**Speaker 1**
It was just so nice to know about the public.
**Speaker 1**
It's so nice to know what it is.
**Speaker 1**
It's so nice to know what I'm saying.
**Speaker 1**
Like I said, there is no place I'd rather need to be a hero of your life.
**Speaker 1**
Thank you.
**Speaker 1**
So thank you, everybody, for all that stuff.
**Speaker 2**
And then Nicole and Michael and Bob and Ben.
**Speaker 2**
Yeah.
**Speaker 2**
Thank you.
**Speaker 2**
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
**Speaker 2**
Okay, just real fast.
**Speaker 2**
I'm going to be doing a few times
**Speaker 2**
that we did late last night
**Speaker 2**
and I'm sure everybody's mind with other things.
**Speaker 2**
I have two, but I
**Speaker 2**
did my
**Speaker 2**
three last night.
**Speaker 2**
I would say that, it's odd.
**Speaker 2**
But, um, the mental part of Mahabundra means probably the most important thing we'll teach in the Jews.
**Speaker 2**
And, uh, it'd be nice to like to tell it out over a couple of times.
**Speaker 2**
But, if you weren't, uh, if you had a lot of extra energy in trouble with this,
**Speaker 2**
I'm sure I'm glad this country is going to Mahabudra's specialty culture class at two girls from 12 to 5.
**Speaker 2**
12 times, right?
**Speaker 2**
And that's Mama River and Mama Moschee.
**Speaker 2**
So that'll be the physical part and the mental part in it.
**Speaker 2**
So whatever the party events in your mind is, you can get restored on the weekend.
**Speaker 2**
I think I think I can.
**Speaker 2**
Don't get yourself tired.
**Speaker 2**
Just go to the side of the street.
**Speaker 2**
Once you get yourself, the military is
**Speaker 2**
you might not have that chance. So when you have the chance, you pick it.
**Speaker 2**
So those are not a good chance that we can have time.
**Speaker 2**
I think you have to talk about it.
**Speaker 2**
Okay, so six times, I don't think NPA should ever be taught about irritating person
**Speaker 2**
you mentioned. You know, NPA should never be taught as a theoretical thing.
**Speaker 2**
I think I should be taught with regards to someone that is going to help you with.
**Speaker 2**
It's not that you care or what I'm talking about.
**Speaker 2**
The people guide is our best of the health of the world.
**Speaker 2**
When you empathize yourself, you realize you're supposed to make you a much better point for you.
**Speaker 2**
So whenever someone keeps you asking you, you should be tied up with your life.
**Speaker 2**
And we also use the venting of this to remove your mental issues, right?
**Speaker 2**
You're negative in your emotions.
**Speaker 2**
So, we're going to go through again with a personal irritation.
**Speaker 2**
Okay?
**Speaker 2**
So I know very few people have in their lives.
**Speaker 2**
But in the case, there's more of a two.
**Speaker 2**
So the first thing is when a person says something about you,
**Speaker 2**
they say that when you're suffering,
**Speaker 2**
in terms of stress,
**Speaker 2**
your perception of emptiness will count.
**Speaker 2**
your ability to understand it is so dumb.
**Speaker 2**
So they say put yourself in situations which are either
**Speaker 2**
emotional or anger.
**Speaker 2**
Or they also say fear, like sometimes you go to some place
**Speaker 2**
that's scary, maybe like standing in the crib.
**Speaker 2**
Or you know, go up in a higher building and stand
**Speaker 2**
on a balcony or something like that.
**Speaker 2**
Or something that's physically frightening.
**Speaker 2**
And you'll see that your perception of fear,
**Speaker 2**
your understanding of that thing is suddenly dropped.
**Speaker 2**
And you're less able to act with witness because your emotions are right.
**Speaker 2**
Probably because in chronic terms the prana has moved out of the central channel into the flight center.
**Speaker 2**
Right? Because you're afraid or you're angry.
**Speaker 2**
So as a yogi, as a raja yogi, a real raja yogi, you want to try to call up your understanding of experience.
**Speaker 2**
It's very difficult to teach.
**Speaker 2**
and spend the, you'll tell it's premium, right?
**Speaker 2**
That's important for yogis because they say that
**Speaker 2**
all the good karma you do in a day, you can lose it, and try to get the dreamer.
**Speaker 2**
So, you know, if you do good karma all day, like you try
**Speaker 2**
little things all day, you can try to, you know, man, you get a premium
**Speaker 2**
or an empty day or something, you can spend the lower
**Speaker 2**
after you get something. So, that's it.
**Speaker 2**
I would call up as if you're so angry.
**Speaker 2**
Okay, I think it's a little more.
**Speaker 2**
Somebody comes up with a censure stupid, you know.
**Speaker 2**
They're always wrong.
**Speaker 2**
But the idea is to don't respond.
**Speaker 2**
Just sit there.
**Speaker 2**
Just break them out.
**Speaker 2**
Because we're ready to do it.
**Speaker 2**
And if you're interested in it.
**Speaker 2**
And if you're interested in it, all things will change.
**Speaker 2**
Just to go back.
**Speaker 2**
I read this beautiful thing, Abraham Lincoln had a meeting with his generals, right?
**Speaker 2**
In the middle of the Civil War.
**Speaker 2**
He's been responsible for killing, you know, a million people.
**Speaker 2**
And he was very spiritual, very religious, and it bothered him intentionally.
**Speaker 2**
He got away his face, age, and he got, everyone got into boards, you know, in the White House, he said, "Well, the good thing is that this is too important."
**Speaker 2**
So you have to just look at the person and you know, this group will pass.
**Speaker 2**
And let them keep spouting and then you know later they get tired.
**Speaker 2**
Sometimes they get tired, sometimes they get tired, they get tired.
**Speaker 2**
But it will pass.
**Speaker 2**
There will be a time when you don't remember what you were upset about or they were upset about.
**Speaker 2**
Usually in my mind, the next day I don't remember what I was upset about.
**Speaker 2**
That kind of thing is very important.
**Speaker 2**
The next day I'm reading my books like, you know, and I kept it.
**Speaker 2**
I said, "You know what? What did you do yesterday? I don't remember."
**Speaker 2**
I know I was upset, but I don't remember why.
**Speaker 2**
So this is a Google path, no more.
**Speaker 2**
Things are empty of staying around for me.
**Speaker 2**
Number two: There's no dryness.
**Speaker 2**
There's no dryness. You are in control of the present moment.
**Speaker 2**
The present moment has been projected or thrown.
**Speaker 2**
They say shitsa and khanchi or any day today and present.
**Speaker 2**
The current moment is like concrete that's already hard.
**Speaker 2**
You can't do anything about it. The current moment is already in those moments.
**Speaker 2**
So no matter how frustrated you are or how tough you are or how meek you are or how offended you are,
**Speaker 2**
it's not going to work. Not to say. Just give it up.
**Speaker 2**
Consider the emptiness of your control. That's something.
**Speaker 2**
Number three, three times, I'm thinking of the term of meditation before.
**Speaker 2**
When you're thinking of the purpose, the fact that they are, you did one thing in the past,
**Speaker 2**
you yelled at one person in the past, that karma rises in your mind, that karma will see the planet in your mind,
**Speaker 2**
if it went to your time, it went to January, February, March, March, July, July, October, summer,
**Speaker 2**
and you're not
**Speaker 2**
And a lot of schools say that's duality, right?
**Speaker 2**
A lot of schools of yoga say, "Concentrate on the lack of duality."
**Speaker 2**
Really it's just one seat that's put into two in the last minute.
**Speaker 2**
And you're proceeding together, you've called them for.
**Speaker 2**
You've called them for. So who are you going to get mad at?
**Speaker 2**
I would say that if you're going to shower and you slip underwater,
**Speaker 2**
in the bathtub, you go in the bathtub and you slip and you fall down.
**Speaker 2**
And then if you have a partner or somebody else who's been in the shower, you get really angry.
**Speaker 2**
Like you mark into their room and you say, you know, don't you know enough to get the water off the sinker off the floor after the shower or something?
**Speaker 2**
But sometimes it's you who get that morning. Like you still water off the shower.
**Speaker 2**
And then you went to the Amazon phone and you came back and you sit down and you fell down.
**Speaker 2**
But then you don't go into the room and scream at the same time.
**Speaker 2**
If you understood that it was coming from you, then you would, if you liked the bathroom,
**Speaker 2**
if you just liked the bathroom, you would sort of, you know, say, "Oh, that was dumb."
**Speaker 2**
But you wouldn't hit somebody else's head, you'd hit your monkey, that was dumb.
**Speaker 2**
Okay, that's the idea, you can't get two rounds if you realize that you did it to yourself.
**Speaker 2**
And you're always doing it to yourself.
**Speaker 2**
Lack of an outside person.
**Speaker 2**
I think it's an outside person.
**Speaker 2**
Number four.
**Speaker 2**
Chiffin is a lot of times.
**Speaker 2**
You can call it number four again.
**Speaker 2**
You can call it a name.
**Speaker 2**
Like there's probably somebody in the world.
**Speaker 2**
The person who's doing something that seems really irritating to you, they're doing something that seems really unfair and irritating to you.
**Speaker 2**
Probably there's somebody else in the world that sees that at some point.
**Speaker 2**
My big example is like, I used to go to work, you know, and the boss was screaming at me. He was there last time.
**Speaker 2**
Because we now are really close friends. But he was screaming at me, you know.
**Speaker 2**
And he'd say, "Oh, you did this," you know, because he went off one of those Buddhist things in India, you know,
**Speaker 2**
and now he's ordering us to take the thing out of Judah.
**Speaker 2**
You know, and then, you know, for constantly.
**Speaker 2**
And then, you know, to me it would seem bad. I put a name on that, right? Like that.
**Speaker 2**
But then there's a person sitting next to me who's the one who has to cover for me while I'm going to name you or something like that.
**Speaker 2**
They invite you. They don't put the name "God" on it, they put the name "justice" on it.
**Speaker 2**
It's like "violation, justice" in this thing. You know, the guy is not the strong, you just pay someone.
**Speaker 2**
You know, "violation." So, it could have had a different name.
**Speaker 2**
Neartiness of me. Neartiness of what you call it.
**Speaker 2**
Uh, the fire.
**Speaker 2**
This is telling you that 50% and this is a wrong idea but it's a useful idea.
**Speaker 2**
Ok? You got that distinction? It's not ultimately correct. But it's useful.
**Speaker 2**
Number 5. The only number 6 is very correct. The first 5 are not really enough.
**Speaker 2**
People call them everything and they're not prepared because they're helpful.
**Speaker 2**
Who calls them everything? The Lord Buddha.
**Speaker 2**
and run with a contradiction.
**Speaker 2**
He talks to our spies and lawyers to keep the world apart.
**Speaker 2**
Somebody gets mad at you just to figure out, you know, some kind of where we are at.
**Speaker 2**
Just be quiet and we don't give up our time.
**Speaker 2**
Like that.
**Speaker 2**
But a real world view, a real world view, just means that they never come in the world.
**Speaker 2**
They never get into it.
**Speaker 2**
In the first place, it's no difference.
**Speaker 2**
So we're hanging out with kukul and having kukul never happen in the first place.
**Speaker 2**
We're going to the spectrum.
**Speaker 2**
We want our race to think that there's never an angry person in your life.
**Speaker 2**
You do that by not getting angry at the angry people in your life.
**Speaker 2**
The way you prevent angry people in your life is not getting angry at the angry people in your life.
**Speaker 2**
So anyway, number five is this.
**Speaker 2**
My friends halfway coming from him and halfway coming from me.
**Speaker 2**
He happened, I interpret him.
**Speaker 2**
And nothing is otherwise. That's the kind of thing.
**Speaker 2**
What does it mean with an Asian person?
**Speaker 2**
Okay, they're yelling at me.
**Speaker 2**
Like, we have some plans going on, and they're yelling about these plans.
**Speaker 2**
Can I use this danger, any situation, to make a change to this definition?
**Speaker 2**
Can I use the problem as possible?
**Speaker 2**
When did we do that in Muhammad?
**Speaker 2**
Feeling a problem with the power.
**Speaker 2**
Distraction. The thoughts that can
**Speaker 2**
fade your meditation. What's for lunch? What's for dinner?
**Speaker 2**
When are you going to stop the clock? It's kind of hot in here.
**Speaker 2**
You see I need all those distracting thoughts. What do you do in Muhammad?
**Speaker 2**
Riding them. Riding them.
**Speaker 2**
They become the meditation office.
**Speaker 2**
Who's picking that up?
**Speaker 2**
What does it mean in common here?
**Speaker 2**
You know?
**Speaker 2**
Like you're asking questions for your own instruction.
**Speaker 2**
You're using the instruction as food.
**Speaker 2**
So it's like this: use a problem as an opportunity.
**Speaker 2**
Use a problem as an opportunity.
**Speaker 2**
That's not a lie.
**Speaker 2**
Because things are coming 50% from you.
**Speaker 2**
You have a choice about how you interpret this problem.
**Speaker 2**
You can switch it into an opportunity. All problems can become opportunities.
**Speaker 2**
But number six says, why not set it up so there's no problems in the first place?
**Speaker 2**
That I have to interpret. I'm tired of interpreting my problems. How about I just never have a problem?
**Speaker 2**
That was the narrative. And number six is, how do you think it's coming from?
**Speaker 2**
Everything. Everything. 100% cognitive universal justice. Everything bad that happens to you can only happen because you didn't come out from the house.
**Speaker 2**
When you yell to somebody else in the house, you're planning to see in your own mind, not as he is coming out of your mind as this angry person.
**Speaker 2**
Yet you don't like to say to your person what should you do?
**Speaker 2**
What should you do?
**Speaker 2**
Give them what don't you do.
**Speaker 2**
It's the wrong question.
**Speaker 2**
It's the wrong question.
**Speaker 2**
Get busy.
**Speaker 2**
Get busy.
**Speaker 2**
Get busy.
**Speaker 2**
It's a part of the program.
**Speaker 2**
The final lesson of the success of you.
**Speaker 2**
You are a National Reactive Officer.
**Speaker 2**
Your natural reaction is on the physical.
**Speaker 2**
You've got cheated on somebody like that,
**Speaker 2**
I don't understand, I don't understand.
**Speaker 2**
You've got cheated on somebody, right?
**Speaker 2**
Well, one of the cheated on somebody,
**Speaker 2**
So what did we do?
**Speaker 2**
Give him an exercise.
**Speaker 2**
Give him an exercise.
**Speaker 2**
Because we don't want him.
**Speaker 2**
He wants him out of our lives.
**Speaker 2**
So instead of screaming at him,
**Speaker 2**
and not giving him any care,
**Speaker 2**
saying something bad and he's trying to throw in your ear,
**Speaker 2**
but I'm here, I'm actually right up here.
**Speaker 2**
And then we try to see if you're committed to it.
**Speaker 2**
So a yogi is acting the opposite.
**Speaker 2**
They call the "bhammar" or the "left hand" path.
**Speaker 2**
All of India is touching with the right hand.
**Speaker 2**
Because the left hand is very good to use it for a right finger body.
**Speaker 2**
Really, you never touch a person with the left hand.
**Speaker 2**
This path is called the left hand path.
**Speaker 2**
The opposite. Do everything opposite.
**Speaker 2**
What's your natural reaction with somebody's green thing?
**Speaker 2**
Do the opposite.
**Speaker 2**
Smile or tell me the guy you're doing.
**Speaker 2**
I thought. Why?
**Speaker 2**
Because you don't like it.
**Speaker 2**
Because you want to be good.
**Speaker 2**
Okay, got it?
**Speaker 2**
You've been a tough time.
**Speaker 1**
These six flavors of emptiness happen to be a good example for people who are unpartners.
**Speaker 1**
People come up to us all the time and they're telling us about their partner dilemmas.
**Speaker 1**
And after you start going through these six layers of emptiness, you realize there's nothing to talk about.
**Speaker 1**
There's nothing to talk about with your partner and there's nothing to talk about with somebody else about your partner.
**Speaker 1**
Because it becomes like completely your responsibility to change everything.
**Speaker 1**
You can see anything in them and it's just a mirror of you.
**Speaker 1**
And it's a beautiful practice.
**Speaker 1**
Like people here, you know, I know a lot of them are coming together, I was part of it,
**Speaker 1**
and then they come to me and they think, "Oh, it was so much easier by myself."
**Speaker 1**
You know?
**Speaker 1**
Like, well, yeah.
**Speaker 1**
But one of the points in having someone right next to you all the time is that they actually
**Speaker 1**
are a reflection of your inner self and they are a reflection of any kind of mental fiction
**Speaker 1**
that are left inside yourself before you finish off the job.
**Speaker 1**
So then you are forced to deal with that in a way that you can kind of hide from what
**Speaker 1**
didn't happen right next year.
**Speaker 1**
So it's an interesting thing you need to explain it to them.
**Speaker 1**
Even now you are just going to go crazy.
**Speaker 1**
It's like, it forces the issue.
**Speaker 1**
It forces the issue.
**Speaker 1**
It's really nice.
**Speaker 1**
But my talk is not talking about partner talks in Haji O'Hara.
**Speaker 1**
My talk is to tell you about how to use the six flavors of emptiness to apply it to your own life.
**Speaker 1**
And I thought you'd go through, I'm a little high here, but we're going to do it anyway.
**Speaker 1**
I like to see what you're in that scene.
**Speaker 1**
I'm pretty good.
**Speaker 1**
I'm comfortable.
**Speaker 1**
I'm going to take a little bit of a long period of time without disturbing my neighbor.
**Speaker 1**
And we'll just go through a short Mahabharata meditation.
**Speaker 1**
You know, I was teaching this at Xamarin.
**Speaker 1**
I'm concerned five weeks and we still didn't get to it completely.
**Speaker 1**
You know, so, it's actually, it takes quite a bit of time.
**Speaker 1**
It takes quite a bit of training.
**Speaker 1**
But just to plant a seed in your body will run through the whole thing together.
**Speaker 1**
And then you have to go, it's your obligation to go and find a teacher who can actually then guide you slowly through each of the steps one by one.
**Speaker 1**
and then it's your job to go do your meditative practice every morning
**Speaker 1**
and do like a month on each particular step of this meditation
**Speaker 1**
because that's how it should be done.
**Speaker 1**
You know, you should do step one of this meditation for like a month
**Speaker 1**
and then you should do step two of this meditation for a month
**Speaker 1**
and then, you know, by the end of the year you should finish Mahamudra
**Speaker 1**
and that's how it should be taught but, you know, we're not here in one month in a year.
**Speaker 1**
It's just a teaser.
**Speaker 1**
right? What is your secret? So close your eyes and focus on your breath. Watch the air at
**Speaker 1**
Ich habe das erste Mal, dass es in der Entschrift ist.
while you're still watching your breath to learn what it means to sit back in the back and watch.
**Speaker 1**
So you're not going to control the breath and you're just going to let the body breathe by itself.
**Speaker 1**
You let the body breathe and you sit back and watch.
We are just a larger kind of place.
Let the...any God that comes arises and fall at home.
When I say it's not going to be easy, it gives me a perception of something.
I'm going to hide the guilt of the pain.
You are here, I have a family.
You are here and I'm not that dumb.
You should be alerted by the people who are going to live in.
Добавляем, что вы видите, что вы видите, что вы видите.
and to the old early days
I'm going to go back to the front of
They are all coming from the country.
and I will be able to come and I will
Yes.
I think that you are
私たちの一つ
Now, as we start from the earth, apply a label to the face.
Gracias.
We were just at those
When I'm trying to experience with every thought that's gone, we label the thought as horrible.
Anything that comes up to this label is in your mind.
So that's the ability to be.
So now imagine understanding every single thought that comes from you and the watcher that you can use in the book.
You do know the projection of your mind.
It's so common sense. It's so painful.
And the magic that you would have said it was pure and perfected in your life before,
then what was your mind to find?
So that is that every single child you have was incredible and incredible.
And all of the children have come out of the family.
All of the children have come out of the family.
and then, for God and God's community,
and their life has a perfect understanding of that.
Thank you.
you have to get a good daily practice of meditation.
Even if you don't think this is being very important.
Or as being as a meditation, you have the energy that we have to do meditation in your own sanity.
I wasn't joking when I made that racial effort.
I really do want all the answers that I've ever seen.
I really do have a thing.
The reason I've run ABS so much is because it's a whole degree
because it was so sad that you realized once it was an artist.
It was a place where so many people saw me and directed me
that you can actually feel it on the soil.
When you sit and apply the bank of the country there and learn not to be able to feel this, you can still feel the power of the people who were there before.
Because that's the kind of presence that artists leave from the world.
You know, they leave our presence that last 300 years. That makes a place for them.
**Speaker 1**
in our house in the stream that this will be the new lens of the art.
So please practice and come up with your meditation as well.
So let's do it.
Thank you.
**Speaker 2**
- There aren't four different types
**Speaker 2**
the other side
**Speaker 2**
You try everything. A two year retreat is a two year commitment to your life. You lose three years of your life.
**Speaker 2**
But it makes you a whole lot of things. It's not about you. You get three years of TV and movies and friends and family but you get your life back.
**Speaker 2**
So anyway, in a two year retreat you can try all these things for as long as you want.
**Speaker 2**
Because you have the most time to be there.
**Speaker 2**
And firstly I found this particular way of sitting to be very pleasant and very helpful for long periods of sitting.
**Speaker 2**
So try it. If you are God, you have to just think of it.
**Speaker 2**
and then the foot goes behind your chest, under your chest, without the heel.
**Speaker 2**
So then you charge and you'll feel that third comes in supporting your problem.
**Speaker 2**
We didn't take a long time left.
**Speaker 2**
I think that you care to a lotus or something like that.
**Speaker 2**
You can't do a lotus, we design our lotus list.
**Speaker 2**
We got to like an hour and six to make it a quick break.
**Speaker 2**
But it's not comfortable. It's not very comfortable. It's ideal if you can do it.
**Speaker 2**
It's a best love if you can do it.
**Speaker 2**
But at some point it starts turning and it's at least a purpose of medicine.
**Speaker 2**
And then it doesn't make sense.
**Speaker 2**
But this law of Bata Pau is very comfortable.
**Speaker 2**
That's what we're seeing through the crazy parts.
**Speaker 2**
And the right conditions are easy.
**Speaker 2**
You can't deny you can set it down on the ground.
**Speaker 2**
I think you'll find, as long as you meditate a lot, try this particular with your face.
**Speaker 2**
And it's less compromised. You can't do a full load for a long time.
**Speaker 2**
And something about it keeps your body up straight.
**Speaker 2**
You get some kind of support in the field.
**Speaker 2**
and it says, "Cillia
**Speaker 2**
You're less likely to get product disorders if you do retentions on the tactile, after the tactile.
**Speaker 2**
You're less likely to get nervous or optometry.
**Speaker 2**
Sometimes if you do it on an inhale you can get product disorders called buffer disorders.
**Speaker 2**
You can't be, you feel nervous, you can't even get a grapple or an increase of time, just like that.
**Speaker 2**
In a game case, it's like hurting your brain and like that.
**Speaker 2**
Plus you actually have bad effects in the body.
**Speaker 2**
Try it on an XF.
**Speaker 2**
You should take a note on your nose.
**Speaker 2**
Try this one on an XF and not a C-S.
**Speaker 2**
and then you could do a network.
**Speaker 2**
Which we're going to talk about later.
**Speaker 2**
It doesn't matter what that is.
**Speaker 2**
Some people say, "Personalian's change in your journey."
**Speaker 2**
She shared, "Gammon has a nice thing, she said, "Go past your journey to your journey."
**Speaker 2**
And I found that very useful.
**Speaker 2**
What about the physical effect? What's going on?
**Speaker 2**
Oh, and then you can make sure of the mind and the ego of your mind.
**Speaker 2**
But not much now.
**Speaker 2**
What's that being here to talk about?
**Speaker 2**
What's happening to your prime body at this point?
**Speaker 2**
What is this dream to your prime body?
**Speaker 2**
You're pressing the heel into the dream.
**Speaker 2**
It stimulates the Muradara chakra.
**Speaker 2**
And the lower chakra is in the gut system.
**Speaker 2**
Munadara chakra, Kharagisdhan chakra, Mani Buddha chakra, these three chakras.
**Speaker 2**
And it's very specifically just much more together.
**Speaker 2**
There's no concentration in three different chakras.
**Speaker 2**
It's just an able chakra. Every corner.
**Speaker 2**
And what it means is that you get, if you stimulate the perennial area,
**Speaker 2**
it has an effect on the other two automatically.
**Speaker 2**
So you could almost consider them like one step up as far as the effect of picking your heel in your brain.
**Speaker 2**
If you stimulate the lowest one, it's going to have a, what do you call it, a domino effect on the other two.
**Speaker 2**
So it has an effect on the, we've been working as a mountaineer center, on the swimming center.
**Speaker 2**
What's the effect of a half motor?
**Speaker 2**
Of the body that is a half motor?
**Speaker 2**
Perhaps your body is a half motor.
**Speaker 2**
I think if you try it and you insert your own body, you'll see that in some senses it opens your brain, right?
**Speaker 2**
It opens your brain.
**Speaker 2**
If you do a...
**Speaker 2**
What do you call it?
**Speaker 2**
Barakarnassana, personally when I do Barakarnassana I start working.
**Speaker 2**
and the same with Hashimoto, and they call it, what's the name of it?
**Speaker 2**
Bhavana Mukta, in some systems of yoga it's called Bhavana Mukta which means you are creating the inner wind.
**Speaker 2**
And you should be working.
**Speaker 2**
You know, the breath is attached to the panna.
**Speaker 2**
When you're releasing panna, because it's attached to the breath, the breath will come up.
**Speaker 2**
And also you might start to touch with that.
**Speaker 2**
And that's good. That means panna is moving.
**Speaker 2**
Panna is getting released.
**Speaker 2**
So, I think I have lotus open to a person.
**Speaker 2**
The right place of my birth, you have something like that.
**Speaker 2**
And then it also locks the, it has the effect of locking the power through the wind.
**Speaker 2**
Here's a wind that, among other, keeps responsible for getting stuff out of your body, below your body,
**Speaker 2**
so like semen or urine or feces or menstrual blood.
**Speaker 2**
It's the wind or the prana that moves things out of your body.
**Speaker 2**
When you get to have blood, you put the heels in the cranium, then that wind is blocked.
**Speaker 2**
Then you get the chin lock, where you lock the chin.
**Speaker 2**
Then the pranaka moves up your napshot.
**Speaker 2**
And then in the satsunoga system, I just need one chin and a little time you move up.
**Speaker 2**
Two forces are being reversed.
**Speaker 2**
The normal flow of two forces is being reversed.
**Speaker 2**
The downward steering wing is just lovely to be with it, mirror it, and it's basically pushing it back up.
**Speaker 2**
And then when you take a net block, two winds, the tidal bodies, the ice winds, and then the upward moving winds, they are forced down.
**Speaker 2**
So it's almost like a pneumatic.
**Speaker 2**
You know, you see like those garbage trucks in the orchids, and you admire the pneumatic thing, you know?
**Speaker 2**
I think it's going down in online and then there's pneumatic tube that shoves air into the piston and it's much stronger than you can do it any other way.
**Speaker 2**
So there's deep pneumatic force that seems crazy.
**Speaker 2**
The chin lock force winds back, but normally slows up and it's falling down there.
**Speaker 2**
So it's really a heel of the premium and the half of the force is going to turn it up.
**Speaker 2**
And then it takes place, it's kind of, I guess they call it grappling.
**Speaker 2**
It's a raffle. Those two winds start to raffle.
**Speaker 2**
And it's just this kind of thing. There's no English word for it.
**Speaker 2**
It's like a kitten grappling, you know, and then like rolling up and down.
**Speaker 2**
And that takes place at your nabal chakra, when you're flugging down.
**Speaker 2**
there will be a fight to it when you push into each other.
**Speaker 2**
And that's supposed to ignite in your fire. That's supposed to help you to maximize your fire.
**Speaker 2**
Then if you hold the breath either out or in,
**Speaker 2**
in the thought of retail, because you're holding the promise.
**Speaker 2**
When you hold the promise, the thought is supposed to be done.
**Speaker 2**
You have less instructed thoughts, and you have less thought of things like a musical kind of thing that wasn't started.
**Speaker 2**
So the attention increases the heart.
**Speaker 2**
And then finally when you do it,
**Speaker 2**
I don't like that.
**Speaker 2**
Finally when you do it, you direct your attention to block the chronic in time.
**Speaker 2**
The last part has to be there.
**Speaker 2**
It has to be a direction of your attention or attention.
**Speaker 2**
Is that what it's called?
**Speaker 2**
It's like working out a specific point.
**Speaker 2**
You said it's not in the middle of your mind. I mean in the back you go like this, right?
**Speaker 2**
Because you perceive the mind of being in the head.
**Speaker 2**
You've got to know I mean you can go like this.
**Speaker 2**
You perceive the mind of being in the body.
**Speaker 2**
But what's good, brother?
**Speaker 2**
What about you then? Yeah, you're down here. So when they say "Manamaka" here, you're directing your mind down here.
**Speaker 2**
It's a triple function. I'm just carrying this off. If you can stay there with gratitude to start for very long, what might you want to go on throughout the time?
**Speaker 2**
Mahabhubha, okay? The content of the thought, right? What can we take divided into two?
**Speaker 2**
Where are you putting your mind? Because all that is, in the back. What are you thinking in your mind by doing it there?
**Speaker 2**
Oh, I'm thinking about the entities. I'm taking Mahabhubha as I do Mahabhubha. Right?
**Speaker 2**
So you can't just break out. You don't just break out.
**Speaker 2**
It's good to put your mind there. As far as the correction of the mind, they call it an idealization.
**Speaker 2**
How do you direct your mind? There has to be a content in the mind.
**Speaker 2**
You don't just put your mind down here and then break out.
**Speaker 2**
It's not enough. It won't get you enlightened. That's not a Buddha.
**Speaker 2**
You have to have to master your content.
**Speaker 2**
And you won't learn that in many schools at all, you won't learn that at all in any other school.
**Speaker 2**
You must have that aspect, otherwise it's not on your own.
**Speaker 2**
That's why we teach Muhammadiyah.
**Speaker 1**
So at the beginning, if you're trying to do the meditation with it,
**Speaker 1**
It's going to be a little hard to run through all the meditations on emptiness while you're doing your asma practice.
**Speaker 1**
First thing is, it takes practice.
**Speaker 1**
It takes the sitting meditation practice first so that you can get really grounded in the different flavors of the asma practice.
**Speaker 1**
So you have to go through that in a sitting meditation first and then you can apply it to your asma practice.
**Speaker 1**
And then you can actually, then something interesting really happens.
**Speaker 1**
Because then you're working on two things at the same time.
**Speaker 1**
You're working on that outer body.
**Speaker 1**
You're working from the outside and you're working from the inside.
**Speaker 1**
You're working from your inner channels and then you're working from your mind.
**Speaker 1**
And it's so, it's like, you know, I just called it like rapid fuel, right?
**Speaker 1**
You know, it's so powerful to work on both of them.
**Speaker 1**
A couple of things.
**Speaker 1**
When you're sitting like this in meditation, I mean, in this code they suggest that you switch legs so that you're equally balanced.
**Speaker 1**
But, I mean, if you're sitting in meditation, you usually just pick one and you stay there for half an hour and you don't ever switch your legs.
**Speaker 1**
So, which one are you going to pick?
**Speaker 1**
You know, all of this practice, you know, we're trying to balance the male and female energy of the body.
**Speaker 1**
We're trying to balance the right and left channels in the body.
**Speaker 1**
So there's a certain kind of energetic thing that happens when your leg is up in the half-modus to this channel.
**Speaker 1**
That doesn't happen to this channel that is stress-septophanian.
**Speaker 1**
If you have a tendency to be like dull rather than agitated,
**Speaker 1**
you should probably pitch to your left.
**Speaker 1**
You know, put your left foot up on your thigh,
**Speaker 1**
and then have your right heel down to your brain.
**Speaker 1**
If you have a tendency, more of a tendency to be as seated,
**Speaker 1**
rather than dull,
**Speaker 1**
you should put your right leg up on your left thigh.
**Speaker 1**
I mean...
**Speaker 1**
So we'll go on to the next one.
Actually we are going to verse 24.
So you can have a picture.
Kala Pasha Mahabandha,
Himochenama,
Vikshak Shemam.
**Speaker 1**
Shemengi,
**Speaker 1**
The great lost priest of Wada from the snare of the Lord of Death,
**Speaker 1**
it leads to mind the Meadows of Sheba where the city's grave is stored together.
**Speaker 1**
So, the Medus of Shiva here is like, I don't know, they've got all these beautiful pictorial references in the Hindu scripture of how Lord Shiva takes his consort Parvati to these angelic realms where there's like these rolling hills and they lie in the hills together and he teaches her Dharma.
**Speaker 1**
You know, it's like this beautiful paradigal thing.
**Speaker 1**
You have to picture that when you think of Medved of Shiva.
**Speaker 1**
Shiva or Shambhu, he's the Lord of Peace, right?
**Speaker 1**
He's the one who brings peace.
**Speaker 1**
So really here, when they say the Medved of Shiva,
**Speaker 1**
for us, they're talking about the date of when we've gotten all of our energy
**Speaker 1**
from our two side channels, all the stuff that makes us agitated and nervous and irritated and angry on the right,
**Speaker 1**
all the stuff that makes us clingy and overproductive and selfish on the left, all those qualities,
**Speaker 1**
all these mental afflictions that are lying within, that are running within these two side channels,
**Speaker 1**
They are all going to be dissolved into the Shudani, right?
**Speaker 1**
At the center of the spot below the navel.
**Speaker 1**
And we will reach a state of peace.
**Speaker 1**
We will reach a state like the Lord of Peace.
**Speaker 1**
We will reach this beautiful slave like Lord Shiva where we don't have any more mental illnesses.
**Speaker 1**
Ah, wouldn't that be nice, right?
**Speaker 1**
Um, I don't know.
**Speaker 1**
We were at the party last night, and it came from Michael, because it's really tricky to
**Speaker 1**
think, and he called my old high school friend and had them come to the party, which was
**Speaker 1**
like wild for me, you know, I used to take that vacation.
**Speaker 1**
And in one sense, it looked the same.
**Speaker 1**
You know, I could see them, and I was like, re-engacking high school again.
**Speaker 1**
It was like they looked exactly the same.
**Speaker 1**
And we were all like, huh, you know, like, we all used to hang out together.
**Speaker 1**
And it was like, we're going to mess again.
**Speaker 1**
And it was.
**Speaker 1**
But on another level, y'all got old, you know.
**Speaker 1**
Y'all got, like, different wrinkles on their face.
**Speaker 1**
And their hair got gray.
**Speaker 1**
My God, their hair got gray.
**Speaker 1**
I never met this, you know.
**Speaker 1**
And, you know, it's just like living within these two sides down.
**Speaker 1**
Every single time another negative thing happens to them, they get older.
**Speaker 1**
And then it just starts to grow and grow and grow.
**Speaker 1**
And it's like I was looking at them and I'm like blocking their guy in a way.
**Speaker 1**
Because, like, they don't know about all this stuff, all this emptiness stuff and channel stuff.
**Speaker 1**
And there are a lot older than the other people that I know all this.
**Speaker 1**
I'm around people all the time.
**Speaker 1**
I realize I'm around people constantly who are practicing the past.
**Speaker 1**
I'm around people constantly who are making contrued efforts not to listen to themselves when they get in a self-witch.
**Speaker 1**
not to buy into it, you know?
**Speaker 1**
And they're really trying hard.
**Speaker 1**
Like everybody, when we go outside and not,
**Speaker 1**
it's like, paradise, go.
**Speaker 1**
Everybody's like, ow!
**Speaker 1**
And they're like, nobody ever says anything bad.
**Speaker 1**
It's essentially bad.
**Speaker 1**
And immediately they're like, oh gosh, I'm so numb.
**Speaker 1**
And it's like, people's faces show that.
**Speaker 1**
You know, everybody around me is looking like really young and vibrant
**Speaker 1**
and alive and then you see people who aren't practicing the past, I mean apparently, right?
**Speaker 1**
I don't know what they're doing really but, and they look so old, you know?
**Speaker 1**
They look so old and it's like why it just wears on you.
**Speaker 1**
If you don't practice this, if you don't understand about emptiness, if you don't understand things are not coming from outside, they're coming from you.
**Speaker 1**
One of my friends, his mom got cancer recently, and I bet you he got all raised because of that.
**Speaker 1**
It's so hard.
**Speaker 1**
What do you say to someone who doesn't understand emptiness and doesn't really understand how to do that?
**Speaker 1**
right?
**Speaker 1**
Then it's like
**Speaker 1**
it's like they're just being beat up by the world
**Speaker 1**
like every new thing
**Speaker 1**
you know
**Speaker 1**
like
**Speaker 1**
someone breaks up with you
**Speaker 1**
and it's just like
**Speaker 1**
it kills you
**Speaker 1**
and
**Speaker 1**
you know
**Speaker 1**
your mom gets killed
**Speaker 1**
and it kills you
**Speaker 1**
and then you don't get this
**Speaker 1**
god that you're hoping to get
**Speaker 1**
and it just kills you
**Speaker 1**
it's just like
**Speaker 1**
another death
**Speaker 1**
like slow death
**Speaker 1**
like life is just going to kill these people
**Speaker 1**
and we've got this chance
**Speaker 1**
we've got this precious
**Speaker 1**
precious precious chance
**Speaker 1**
to get beyond that and to get to this place of peace, to get to this place beyond the suicide
**Speaker 1**
channel, beyond these two misperceptions of the world where we truly understand where things
**Speaker 1**
are coming from and therefore we can truly change them, we can truly affect the world
**Speaker 1**
and ourselves and get to a place where we actually never have to die, never have to get old.
**Speaker 1**
So that's what I was thinking today when I was thinking about the Meadows of Shiva,
**Speaker 1**
that we all have this really precious sense and to take it, right?
**Speaker 1**
I mean, these teachings, don't be speaking any teachings.
**Speaker 1**
Like, how many people in the world have been born in this?
**Speaker 1**
Five, six billion.
**Speaker 1**
Right away.
**Speaker 1**
Six billion people in the world.
**Speaker 1**
How many people are studying to have here in the city?
**Speaker 1**
Out of six billion, maybe there's 150 people in this room.
**Speaker 1**
You know?
**Speaker 1**
I mean, it's that rare.
**Speaker 1**
It's that rare that people are not doing this.
**Speaker 1**
People don't understand that there is another existence beyond the world design.
**Speaker 1**
People don't understand there is another existence beyond getting beat up by that influence.
**Speaker 1**
You draw your stuff.
**Speaker 1**
We are at this place. We are in this realm.
**Speaker 1**
It is like a bottle of rest of the people in the world.
**Speaker 1**
So then once you do learn this, you are going to give this great opportunity
**Speaker 1**
They have this great responsibility to see someone like that.
**Speaker 1**
You see someone who is tired and old and getting older without a minute and they're hurt.
**Speaker 1**
They're pained.
**Speaker 1**
And now it's your opportunity as a teacher to serve them.
**Speaker 1**
And you can tell them, teach them to practice it.
**Speaker 1**
So, there's a word here in the reading which we translated as three-brain. It's called "tree-benny".
**Speaker 1**
Say it "tree-benny".
**Speaker 1**
And it's another beautiful word. It comes from a sensor who saw which means "to eat".
**Speaker 1**
And you get the word "weak" and you get the word "weak"
**Speaker 1**
In fact, "weak" is a reduplication word. It's kind of a chakra. It has "curb current"
**Speaker 1**
The root "curb" means "make or duke" you get "chakra" because of the cycle
**Speaker 1**
And then "vuhu" turns it into "weedy book"
**Speaker 1**
Because you do it over and over and over again.
**Speaker 1**
So, for your centric lovers.
**Speaker 1**
So, too many is kind of an interesting word.
**Speaker 1**
In the outside world, it means the place where the three holy rivers are in their meat.
**Speaker 1**
And we've gone through this before, but we were talking about it and said, "Oh, we should do it again."
**Speaker 1**
It's so cool and there's a lot of people who work there.
**Speaker 1**
So there's a river called the Yamuna that runs down the west side or west east side of India.
**Speaker 1**
And then there's a river called the Ganti that runs over the east of the land.
**Speaker 1**
And then at a certain point they meet.
**Speaker 1**
And that's why in India they say that's the outer manifestation of our right and left channel.
**Speaker 1**
The Jammunas are supposed to be the Sun Channel and the Gandhis are supposed to be the Moon Channel.
**Speaker 1**
And at a certain point, which they call the Shriveni, they meet, there's a city called Ahalabad.
**Speaker 1**
And people go there and they bathe in the meeting between these two rivers.
**Speaker 1**
And it's supposed to be this really holy thing because you're echoing the thing in your inner body.
**Speaker 1**
Right? There's a...
**Speaker 1**
How are we formed? Our channels formed first, and then our outer growth body formed around the channels.
**Speaker 1**
like ice on a twig, we always say, right?
**Speaker 1**
It's like layers, layers form.
**Speaker 1**
So the inner body forms first, these little networks channeled in life,
**Speaker 1**
and then around it form our outer body.
**Speaker 1**
But then around that forms our outside world.
**Speaker 1**
It's just an extension of the rest of our body.
**Speaker 1**
And if you understand that everything is a projection of our own mind, it makes perfect
**Speaker 1**
sense.
**Speaker 1**
And it makes perfect sense that our channel would manifest in some kind of respect in
**Speaker 1**
the outside world.
**Speaker 1**
So, you know, I don't know, a couple years ago, I think it was like 2001 or something
**Speaker 1**
like that, some kind of earthquake happened.
**Speaker 1**
And there's a central channel river called the Parasanti, but it was underground.
**Speaker 1**
It was hidden.
**Speaker 1**
And then the earthquake happened and the river came up, you know, up to the surface of the earth.
**Speaker 1**
And it's like every single person who had a knowledge of that in the world,
**Speaker 1**
that was a reflection of their sudden knowledge of their central channel.
**Speaker 1**
Like, their central channel started to awake at that point.
**Speaker 1**
And it manifested in something in the outside world.
**Speaker 1**
You know?
**Speaker 1**
In our lives, I mean, if you are living in New York City,
**Speaker 1**
we're always saying, right, that there's the FDR,
**Speaker 1**
and then there's the West Side Highway,
**Speaker 1**
and then there's Fifth Avenue, right?
**Speaker 1**
And Fifth Avenue would be your central channel.
**Speaker 1**
And we were talking about it.
**Speaker 1**
Like, we moved.
**Speaker 1**
We were kind of like, we've been in the middle the whole time at the teaching, you know?
**Speaker 1**
And like we started down by Austin, like down the low here, and then we moved up to Lafayette.
**Speaker 1**
And now we're like in the heart chakra.
**Speaker 1**
You know, it's like right at the end of Central Park itself, you know?
**Speaker 1**
And but we're in the Central Channel teaching the last year for different girls.
**Speaker 1**
We went to the Lutheran Army, by the way.
**Speaker 1**
Right?
**Speaker 1**
Right?
**Speaker 1**
You know, we live right at the edge of the battery cart, and we either take one highway
**Speaker 1**
or the other to get to you.
**Speaker 1**
And maybe we're just taking the wrong highway to try to capture our reserve.
**Speaker 1**
But it's helpful to think about this.
**Speaker 1**
It's helpful to think, because then it keeps your mind in the sense of, "Oh, the entire
**Speaker 1**
world is an extension of my own body.
**Speaker 1**
The entire world is an extension of my own channel."
**Speaker 1**
And they've got holy spaces like salasara in India, each related to a holy place on your own body.
**Speaker 1**
Salasara is actually the very center of the head.
**Speaker 1**
And then they've got Ramachari is the Ajna Chakra, and then there's a place called Himalaya, which is the two cheeks right there.
**Speaker 1**
and there's all these different places on your inner body that are based on the outer world.
**Speaker 1**
But if you live here, probably your holy places would be slightly different.
**Speaker 1**
So now it's up to you to find the holy spaces that represent your inner body.
**Speaker 1**
Like the three channels in there too.
**Speaker 1**
Thank you.
**Speaker 2**
Uh, a couple days.
**Speaker 2**
Um...
**Speaker 2**
There's
**Speaker 2**
And then there's the non-Muslim focus, you're going to think about my district's great, that is the thing, you're doing your asana, you're doing your tamayama.
**Speaker 2**
You might be doing a bunch of exercise, right?
**Speaker 2**
But below those, would it be good for us as a teacher to tell you to take it from that?
**Speaker 2**
I think as a teacher we have to tell you the other part of the world that is service of other people.
**Speaker 2**
We want to take care of other people. We want to serve the people around you.
**Speaker 2**
The world is so small enough because of the internet especially.
**Speaker 2**
Know what is going on everywhere in the world.
**Speaker 2**
Or a person that you're asking the guy to stand as a person who makes you sound.
**Speaker 2**
Even here. It doesn't mean anything anymore. You're so good at yourself.
**Speaker 2**
You know it as intimately as you know the person who makes you.
**Speaker 2**
You know what's going on, right?
**Speaker 2**
So your yoga, all this stuff, all this stuff about immortality and stopping pain in the world and being able to stop your breath.
**Speaker 2**
Never gonna happen if you don't do something to help others in a formal way.
**Speaker 2**
It just won't happen.
**Speaker 2**
And it's harder.
**Speaker 2**
The older you get, the more jaded you get.
**Speaker 2**
The less idealistic you are.
**Speaker 2**
Like I was in jail in the Vietnam War and now I'm just like reading a newspaper.
**Speaker 2**
You know, the same war, right?
**Speaker 2**
And then I have to do it.
**Speaker 2**
It happens that you get older.
**Speaker 2**
But then that hurts your practice.
**Speaker 2**
You say you get older because you don't do those things anymore.
**Speaker 2**
So we had two ideas for service with a good day one tonight and two next weeks.
**Speaker 2**
We had a big debate among the people in charge.
**Speaker 2**
Don't ask people to help create a project because they'll get tired by the third month.
**Speaker 2**
And the third project won't get any help.
**Speaker 2**
I'm going to try to talk you into helping on three.
**Speaker 2**
I think, it's not like I have to talk to you as a healthy healthy.
**Speaker 2**
It's like, if you want your yoga to work, we should probably give you more choice, more charity.
**Speaker 2**
That is not a great interesting job.
**Speaker 2**
People are getting it.
**Speaker 2**
People fight over chances to help people.
**Speaker 2**
People compete to help people.
**Speaker 2**
People are fighting over a chance to do something for someone.
**Speaker 2**
and it's the way it should be.
**Speaker 2**
The way it should be. So I don't know, I'm going to give you three pitches,
**Speaker 2**
three ideas, something you can help with.
**Speaker 2**
You can help with money, you can help with your time.
**Speaker 2**
But I would say, I totally feel, you will never be feeling yoga.
**Speaker 2**
If you don't do something like this, you won't succeed.
**Speaker 2**
And as you get older, the older you get the more you are likely to be attached to money
**Speaker 2**
and not be willing to help you.
**Speaker 2**
I saw in the dining room things, the more wealthy people got them, the less they gave.
**Speaker 2**
And it was very scary, very weird.
**Speaker 2**
And as we get older we like that.
**Speaker 2**
So I think, I feel very strongly about these three husbands.
**Speaker 2**
and see if you can help.
**Speaker 2**
I like the types of diagrams.
**Speaker 2**
Take a paper bag.
**Speaker 2**
And then we say, "Joke on here."
**Speaker 2**
And help.
**Speaker 2**
And then talk to the person in charge.
**Speaker 2**
I'm a junior tree chargers, right?
**Speaker 2**
And one of them tells you to help.
**Speaker 2**
You're suffering.
**Speaker 2**
So people, during the talk, one of the 1001% of people on the planet is part of comfort.
**Speaker 2**
And we have to share.
**Speaker 2**
We have to do 80% of the world's world, for 12% of the world's population.
**Speaker 2**
It's not fair.
**Speaker 2**
What we're doing is not fair.
**Speaker 2**
And it must come back to us.
**Speaker 2**
It must come back.
**Speaker 2**
Karma is impalable.
**Speaker 2**
Karma cannot be fooled.
**Speaker 2**
So we have to share.
**Speaker 2**
It's in your kitchen.
**Speaker 2**
So here's my first pitch.
You want to start talking?
**Speaker 2**
We went to Mongolia.
**Speaker 2**
Mongolia was under communist rule until the Soviet Union stopped.
**Speaker 2**
Mongolia became communist in 1921.
**Speaker 2**
It was the second big country to become communist.
**Speaker 2**
And on that day they became communist.
**Speaker 2**
They took all the monks outside the city and they killed 15,000 monks in one day.
**Speaker 2**
And they dug up and hauled into the body and into that.
**Speaker 2**
In this hole.
**Speaker 2**
And that was the end of spiritual life in my life.
**Speaker 2**
That was the end of 75 years.
**Speaker 2**
That was the end of 75 years.
**Speaker 2**
In the communism trial, we got on a plane.
**Speaker 2**
We went right there. It was very funny.
**Speaker 2**
And we said we're going to teach meditation and you know, meditation is dharma.
**Speaker 2**
We haven't had a chance to have a sign. This is our first trip.
**Speaker 2**
I think it was 797.
**Speaker 2**
Okay.
**Speaker 2**
Thank you.
**Speaker 2**
We went to China.
**Speaker 2**
And we put up posters around the city for a yoga talk and they were torn down in one day.
**Speaker 2**
All the posters were torn down.
**Speaker 2**
And we asked our friends in Mongolia, "Who's tearing down the posters?"
**Speaker 2**
They said, "They're mostly Mormons."
**Speaker 2**
There's a lot of talents of Mormons are initiated.
**Speaker 2**
And as many things I know, people were tearing down their posters and putting them on their altar.
**Speaker 2**
So the first time he went, we gave his talk in a class, in the university.
**Speaker 2**
These are all sheepherders, they jackherders.
**Speaker 2**
And they loved it. They haven't heard of government up for 75 years.
**Speaker 2**
They haven't heard of them.
**Speaker 2**
There was this young student, "pression" in his act, in his bad world.
**Speaker 2**
And he said, "You've got to come back, and I'll help you. We'll organize your faith."
**Speaker 2**
The second time we went, we gave in the largest stadium,
**Speaker 2**
I was here, I was in London,
**Speaker 2**
What should we do? What should we do? I mean, we're attached to America. Because we live in America, we like America.
**Speaker 2**
But, getting your goal was to really help the world. Maybe we should be there.
**Speaker 2**
So we, I don't know, we went into a chair and she, we didn't have time to go back. And this dream was going to go back.
**Speaker 2**
and we saw something interesting happened to Buddhism in Hong Kong.
**Speaker 2**
It has always been a priesthood test.
**Speaker 2**
In India, the brown and brown, so it has always been that spiritual knowledge was passed out.
**Speaker 2**
You can't do communion in your house.
**Speaker 2**
You know, you can't talk to God correctly.
**Speaker 2**
You need a priest or a prophet or a rabbi.
**Speaker 2**
You can't do it by yourself, right?
**Speaker 2**
So when we taught Montoya, we were teaching people to go to life.
**Speaker 2**
You can practice in your own house, you can practice in your own house,
**Speaker 2**
you can contact the Dutch guy's book, whatever you mean.
**Speaker 2**
You can contact the higher powers by yourself. We don't need an engineer.
**Speaker 2**
You can learn yoga, you can practice.
**Speaker 2**
And then you can meet God or whatever you want to call.
**Speaker 2**
So people were really happy.
**Speaker 2**
And this big movement has started. So we are going to go back in summer.
**Speaker 2**
And we have this idea, this is a book, okay, and that's you were talking about.
**Speaker 2**
I know she is.
**Speaker 2**
Go to church.
**Speaker 2**
That is right. It's called "Ochid Parkwatch".
**Speaker 2**
It's a sunny, from the dark, this day is deep, so it's really exciting to hide.
**Speaker 2**
It's the Mongolian translation of the primocardies. And it's gone. And there were divers in my community.
**Speaker 2**
The Chinese translation is now one of the best-selling books in China.
**Speaker 2**
Taiwan is the third best-selling book. And I don't know, 30,000 people use it.
**Speaker 2**
We were in Chakki in Taiwan. We saw several drivers who had a diamond car on the seat.
**Speaker 2**
And it was on the side of a box. There was a whole thing on the side of a box about diamond car.
**Speaker 2**
So we would like to...we're trying to introduce it into my brother and family.
**Speaker 2**
And because now that they don't have communism, everybody wants to be a business man.
**Speaker 2**
Everybody wants to start their own lives.
**Speaker 2**
So, if currently you are interested in protecting your country, keeping your country strong, right?
**Speaker 2**
We would want to help poor countries. That would be the right thing to do.
**Speaker 2**
So we have this plan. We want to take this before June.
**Speaker 2**
And we just want to give it away to 10,000 people in one moment.
**Speaker 2**
It's a chance to change the entire country. In one day, it's a chance to change the entire country.
**Speaker 2**
They are ready. They want. They want to come back to the meditation class.
**Speaker 2**
They were great yogis. They were so very good. We just did a yoga theory by who?
**Speaker 2**
Paranatha, Paranglone
**Speaker 2**
outside of this big hierarchy of something.
**Speaker 2**
We need to raise that price of freedom.
**Speaker 2**
And to grow.
**Speaker 2**
I think it's like $10,000.
**Speaker 2**
It's kind of stupid in a city where $10,000 is a month to pay for one person.
**Speaker 2**
That you could change a whole country.
**Speaker 2**
You could turn a whole country back onto your rent.
**Speaker 2**
We are going to turn the whole country back on to you.
**Speaker 2**
We want to show.
**Speaker 2**
So we want you to help.
**Speaker 2**
That's all. You should do it.
**Speaker 2**
And then when we ask the event, you should do that.
**Speaker 2**
And when we ask the therapist, you should do that.
**Speaker 2**
And if you are broke or your grandparent, no, no, I don't care.
**Speaker 2**
No.
**Speaker 2**
Nothing for a million people's lives. Nothing.
**Speaker 2**
stupid kids, hold back,
**Speaker 2**
So people smile.
**Speaker 2**
That's awesome.
**Speaker 2**
That's my tip.
**Speaker 2**
I said, John Rachel, what?
**Speaker 2**
Did you walk around the garage?
**Speaker 2**
I'm going to do a bad guy.
**Speaker 2**
I'm going to go to the garage.
**Speaker 2**
And just do it.
**Speaker 2**
Just do it.
**Speaker 2**
That means you will hurt yourself, read yourself, learn yourself,
**Speaker 2**
and you will save a country.
**Speaker 2**
You will save a country.
**Speaker 2**
You will save a whole time.
**Speaker 4**
Do that and then do your age and then do your job too.
**Speaker 4**
Thank you.
**Speaker 4**
Okay.
**Speaker 4**
All right.
**Speaker 4**
Have a good day.
