speaker 1** teachings actually work and you could actually do some kind of miraculous things to bring **Speaker 1** them to them, then that could also be useful. **Speaker 1** But there's an incredible problem with doing that. **Speaker 1** Then they want another one. **Speaker 1** The next day they want you to do a bigger one. **Speaker 1** And the day after that they're like, "Oh, I'm sick about walking on water and stuff." **Speaker 1** Did you lie? **Speaker 1** You know, it's like everything gets old after a while. **Speaker 1** Or, "Oh yeah, you can walk on water, but you didn't do this other thing that I wanted you to do." **Speaker 1** It's dangerous for teachers to teach that way too much because it's not being for students. **Speaker 1** But occasionally, like, you know... **Speaker 1** Occasionally, sometimes it's fun. **Speaker 1** So we'll get into the list of the Tibet games. **Speaker 1** The first one is called Reltree. Reltree means a sword. **Speaker 1** And this is a ritual where you take a sword and you do a special ritual over it and you're holding it while you're doing the ritual. **Speaker 1** And then at the end of the ritual you will gain the ability to travel anywhere you want. **Speaker 1** Cool. **Speaker 1** And I don't know, there's all these symbols that carry themselves over into different cultures. **Speaker 1** I was thinking when I was preparing the class that this reminded me of Excalibur in a way, you know? **Speaker 1** Or this whole thing about the sword and things get carried over without their real meaning. **Speaker 1** The real meaning gets lost but the image still remains. **Speaker 1** So we have these things about swords. **Speaker 1** We really love swords. We've got all this tradition about swords but we don't know why. **Speaker 1** Right? **Speaker 1** Like people have swords on their walls and people, you know, they draw swords everywhere but they don't know why. **Speaker 1** And maybe that's why. **Speaker 1** Maybe like we used to do this practice a long time ago. **Speaker 1** The second one is called "Rilhu" which means a pill. **Speaker 1** And this is a pill that you made with some special secret substances along with a certain ritual. **Speaker 1** And then it allows you to take any form that you like. **Speaker 1** For instance, in the stories of the Mahasiddhas, there are lots of stories about great masters who took the shape of deer, for instance, in order to teach somebody something. **Speaker 1** They took the shape of a deer to a hunter who was going to kill a deer. **Speaker 1** And in that way they taught the hunter not to kill. **Speaker 1** So there are a lot of great benefits to taking different out of suitable forms. **Speaker 1** Now, here's like the extreme city and then there's the milder form of that city where you would take this hill and you would just get a more shining construction **Speaker 1** and you would feel stronger and you would get a certain kind of clear wind. **Speaker 1** There are different degrees of these cities. **Speaker 1** The third one is called "mukmen" and that means "eye omnis". **Speaker 1** So you spread a certain magic substance on your eyes and then you are able to see very great witchmissions. **Speaker 1** Like you could actually see under the earth and find certain minerals, you know, if you were looking for holes for your monastery or something like that. **Speaker 1** You could look into the sky and see the planet of the distant stars. **Speaker 1** And you know it's interesting because someone who is actually at the level where they have **Speaker 1** used to be they wouldn't necessarily need the ointment, right? **Speaker 1** They wouldn't necessarily even need the ointment. **Speaker 1** They could just look up into the sky and see, right? **Speaker 1** The fourth one is called "Whiped Feet, Calm Yoke" in Tibetan. **Speaker 1** And this is where you do a ritual with a certain leaf and you write certain stances on them and then you hold the leaf and you can travel as fast as you want. **Speaker 1** There's a story about Art in a Gardener using one of these weeds. **Speaker 1** He was actually trying to raise money for his monastery and he wanted to find an alchemist. **Speaker 1** He learned of one on a very, very far-reaching island. **Speaker 1** So he made one of these weeds and he traveled there. **Speaker 1** He was like, "Please teach me alchemy so that I can learn how to change, raise metals to gold, so that I can save the monastery." **Speaker 1** because they're starving. And the guy was a really stubborn old jokey and he said, "Okay, **Speaker 1** give me your link and I'll take you." And the Alcabeth teacher, he thought that Arya **Speaker 1** Nagarjuna couldn't get off the island after that, you know, because he didn't have his **Speaker 1** reach. So he was safe to teach him all his chemical secrets. So he teaches him all his **Speaker 1** chemical secrets, but then Arya Nagarjuna had another reach, "Oh, God, I'm sorry!" **Speaker 1** After he got all the secrets, he flew back to the monastery where he got incredible trouble for turning the pedal to gold. **Speaker 1** In one rendition of the story, he gets kicked out of the monastery. In another rendition of the story, he gets out of it. **Speaker 1** Maybe he got kicked out and then he got made out of it. It's possible. **Speaker 1** but anyway, that's pretty dope. **Speaker 1** Then there's a practice called Jumen, **Speaker 1** which maybe some of you have heard of it. **Speaker 1** It means taking the essence. **Speaker 1** And this is where, **Speaker 1** this is particularly helpful with serenity. **Speaker 1** It's where you can live off very, very small substances **Speaker 1** of food, like you could take a grain of rice a day **Speaker 1** or something like that. **Speaker 1** And it would completely satisfy you, **Speaker 1** and you would be full. **Speaker 1** And then you could continue doing your practice **Speaker 1** constantly without having to be interrupted **Speaker 1** by digestive processes, which actually makes **Speaker 1** your body and your mind rather tired. **Speaker 1** So, a lot of people still practice **Speaker 1** modified forms of Julean, even today. Maybe we'll get through it, but I'm not really good. **Speaker 1** Mushdhar Mabhadra is a famous Tibetan Lama, which means quicksilver. And he says, "If you **Speaker 1** that even a man who was 80 years old turned into a child of 8. **Speaker 1** Like his skin starts to change back to when he was very, very young. **Speaker 1** So the Shulang practice is actually a practice of youth. **Speaker 1** And our environment used to practice that too, even for 800 years. **Speaker 1** And he did it with what they call Quicksilver. **Speaker 1** The name of the law is Quicksilver, but our guardian has said to use Quicksilver. **Speaker 1** It's mercury, right? **Speaker 1** Or the secret of endless use. **Speaker 1** There's all these interesting city passages. **Speaker 1** One of the benefits of extending your lifespan obviously is that you don't have to go through **Speaker 1** another rebirth to get back to where you were before you were practicing. **Speaker 1** You know, you can continue on and then you have a longer time than your recent life **Speaker 1** and you're not so pressured. **Speaker 1** Oh my god, the time is running out. **Speaker 1** I think it's very useful at a different point. **Speaker 1** Then there's a practice called tattoo, which is walking in the sky or dancing in the sky. **Speaker 1** It's flying, basically. Or maybe it's swimming. **Speaker 1** For real. **Speaker 1** The name of this is very interesting because "tachuma" means "zaki" or "kitara" **Speaker 1** "sky dancer" literally "sky dancing angels" **Speaker 1** and that's what we call "sky dancing angels" **Speaker 1** The seventh one is called "Numma" which means "Invisibility" **Speaker 1** It says in the text that you use a physical ointment and you come here on your forehead and then you become invisible **Speaker 1** but you don't need the ointment **Speaker 1** And then the last one is called "zao" **Speaker 1** It means underground. **Speaker 1** And this is where you can swim under the earth like a fish in water. **Speaker 1** So, there have been some people in the past that have gotten so caught up in trying to **Speaker 1** get people into these cities that they have lost the ultimate goal of their practice. **Speaker 1** and that becomes an obstacle. Then these things actually become an obstacle to things. **Speaker 1** Or, they are on the road to enlightenment, they are going for the highest goal and then they get a thing. **Speaker 1** And they are so wrapped up in the ability to do this thing that they set into God that they get distracted. **Speaker 1** So those are two different kinds of obstacles that you have to watch out for if your practice **Speaker 1** starts getting a little bit better. **Speaker 1** When you start actually getting some of these, don't let your mind get distracted by them. **Speaker 1** Also the ultimate goal, your job is to reach a state of total enlightenment so that you **Speaker 1** can save every single being in the universe. **Speaker 1** Your job is to get to that angel body and omniscient mind with total love in your heart, total compassion. **Speaker 1** And flying in the sky is nothing compared to that. **Speaker 1** Don't be able to fly all you want once you get to the ultimate goal. **Speaker 1** All your bodies will be able to fly. **Speaker 1** So, don't take them incredibly seriously. **Speaker 1** If something doesn't happen to you, that's great, keep going. **Speaker 1** If it doesn't happen to you and then it goes away, that's okay too, keep going. **Speaker 1** You know, I mean it goes like this sometimes. **Speaker 1** And a yogi is really saved by them. **Speaker 1** Like their worldly goal is use them as you can to help your students. **Speaker 1** If they come to you for a reason, if you get them, think about how you can most use them to benefit other people. **Speaker 1** Because they were granted to you for some purpose. **Speaker 2** She said I didn't do the test for it. **Speaker 2** That's true. **Speaker 2** I didn't do the turnstaff. **Speaker 2** Okay. **Speaker 2** So the British, can I have to understand that the power is going to pop up on you? **Speaker 2** they come gradually. So, I'm saying that if you start to gain the power to travel anywhere you want, that's because your karma has started to change. **Speaker 2** So, in the early stages, that might just mean you end up going to more countries than you ever expected to fly airplanes. **Speaker 2** You know what I mean? The world starts to shrink for you personally. And that happens. **Speaker 2** Instead of just being in one tent, you just start to see the glow of that fun part. **Speaker 2** And it's not such a big deal to be in Rio de Janeiro one week and then Hong Kong the next week. **Speaker 2** It means your karma has started to rise in time. **Speaker 2** And then you get the worldly version where you could maybe get the two-time in 25 minutes to better out or something. **Speaker 2** Without skiing. **Speaker 2** And then suddenly there's a breakthrough into the enlightened version. **Speaker 2** Suddenly there's a breakthrough into the enlightened person. **Speaker 2** And then there are no limitations anymore at all. **Speaker 2** of timelessness. You can travel to intimate world in the same place. You can stand on countless planets at the same time. **Speaker 2** So you're not even restricted to learning gravity at all. Just break through to a bigger thing. **Speaker 2** If you read this verse carefully in the Bible, he doesn't talk about extra cities, he doesn't talk about the eight cities. **Speaker 2** The eight English. He uses a different word. He calls it Ishvarya. **Speaker 2** And if the residents have retained the difference between this and the city, I haven't seen it in Indian books. **Speaker 2** I've only seen it in one out of 10,000, 11,000. **Speaker 2** But there's a very beautiful explanation of it by Mama Kutman, who is in our village for the Biser's Newcastle. **Speaker 2** One day one of his students asked him a question. **Speaker 2** He said, "I've seen this eight attainments, they're written down everywhere, but I saw in a book, I saw a different compliment saying the eight divine power." **Speaker 2** And Muthi Barbarra said, "Oh, they're just different, so many different." **Speaker 2** And he gave an answer, and he explained it. **Speaker 2** It's a beautiful little book of like 400 questions and answers. **Speaker 2** So you know, people were sitting there with a woodblock. **Speaker 2** They don't know if they have the corners, right? **Speaker 2** And somebody asked the question and they were like, "He's carving it out." **Speaker 2** And they have this book, it's very beautiful. **Speaker 2** So anyway, here are the eighties. **Speaker 2** Isvahya, which is really what's mentioned in this, and many Indian commentators have taken it to the eighties. **Speaker 2** So here we go. **Speaker 2** Another body is called a holy body. It's a holy body. **Speaker 2** And that means the ability to produce multiple bodies at once, at will, as many as you like. **Speaker 2** Animation. Really entertaining. **Speaker 2** Again, this needs stuff on you. This needs stuff on you. **Speaker 2** First you're able to find many people to help you. **Speaker 2** and you're able to inspire many people out like your arms. **Speaker 2** And they're doing caliphany, right? **Speaker 2** And then later on, you're like able, they call it a Sheth Khan book, **Speaker 2** you're able to do like, you can write a book with your left hand and do it with your right hand. **Speaker 2** They call it a hundred, a hundred, a hundred, personally if there are a hundred things in there they want. **Speaker 2** And then it develops further and further. **Speaker 2** Until finally you are able, sitting in your apartment, to stand on countless worlds, in countless parties. **Speaker 2** "Nato Shindu, Nato Sukuri, Nato Taki, Nato Tujiri, Nato Tadishiji, Nato Shindu, Shire Chudu Kuri, Shisho." **Speaker 2** Very beautiful. "Nato Shindu, Nato Sukuri, I will stand on countless planets in countless parties." **Speaker 2** And I will use countless different means to help countless different people. **Speaker 2** And I will fulfill the countless dreams of family. **Speaker 2** And I will, I hope I will gain this power. **Speaker 2** It's very beautiful. **Speaker 2** So you will have this power one day. **Speaker 2** Whatever other people need, you can do that in a second. **Speaker 2** You can be a puppy dog for them, you can be a partner for them, you can be a boyfriend for them, you can be a girlfriend for their sister, you can do everything. **Speaker 2** You can make everyone happy at the same time. This is the hope, this is what you want to do. This is the real part, right? **Speaker 2** Okay, number two. **Speaker 2** Holy Speech. It means there will come a time when countless people can ask you questions. **Speaker 2** Everyone in the room can ask you questions in a different language. **Speaker 2** And you will give one answer in Sanskrit, the Holy Mother language. **Speaker 2** Each person will understand the answer in their own language. **Speaker 2** And it will be a different answer for each person. **Speaker 2** So you will gain this word, whether you will have it for them. **Speaker 2** This is the ultimate amolition of the yoke of the universe. **Speaker 2** A downed dog will contribute to this village. **Speaker 2** Seriously, that's what we're saying. That's what we're questioning about. **Speaker 2** A downed dog will enable you one day to have this power. **Speaker 2** Number 10. **Speaker 2** A holy lion, holy spirit of lion, will let you speak with him. **Speaker 2** It means two things. It has two aspects. **Speaker 2** One, it can see everything in the universe at this stage. **Speaker 2** It has no attention. It sees all things. **Speaker 2** In one moment. **Speaker 2** If you ever open your Heart Chakra in this time, **Speaker 2** if you are ever able to open your Heart Chakra in this time, **Speaker 2** if you are practicing all these weird things that are teaching, **Speaker 2** and you will actually be able to see how many living beings are the same. **Speaker 2** How many people of living beings there is in the universe are the same. **Speaker 2** So that's worth a little bit of time and love it. **Speaker 2** Right? That's worth it. **Speaker 2** It's really worth it. **Speaker 2** That's what these practices are meant to do. **Speaker 2** They also make it seem... **Speaker 2** ...in the gender. **Speaker 2** So you have a real reason to do it. **Speaker 2** You can't lose, really. **Speaker 2** It's pretty beautiful. Imagine what it would be like. **Speaker 2** Imagine how they have to work in your life. **Speaker 2** You see the face of every living Christian. **Speaker 2** You need everything in life. **Speaker 2** You can do that if you do your feelings. **Speaker 2** I don't trust trust. **Speaker 2** Not kidding. Not kidding. **Speaker 2** That's what they were made for. **Speaker 2** That's what young people were made for. **Speaker 2** Don't shortchange yoga. Don't think it was just made for looking good. That's like cheap, you know. That's like cheapening. **Speaker 2** See this final choice for the more you see everything you see. You're just like, you have a heart. Your mind has something. You just need something. **Speaker 2** Really. Alright. Oh, and at the same time you see everything you see. It's only in a mind and meaning. **Speaker 2** Normally when you're looking at emptiness you can't look at other sides. **Speaker 2** Because emptiness is ultimate reality, other sides are not. **Speaker 2** But when you reach the third divine power, you will have no surprise. **Speaker 2** While you're looking at everything in the universe, you're also seeing the thought. **Speaker 2** What's the form? **Speaker 2** It's called miracles. **Speaker 2** So it's the form of the message of miracles at work. **Speaker 2** Both CDs are to impress students who are out of doubt. **Speaker 2** And they say it's the lesson telling the students to respond to miracles. **Speaker 2** the last intelligent students in the American. **Speaker 2** The intelligent students think that this class is a miracle, **Speaker 2** and that their life is a miracle, **Speaker 2** and that they have their yoga sessions this morning as a miracle. **Speaker 2** And the last intelligent students, they want to see someone fly or something like that. **Speaker 2** But these can be useful. **Speaker 2** The Bible is most important. **Speaker 2** It's just that some people over the years. **Speaker 2** Number five, it's called Ever-Presence. **Speaker 2** Ever-Presence. **Speaker 2** So instead of just being able to travel to 31st, you can be in all 31st, **Speaker 2** at the same time. **Speaker 2** You're not limited anymore by one floor. **Speaker 2** You can be in all 31st, you can have all 31st, you can have all 31st, you can have all 31 **Speaker 2** Alright. **Speaker 2** I think we've got to turn the arrow. **Speaker 2** The mountain, even in the winter, we flap the breeze through the air. **Speaker 2** Maybe that's why they look like they have power. **Speaker 2** Number 6. **Speaker 2** It's called the ability to fulfill all wishes. **Speaker 2** And you have the ability to look into a person's mind and see what they really wish for in their deepest part. **Speaker 2** Maybe that they don't even understand themselves. And then you fulfill that wish for them. **Speaker 2** You are more self-interested in them than their own self-interested is in them. **Speaker 2** You care about them more than they care about themselves. **Speaker 2** and you look into their mind and you see their position, you make a concept. **Speaker 2** It's a beautiful power. These are real powers, right? You get the same? **Speaker 2** It's different from the other ones, right? **Speaker 2** Okay, next one. It's called creating all faith. **Speaker 2** But it doesn't mean that because in our belief you can't create a reality for other people. **Speaker 2** Each person has to create their reality of themselves. **Speaker 2** Otherwise they're going to be cancer. **Speaker 2** They wouldn't be cancer if there were some being who could change their reality or create a new reality for them. **Speaker 2** You create your own reality. **Speaker 2** All the teachers can do is teach you how to do it. **Speaker 2** Or you have to do it yourself. **Speaker 2** The fact that there is cancer means that there isn't anybody who can change your reality for you. **Speaker 2** You have to change your reality. But they can teach you how to change. **Speaker 2** So creating all things is interpreted in the scripture as meaning the power to show yourself to anyone that it would help at the same moment. **Speaker 2** So, you can show them to them in any way you want. **Speaker 2** That's quite the other difference in everything you can do. **Speaker 2** Oh, I'm sorry. There's a second. **Speaker 2** Okay. Sorry. **Speaker 2** as a world, also. **Speaker 2** Or as all the people in that world. **Speaker 2** I mean, if a person were really good at emanating, **Speaker 2** they could also emanate to you, a world. **Speaker 2** And all the people on that world. **Speaker 2** It's possible that all those people in this room except for me are the same. **Speaker 2** And that they're always trying to help me by coming to Christ. **Speaker 2** And that happens for people. **Speaker 2** Alright, last one is, 8 is just to become an enlightened being. **Speaker 2** I think it does hold the power to do that. **Speaker 2** I think it might include the true self. **Speaker 2** So you get a feeling how these are the ultimate evolution of the other two types of faiths. **Speaker 2** This is very meaningful. **Speaker 2** And again, the reason they spend so much time on this is that you have to sit in your apartment in New York and wonder if you shouldn't be at that enough. **Speaker 2** There's something I have about to explain that we're seeing a lot of things. **Speaker 2** You know, like they're doing yoga and something is happening. **Speaker 2** Something is changing in a sort of miraculous way. **Speaker 2** So the idea is to put a scene in your mind is to get curious. **Speaker 2** Maybe she'll go see what's happening. **Speaker 2** So if yoga were really taught properly to a large group of people, then some odd things that should be happening after two attainments. **Speaker 2** And after six or ten years it's going to be something totally unexpected. **Speaker 2** Okay? If things happen, if things are possible, you can, in the back of your mind, you should consider maybe that. **Speaker 2** Maybe I would like it. **Speaker 2** Okay? **Speaker 1** Anyone want to put the next slide? **Speaker 1** Govanyam payatnyam **Speaker 1** of a woman of nobility, there is something which should never be stupid. **Speaker 1** There are many different translations of this verse and in the modern times people have been **Speaker 1** and translating it to something like, like implying that this woman of nobility is having something on the side. **Speaker 1** You know? **Speaker 1** And we feel quite strongly that this is not at all what Master Shwat Barama would ever write in his book **Speaker 1** after going through the Yamas and the Yamas go-sthrinkly in chapter 1 **Speaker 1** and telling us that they are the basic foundation of our practice. **Speaker 1** If you are doing something like adultery, **Speaker 1** your mind is never going to be quiet enough or calm enough **Speaker 1** to actually realize these creative statements. **Speaker 1** There's no way. **Speaker 1** There's no way. **Speaker 1** You have to be living such a clean life. **Speaker 1** You have to be helping other people. **Speaker 1** Your mind has to be totally pure and stainless. **Speaker 1** and moral in order to actualize these high goals of yoga. **Speaker 1** So, you know, what does he actually mean by that? **Speaker 1** You know, like the sexual play of a woman of nobility. **Speaker 1** He could be referring to the woman of nobility **Speaker 1** as the sexual genre of yoga. **Speaker 1** As we heard before, the central town has many names, like Lady Blitzkiver. **Speaker 1** And in the Indian tradition, they really like to personify things. **Speaker 1** It could be referring to that. It could also be a veiled reference to something like mudra as a partner practice. **Speaker 1** which we were talking about in the previous class. **Speaker 1** Actually practicing the seal with two bodies instead of one. **Speaker 1** And in that case you could actually read this verse like the special place with a woman of nobility. **Speaker 1** The other could be a with in this case. **Speaker 1** So there is this really strong information in the Indian lineage to pass this on from one student to another separately. **Speaker 1** And there is a, I don't know how many people are here. **Speaker 1** Yeah, there is like over a hundred people here probably in the skyline room. **Speaker 1** And here we are talking about the Hatha Yoga Preeti program in open class. **Speaker 1** And we thought it would be important to address why we're doing that. **Speaker 1** Because traditionally, we would be seeing one on one. **Speaker 1** It would take a heck of a lot longer if we met you individually in class. **Speaker 1** But that's not at all the reason why I was doing it. **Speaker 1** The asanas themselves, you know, the whole Bogo of Hatha Yoga, **Speaker 1** it used to be secret. **Speaker 1** Like, all the asanas in the first chapter were also considered a secret teaching. **Speaker 1** But now you can go to any yoga studio and, I don't know, pay 20 bucks and get an asana class. **Speaker 1** And so something kind of strange is happening. All these people have these very high tantric practices, like we would consider them as high tantric doctrine practices, completion stage practices of the inner body, which are the physical althana. **Speaker 1** So everybody knows them, but they have no idea what they mean. **Speaker 1** So people are going around practicing all these very high-tender things about any kind of understanding of the deep and powerful meaning behind them. **Speaker 1** And obviously people are doing this, obviously you're doing this because you have very powerful meaning in your mind and your past life. **Speaker 1** So our job then becomes retroactively to explain to people who already know the osmos, what they are about. **Speaker 1** How to use your osmos practice to its maximum potential so that you can actually get inside your inner body and you can actually move the wind and you can actually have a chance in this lifetime to get enlightened. **Speaker 1** Because you are already doing it. So what are we supposed to do? **Speaker 1** Don't talk about Hashimoto's. **Speaker 1** It's a little too late for that. **Speaker 1** Hashimoto's is already out there. **Speaker 1** Another thing that we should say is that these classes are, we've been doing them over the years and we have reached the sort of natural filter process where the people who are interested in inner body stuff come to these classes, the people who have a disease story come to these classes and then the people who don't are not in the chat. **Speaker 1** There are a lot of people who aren't in the group. **Speaker 1** And it's a natural filter process for us. **Speaker 1** And we don't think of teaching more than that. **Speaker 1** They do have to pass down from one teacher to another in oral lineage as is proper with **Speaker 1** teaching. **Speaker 1** And that's kind of how we arranged it in the Yoga Studies Institute. **Speaker 1** We force the issue of passing it down on-frame teachers to students directly. **Speaker 1** You can't listen to these classes on the web. You can't listen to them by tape. You have to be in the room. **Speaker 1** And there are people who made it in this room and there are people who didn't. **Speaker 1** And the people who made it in this room are the people who should be hearing these teachings. **Speaker 1** So, I mean, that puts a lot more responsibility on you, as the people who ended up in this room, to actually do something about, I mean, these are very high teaching. **Speaker 1** And you have been granted a great gift by getting them. **Speaker 1** And what are you going to do about that? **Speaker 1** How are you going to maximize the benefits? **Speaker 1** I mean, if you just come to a party over for the business class once in a year, **Speaker 1** even if it is too long, **Speaker 1** it's not going to do that much for you. **Speaker 1** You have to find a teacher. **Speaker 1** This is kind of our games man. We are giving these classes for people whose strongest seeds are in the inner body. **Speaker 1** The strongest seeds are in the asana practices. **Speaker 1** And then it's like, yes these are your teachings but there's more. **Speaker 1** There's a whole slew of ATI courses waiting for you if you want to get deeper into the mental aspect of it, if you want to get deeper into emptiness, if you want to understand that. **Speaker 1** And then once you've done a good enough grasp of what emptiness means, then you can find a teacher that will teach you the higher teaching. **Speaker 1** You know, the teaching that we're doing at Degas Johnson. **Speaker 1** There are people here, there are a lot of people who are teaching in New York. **Speaker 1** They're going and down the mountain, getting the teaching, and then coming straight back to New York and passing them on to their students. **Speaker 1** And we've got grandchildren and great-grandchildren already, and it's only the fourth year of them in helping. **Speaker 1** And that's the way we want it, because that's how it should go, in these little cells of secret genie lineages, **Speaker 1** like Kendra Boucher's sister, who's 65-year-old secret spodger genie practitioner, right? **Speaker 1** Just think about what you'd like to do in the future. **Speaker 1** These classes are for you to start thinking about your spiritual career. **Speaker 1** Where do you need to go in order to get to the ultimate goal in this life? **Speaker 1** How fast can you travel the path? **Speaker 1** I knew I forgot one thing. **Speaker 1** On the other hand, it's very proper not to tell somebody something. **Speaker 1** if it would possibly hurt their faith in the practice list, **Speaker 1** if they're not ready, **Speaker 1** or if you know that they would practice them wrongly. **Speaker 1** Like there's kind of two extremes. **Speaker 1** You know, there's one person who hears about **Speaker 1** hand-straps practice with a partner, **Speaker 1** and they say, "Ew, that's not spirituality," **Speaker 1** and they leave. **Speaker 1** And that would be a terrible bad karma for you and for them. **Speaker 1** You know, and you have to protect your students, if you have students, from doing that **Speaker 1** because it's on your shoulders if they walk away. **Speaker 1** Right? **Speaker 1** Like you get the bad karma of maybe denying them teaching for the rest of their lives **Speaker 1** because they got turned off by something they didn't understand. **Speaker 1** You know, and you weren't able to explain it fast enough before they walked out the door. **Speaker 1** So that's one bad thing. **Speaker 1** The other extreme is a student who hears about it and doesn't listen to you when you say don't practice it yet. **Speaker 1** You know, they're like, yeah, part of your practice. **Speaker 1** They're like out the door, you know, doing something weird that they don't quite understand that's going to hurt them **Speaker 1** because they don't understand about their inner body and they haven't got the training for it and they haven't got the teaching for it. **Speaker 1** So those are the two reasons that you might not want to tell people right away certain things. **Speaker 1** So as teachers, which I know you all are, because we all now have the Haki Yoga page, **Speaker 1** you have to keep those two things in mind. **Speaker 1** And it's your decision as a teacher with each individual student what you're going to say when you're not going to say. **Speaker 2** We've got another 10 minutes before we take a break. **Speaker 2** We'll start tonight's party. **Speaker 2** We're on to the first of the Mughaludah, which is? **Speaker 2** Mahamudah. **Speaker 2** Say Mahamudah. **Speaker 2** Mahamudah. **Speaker 2** We've already spent a long time teaching Mahanujan to people. **Speaker 2** It's been 10 years teaching Mahanujan to people. **Speaker 2** And it's a big subject. **Speaker 2** I think first I just wanted to let you know the other resources are available for running Mahanujan. **Speaker 2** It's a Mahoganyu meditation practice. **Speaker 2** Which is a... **Speaker 2** I think Mahoganyu is a good one. **Speaker 2** No? No. **Speaker 2** Oh, well, okay. We'll have to know it's a good one. **Speaker 2** It's one of the ACI meditation models. **Speaker 2** This is open teaching in Mahoganyu. **Speaker 2** This is a non-secret meditational version of the mom filter, which is very, very deep and we'll be covering it lightly, but we should know that it's available. **Speaker 2** You can talk to Matthew Cannon over here, and she's your organic class. **Speaker 2** But it's kind of the same thing I'm teaching this in the other country. **Speaker 2** That's one kind of mom-middha. There's a mom-middha awesome stuff. There's a whole series of yoga exercises, **Speaker 2** great mom-middha, which has been taught to me on the society of the community. **Speaker 2** So I should just say, "No, I'll talk to you all." **Speaker 2** That's a statistic about physical side of the mom-middha. **Speaker 2** Lama could be translated an extremely important text by the first Tenshin Lama, who did 500 times about **Speaker 2** the non-mooder teaching. And that was the principle of teaching a non-mooder for our community, **Speaker 2** the leading to design Lama. This is the most important part of our non-mooder. **Speaker 2** So she translated it and taught it, has been teaching it, and she's done it. **Speaker 2** He did over three of the monks in the Karka. **Speaker 2** That brings in a whole range of Mahamurga open and secret meditation practices that were practiced into that by many different images. **Speaker 2** So the first Pension Ramah, he collected them all together and he gave a very beautiful teaching. **Speaker 2** So all, uh, **Speaker 2** So, let me ask you a question. **Speaker 2** So here we go to Jumama. I'm going to just describe generally the option of Jumama. **Speaker 2** Like how you put your body into Jumama. And this is what the text says here. **Speaker 2** Father Helena of our name, Yuritram Tidya, Dakshinam, Dr. Ritram Tidya, Kalapaya, **Speaker 2** meaning Kalapaya, Pariyam, Karayam, Yom, Kalayam, Arita. **Speaker 2** This is very important, okay? **Speaker 2** By the ways, you should thank, there's a woman called Andrea Lemon, **Speaker 2** who is a sister, her brother, her brother. **Speaker 2** Yeah, yeah. **Speaker 2** She did a whole thing. She laid out the whole thing. It was like two-three-foot work. **Speaker 2** And she did it. She was not even here. She just did it. **Speaker 2** So, if you would see her, you should play coach. **Speaker 2** But if she'd say coach, no, I'm not kind of biased. **Speaker 2** No, I'm supposed to check on this. That's my problem. **Speaker 2** How do you get it turned out? **Speaker 2** Press the heel of your left foot into your brain. **Speaker 2** I went to yoga classes for like a year. **Speaker 2** I keep up saying this, and I thought it was in the back of my head. **Speaker 2** And it means you put on your groin, okay? **Speaker 2** It's depending on your groin. **Speaker 2** And it's going to change your life, **Speaker 2** but now you're not going to have to pat your hands. **Speaker 2** Picking one heel into your arm, **Speaker 2** the other leg is stretched out in your ear. **Speaker 2** You know, you're going to keep your back very straight and then grab this to the forehead. **Speaker 2** Then, I need to go to the next one. **Speaker 2** Anyway, you also do a neck off the side of the road trip. **Speaker 2** And you'll be doing a breath retention. **Speaker 2** So it's very difficult to use Buddha that she's doing something with your body. **Speaker 2** She's doing something with your breath. **Speaker 2** And then she's doing something with your mental focus. **Speaker 2** And I think the mental focus is lost a lot of times in the overcrowding. **Speaker 2** So we'll be coming watching it. **Speaker 2** And of course, I like to see it when the ancient authors say, "Don't forget to do it on the side." **Speaker 2** Because that means what? **Speaker 2** If they did it, they would actually bring it. **Speaker 2** Just another interesting thing here. So they were aware that you have had a balance, right? **Speaker 2** Like, have you ever been in a yoga class and a teacher was asking the other side? **Speaker 2** And something said, somehow, afterwards you just feel a balance on that. **Speaker 2** So it's very important to them. They didn't take each out. **Speaker 2** which is fine that you might do it in multiple times on each side. **Speaker 2** So you have to keep it count equal. **Speaker 2** Hindi goes through the... **Speaker 2** When I was working on this text, I thought it was really strange that the Peridium, **Speaker 2** in the Hakkidama Kadivika, is called Yoni, say Yoni. **Speaker 2** Yoni or Yoni Sonaka. **Speaker 2** Yoni Sonaka. **Speaker 2** So you can see it's a very small time. **Speaker 2** "Moten" means the female sexual orientation. **Speaker 2** You'll see throughout the Udras, **Speaker 2** in this text which is written from male yoga, **Speaker 2** in this text which is written from... **Speaker 2** We're doing practice these things mainly in ancient India. **Speaker 2** There is a very different art like that. **Speaker 2** So, when you have teachers normally for male yogis, they always say, "Put your heel in your yogi." **Speaker 2** Okay? Or give a diver. Like that. Okay? **Speaker 2** And then you have to ask why. You have to think why. Why did they do that? **Speaker 2** And it's important. It's important. **Speaker 2** A big part of the mudra practices is to try to balance your male and female energies. **Speaker 2** Everybody has both male and female energy. **Speaker 2** If you were born physically as a male, then at that time you had more male energy. **Speaker 2** If you were born physically as a woman, then at that time you had more female energy. **Speaker 2** But all kingdoms have both male and female energy. **Speaker 2** And in yoga, that's considered a reason why you can get any life. **Speaker 2** The fact that you have both male and female energy is one of the reasons why you can get enlightened. **Speaker 2** Because enlightenment is where you balance them perfectly. **Speaker 2** So enlightened people, they don't have a sexual organization. **Speaker 2** They are 100% male and 100% female. They are totally balanced. **Speaker 2** It's very interesting, an angel's body is beyond the fetus-factual orientation. **Speaker 2** And the powers in your body can change through your lifetime. **Speaker 2** In fact, in the Vinaya, in the ancient, the oldest teachings of Buddhism, which are the monks' body, **Speaker 2** there are discussions about, do you lose your brow with your female energy, **Speaker 2** so that you get stronger than you're never, and you feel more female? **Speaker 2** They say, "Well you can switch three times, but not more than that." **Speaker 2** They use your ground. **Speaker 2** So, it's not, I mean, 2,500 years ago it was recognized that in the course of your life also, the energy may shift. **Speaker 2** And you may have more male energy than female when you start out. **Speaker 2** It's not strange or unusual or wrong or something like that. **Speaker 2** It's your karma. Some kind of karma. **Speaker 2** The practices of Hatha Yoga are meant to balance how male is human. **Speaker 2** It's how you are whole, you are integrated, you are some sleeping pool. **Speaker 2** You have all the benefits of both energies. **Speaker 2** You have the compassion of a woman and whatever stereotypes you want to use. **Speaker 2** And that's why they're either both men or boys, they are saying put your heel in your head. **Speaker 2** And you'll see a jump. **Speaker 2** And that's good to know. **Speaker 2** I'm assuming you can get a lot of attention in your two days, okay? **Speaker 2** I think each of the days you're sitting down there, you're kind of, your TAs have a very detailed homework, but if you want to show it, you'll notice the issue is too long. **Speaker 2** So it's important for the TAs to give active details to the people in there with their findings. **Speaker 2** Я так как 15 минут в рейтинге, я так и буду работать. **Speaker 2** Я так и буду работать. **Speaker 2** Я так и буду работать. **Speaker 2** Thank you.
