Thank you.

Make quiet your body and bless your eyes.
**Speaker 2**
Then focus your mind and nose in the mirror.
**Speaker 2**
No one's watching the air as it fills out your body and your body.

So I feel much better.
**Speaker 2**
Just like the breath of the natural, from your body, from trying to control it in the air.
**Speaker 1**
Just sit back like something like water.
**Speaker 1**
As if you don't see.

I'm going to teach you all day to keep the balance of your mind.
**Speaker 2**
Keeping it a gorgeous day of life.
**Speaker 2**
Just allow your thoughts to rise up from the fall.
**Speaker 2**
Thought of me.
**Speaker 2**
Trying to bring me in that last month.
**Speaker 1**
And now because just watching and imagine what we're doing.

Rise of the Father.
**Speaker 1**
We are coming from God.
**Speaker 1**
In the back of the Father.
**Speaker 1**
Thank you.
**Speaker 1**
I can't be in motion.
**Speaker 1**
Thank you.
**Speaker 1**
Let go to the same body.
**Speaker 1**
Now take a blessing to the Father and the Father.
**Speaker 1**
You have the perception that the hands are crawling and you're laying.
**Speaker 1**
I know that he's not a bad person.
**Speaker 1**
He's also just a rejection.
**Speaker 1**
It's a habit entirely different, but at the same time.
**Speaker 1**
Try to play.
**Speaker 2**
I'm going to
**Speaker 2**
We've been exploring and introducing a certain quality of this thought.
**Speaker 2**
Not itself.
**Speaker 2**
Traffic or hat is thought.
**Speaker 2**
That too is just a projection.
**Speaker 1**
It's just a present family, a present thoughts, life, and health,
**Speaker 1**
in your lives, all day, present, and present, let all be changed.
**Speaker 1**
Thank you.
**Speaker 1**
I got to go to talking about getting to the point where you have a body that is no longer able to be caught
**Speaker 1**
because you had stretched the soma, right?
**Speaker 3**
The pure white element, the element of the heart that brought into your body.
**Speaker 3**
And I said there's a very strong practice that's enabled people to do that.
**Speaker 3**
I meant also to mention something, that it's also a practice, when you finish your asana in your yoga practice,
**Speaker 3**
as you lay down the shavasana to imagine that the purity of your practice has created a
**Speaker 3**
lot of pure nectar inside of your body and that as you're sitting there in shavasana you
**Speaker 3**
would imagine the light element, the pure drop spreading throughout your body in shavasana.
**Speaker 3**
Not the practice that you guys can do now.
**Speaker 3**
You don't have to wait for some big super thing.
**Speaker 3**
So I just wanted to pack that on to you in case you're interested in trying to get to a point where you had a glowing body full of moon nectar
**Speaker 3**
that is unable to be harmed and driving my head in a pheasant.
**Speaker 3**
All right.
**Speaker 4**
Now to the back, William.
**Speaker 4**
Um, very sticky background.
**Speaker 4**
I hope you made a special moment.
**Speaker 4**
There is a seal which when you make it comes to the inner way to dry up the sunlight channel.
**Speaker 4**
For this reason the English college is still dry.
**Speaker 4**
This is a nice thing about mudras.
**Speaker 4**
of Udiyana. And if you get a jerk right, you have to twist it somewhere.
**Speaker 4**
Now, take that top of your top.
**Speaker 4**
With your tip of your top. Udiyana.
**Speaker 4**
Udiyana! Udiyana! Udiyana!
**Speaker 4**
Udiyana means to go up, ut, and the D means to fly.
**Speaker 4**
And the name of the seal is to fly up.
**Speaker 4**
I wanted to talk about the name of the seal because it's a holy name.
**Speaker 4**
Udyana was a king in ancient India. There's a couple of kings there.
**Speaker 4**
The most famous one was the king of the time of God's world.
**Speaker 4**
And it was for him that the Wheel of Life was painted.
**Speaker 4**
There's a Wheel of Life up here.
**Speaker 4**
But Lord Buddha designed the Wheel of Life for King India.
**Speaker 4**
And his kingdom came to be called Udyana.
**Speaker 4**
And it was apparently the western part.
**Speaker 4**
Because later, Budianna came to be thought of as the western paradise and the white paradise.
**Speaker 4**
So the name of the king got named and realm got named in paradise.
**Speaker 4**
So people would say, you know, if you get invited you can go to the western paradise.
**Speaker 4**
In Tibetan, the word, it's in India. In some parts of India, we get changed to Ujjayata, Ujjayata.
**Speaker 4**
And then the Tibetan started like that, especially the Eastern Tibetan.
**Speaker 4**
So they came under Orgyan, or Ugyan, or Ujjain, or Orgyan, and it's a common name in some religions.
**Speaker 4**
as you might say, "suhala, Uvyan, or Nama Orhya."
**Speaker 4**
And these are all corruptions of the word, "Uniyama"
**Speaker 4**
.
**Speaker 4**
Uniyama is one of the 24 holy places in the world.
**Speaker 4**
And in the yogic tradition of the inner body, which we will do now, but we will be very later,
**Speaker 4**
the 24 holy places have corresponding holy places in the body.
**Speaker 4**
So, Uniyama is the first place in the world.
**Speaker 1**
I think we were teaching those things in the West.
**Speaker 4**
I think also there will come to these sacred places in the West that are connected to the, you know, in each of the 24th century days.
**Speaker 4**
So I don't think too strict to India is that involved. I think wherever yogis are living, then those places come to be there.
**Speaker 4**
And I would guess that there was a yogi in the kingdom of Udayana who favored this bandha.
**Speaker 4**
And then the bandha came to be called the Udayana Bandha.
**Speaker 4**
Like the Tlandara, which we'll get to next class, next course, the Chinbha, also comes from the name of a yogi who used it for a...
**Speaker 4**
Or the Chinbha name is given to the Dabhajana.
**Speaker 4**
So Udayana is also a famous tradition of yogis.
**Speaker 4**
And there's a daily connected, a goddess connected to Hidhyana, called
**Speaker 4**
Vim Yama.
**Speaker 4**
I'm sorry, you can't
**Speaker 4**
I said that specifically in the text you have to take it out of the Excel, so it's an Excel
**Speaker 4**
object. So you would go out like that. Ready? One, two, three.
**Speaker 4**
Okay, there's two motions. One is, you'll hear a good yoga teacher, they'll say, "Gluyer,
**Speaker 4**
may-mol-teer, that phone." So there's a pushing back up a little bit, and then there has to
**Speaker 4**
It will be, there has to be a slide up.
**Speaker 4**
And then you try to hollow off the top of the abdominal cavity.
**Speaker 4**
They say try to massage your heart with the muscles of your, what is it called the one you want to say?
**Speaker 4**
Diet breath.
**Speaker 4**
Diet breath. Yeah, try to massage your heart with your diet breath.
**Speaker 4**
Muscles, it's fixing the word.
**Speaker 4**
So it's considered, we would say, it's a very safe bundle.
**Speaker 4**
Or it's a good bundle for us to take frequently.
**Speaker 4**
Because any time you're doing a retention on an exhale, it's the same thing.
**Speaker 4**
So we've said in a lot of the mudras so far that it would be better to take it on an exhale.
**Speaker 4**
And you won't get any chronic problems if you do it on an exhale.
**Speaker 4**
Don't overdo it, just do it lightly.
**Speaker 4**
There's a practice in to death where you take an iryana-bhanda all day,
**Speaker 4**
and it's just a light suspension of your abnormal muscle skills.
**Speaker 4**
I think you can try.
**Speaker 4**
It's just a slight sucking into your belly all day.
**Speaker 4**
Just because I tell you, "Oh, American ladies do that all the time."
**Speaker 4**
And it's just a race working.
**Speaker 4**
It's a suspension, okay?
**Speaker 4**
You have to get this idea that in yoga, David Knight,
**Speaker 4**
that G, he was taught of this very strongly in G and G,
**Speaker 4**
that you have to learn in certain poses to just suspend,
**Speaker 4**
like a suspension bridge, so there's no effort,
**Speaker 4**
and there's no struggle.
**Speaker 4**
It's not like a bridge that is held up by columns.
**Speaker 4**
It's a bridge that's just held up by a screen,
**Speaker 4**
and it's just hanging down, you know?
**Speaker 4**
And in a lot of yoga poses, I think you can find this point.
**Speaker 4**
If you do yoga every day, you'll find this point
**Speaker 4**
which we have Lady Rishika, I call it Kaina
**Speaker 4**
and give yourself a chance to text.
**Speaker 4**
And then you just sit there and listen very carefully.
**Speaker 4**
And you try not to think about what you're doing after the class.
**Speaker 4**
And you open your mind and you open your eyes,
**Speaker 4**
and then the Lama things are straight into your heart.
**Speaker 4**
Chances are straight into your heart.
**Speaker 4**
And that blessing is passed on from generations to generations.
**Speaker 4**
So it's a death to keep lineage trees of movements.
**Speaker 4**
You know, like who gave this movement to whom?
**Speaker 4**
Tonight we're very honored and lucky to have some lady booth of the other day.
**Speaker 4**
We've got some of the sections. We'll be doing that before.
**Speaker 4**
So anyway, an idea of suspension where you just sort of, you don't suck it in, you kind of exhale the breath,
**Speaker 4**
and then you... it sucks in by itself. So I want to do an experiment.
**Speaker 4**
You have to breathe to your nose, right?
**Speaker 4**
Exhale to your nose, and then stop, and then try to suck in your upper hand.
**Speaker 4**
Here you go.
**Speaker 4**
By the way, if you release too explosively, you have a too low.
**Speaker 4**
Now, that's how you can tell. If you have to go, it means you have a too low.
**Speaker 4**
Now I want to try something else.
**Speaker 4**
Let the breath, when I say go, you know, let the breath just trickle out naturally.
**Speaker 4**
And when you watch your perineum, be aware of your groin and your very lower out.
**Speaker 4**
And at some point if you're out there, just keep breathing out. You always have more.
**Speaker 4**
There's called residual air in your lungs that never gets exchanged.
**Speaker 4**
So try to get out with that also. But then keep your mind on your premium and see if it doesn't lock up and support.
**Speaker 4**
And then take better. And then wake for better. And don't take the retention until you feel it.
**Speaker 4**
Okay, ready? So you're not going to go. You're just going to go.
**Speaker 4**
A tauta de pauta, você vai ficar bem, você vai ficar bem, você vai ficar bem.
**Speaker 4**
Okay? Better, right? Feels better? Did you feel it? It's a lot in your mind. It happens automatically.
**Speaker 4**
So that's a nice way to take that. And then as you go through the day, try to use a good practice for a yogi to keep their stomach slightly suspended in.
**Speaker 4**
and it keeps the downward moving wind from moving down completely.
**Speaker 4**
When you urinate or defecate, have your menstruation release,
**Speaker 4**
especially when you have a baby, it takes a lot of downward cramps upon a bike.
**Speaker 4**
It requires a lot of expenditure of that wind.
**Speaker 4**
And as you extend it to your life, you get over it. You lose energy.
**Speaker 4**
So, the idea is for a yogi, all day long, as you sit at a desk, as you paint, as you do whatever you do,
**Speaker 4**
you just try to keep a light, a light, a bandha there. And it will help preserve that energy.
**Speaker 4**
Okay? And that's ultimately the purpose of this buddha, or this bandha, is to keep the gauras here and there.
**Speaker 4**
suspended and moving up. And that helps trigger the fire, which later triggers the direct
**Speaker 4**
He says, "Biviana is the elephant, sorry, the lion that kills the mad elephant."
**Speaker 4**
And that helps the great work to fly out.
**Speaker 4**
The elephant is a lion in the field.
**Speaker 4**
The bird is the dower turning in, and by hoping to be able to try to keep it,
**Speaker 4**
you're trying to reverse its flow to make it go upwards.
**Speaker 4**
The elephant is the death itself, and it's supposed to be a wild elephant or a killer elephant,
**Speaker 4**
The lion is the practice of Buryama and other Huffington practices,
**Speaker 4**
which means you can kill the elephant.
**Speaker 4**
The lion is the only creature that can kill the elephant.
**Speaker 4**
The idea is you can't get yourself out of time, right?
**Speaker 4**
You can't get that.
**Speaker 4**
Oh, and then lastly, he calls Buryama, say, "Bukti?"
**Speaker 4**
"Bukti!"
**Speaker 4**
Swabalaki.
**Speaker 4**
Swabalaki.
**Speaker 4**
Bhutti means freedom or liberation.
**Speaker 4**
Swabalaki means by itself.
**Speaker 4**
And it's a bad nature I say yes, Rangal. Say Rangal.
**Speaker 4**
Rangal.
**Speaker 4**
Rangal means something like, what's that?
**Speaker 4**
Rangal means you just get light down.
**Speaker 4**
You don't have to do anything.
**Speaker 4**
I'm doing that.
**Speaker 4**
And then it needs a lot of description because it has led to some people sitting out in bars and drinking beer, all that and all that.
**Speaker 4**
And not doing yoga or anything, because they say, "Oh, I'm doing yoga or anything."
**Speaker 4**
"I'm working on yoga."
**Speaker 4**
"I'm waiting for the automatic version."
**Speaker 4**
You know.
**Speaker 4**
Obviously you can't do that.
**Speaker 4**
So, "Ban
**Speaker 4**
And the reason why we're doing asanas, and the reason why we're doing muridhats,
**Speaker 4**
and the reason why we did kriya, and the reasons why we did mantras and kumbhakas, and all the stuff,
**Speaker 4**
and the reason why we're going to do raja-yoda is important.
**Speaker 4**
And the reason why I'm going to spend all these years on these practices is to get to see them to this practice,
**Speaker 4**
which is raja-yoda. It will liberate if you see it again.
**Speaker 4**
But it takes years of practice. It takes years of training.
**Speaker 4**
So be careful when he says, "Look, this is not automatic in words."
**Speaker 4**
It's not quite that easy.
**Speaker 4**
But, the fastest way and the easiest way is to see it.
**Speaker 4**
If you can see it, then, yeah, it's almost all the way.
**Speaker 1**
So we've gotten to day seven, which is Tuesday.
**Speaker 1**
We're on Tuesday today.
**Speaker 3**
And something really exciting thing about Tuesday's class is that we're going on to chapter four.
**Speaker 3**
You know, just to remind you, and for some of you who haven't worked here the entire time,
**Speaker 3**
we did half of chapter three.
**Speaker 3**
And then each time we do Hatha Yoga Pradipika, each course, we do a little bit of Chapter 4.
**Speaker 3**
Because we think Chapter 4 is so important because Chapter 4 is about Ratha Yoga.
**Speaker 3**
So Ratha Yoga is, you know, emptiness yoga.
**Speaker 3**
It's the king of all yoga.
**Speaker 3**
It's what you do at the culmination of your practice according to the Indian school of yoga,
**Speaker 3**
where first you work from the body, and then you go into the mind, right?
**Speaker 3**
That school of yoga goes the opposite direction.
**Speaker 3**
First you work from the mind, and then you go into the body, the teachings of the body.
**Speaker 3**
So we're going this way, you know, in this text.
**Speaker 3**
We've gone through the asanas, we've gone through the pranayama,
**Speaker 3**
We've gone through all of the sexy mudras that have everything to do with your inner body and your inner channels.
**Speaker 3**
And if you haven't been able to get the wind into the central channel by now
**Speaker 3**
and go into the direct perception of emptiness, well, here's chapter four to help you out, right?
**Speaker 3**
If that didn't spontaneously erupt in you as some sort of amazing direct experience of emptiness
**Speaker 3**
by practicing the mudras, well, you can go on to read the fourth chapter.
**Speaker 3**
the fourth chapter tells you about
**Speaker 3**
where to put your mind
**Speaker 3**
where to focus your mind
**Speaker 3**
on the other hand
**Speaker 3**
your winds have to be
**Speaker 3**
in a certain
**Speaker 3**
really smooth and pure
**Speaker 3**
state already
**Speaker 3**
to even want to focus on emptiness
**Speaker 3**
to be even able to understand
**Speaker 3**
the verses in chapter four
**Speaker 3**
and that's one of the reasons why
**Speaker 3**
in the Indian yoga system
**Speaker 3**
they go through the body first.
**Speaker 3**
Because you would never be able
**Speaker 3**
to just start with chapter 4
**Speaker 3**
and you know, everything is so esoteric
**Speaker 3**
and you don't understand a thing
**Speaker 3**
and the reason you don't understand a thing
**Speaker 3**
is because your wings are all clodged up.
**Speaker 3**
So you do these exercises
**Speaker 3**
and you do this breathing practice
**Speaker 3**
and you do this work with your inner body
**Speaker 3**
to get the wings into a state
**Speaker 3**
where you actually can understand
**Speaker 3**
what they're teaching you in chapter 4.
**Speaker 3**
I was sitting there.
**Speaker 3**
We, you know, Geshe-Martha and I have been borrowing
**Speaker 3**
a certain angel's apartment for the last two weeks while we were here.
**Speaker 3**
And we actually haven't left the apartment.
**Speaker 3**
We've just gone from the apartment to, you know, in the cab to here and back.
**Speaker 3**
And we've never, we just don't go outside.
**Speaker 3**
We were getting a little, I don't know, stir-crazy, right?
**Speaker 3**
So today we left.
**Speaker 3**
Today we left the apartment.
**Speaker 3**
It was like a great day, you know?
**Speaker 3**
Get your iPhone free, leave the apartment.
**Speaker 3**
And we walked across the street and we went to Starbucks.
**Speaker 3**
It was like very excited for me.
**Speaker 3**
And we worked there.
**Speaker 3**
Instead of working in our little apartment, we worked at Starbucks.
**Speaker 3**
But it was very exciting because I got to see other people.
**Speaker 3**
Like I got to see a world out there, you know?
**Speaker 3**
I got to see business people.
**Speaker 3**
I got to see people that were working on the highway with those orange suits on.
**Speaker 3**
And I was so excited, you know?
**Speaker 3**
And I got to see the people who actually work in Starbucks.
**Speaker 3**
I was like, hi!
**Speaker 3**
I got these people.
**Speaker 3**
I'm coming here when it was first to meet.
**Speaker 3**
Oh, my gosh.
**Speaker 3**
So excited.
**Speaker 3**
So, I was sitting there in Starbucks, and I was thinking about these verses,
**Speaker 3**
and I was thinking about Chapter 4, and what it would be like if I approached one of those business people,
**Speaker 3**
and I said, well, this is, there's this concept of ethics.
**Speaker 3**
You know, let me explain it to you.
**Speaker 3**
I mean, in addition to being kind of like a Jehovah's Witness,
**Speaker 3**
I would also, you know, there's a good likelihood that I would fail in my presentation.
**Speaker 3**
Why, you know, the majority of people in the world aren't ready to hear it.
**Speaker 3**
The majority of the people in the world, if you talk to them about it,
**Speaker 3**
And maybe you've experienced this, like some people have really cool mothers and fathers.
**Speaker 3**
Some people, like myself, their parents are like, "I don't understand what you're doing.
**Speaker 3**
I just don't get it, but that's okay, I love you."
**Speaker 3**
And, you know, I try to explain to them and they just don't really want to hear it.
**Speaker 3**
Or you try to tell someone something and it just goes right in their head.
**Speaker 3**
And it's that concept of where the kids have not really been honed.
**Speaker 3**
You know, they haven't been honed for this practice.
**Speaker 3**
They haven't been honed to be able to hear the concept of emptiness.
**Speaker 3**
So you just feel, you know, you guys have been so lucky.
**Speaker 3**
You were born ready.
**Speaker 3**
You were born ready to hear this.
**Speaker 3**
And it's because of all the work that you've done in your past life.
**Speaker 3**
But for the normal average person, there is just a thing on the street.
**Speaker 3**
If you just grab one of them and started talking to them about this, it would be really difficult for them.
**Speaker 3**
It would be totally inconceivable for them.
**Speaker 3**
Now it's starting to change. Things are starting to shift, right?
**Speaker 3**
You know, we get movies like The Matrix, and then all of a sudden everyone's thinking about it a little bit.
**Speaker 3**
In your job it's so much easier.
**Speaker 3**
But that's, it's like a shift in everybody's ways.
**Speaker 3**
Alright?
**Speaker 3**
So, anyway, this is chapter 4 after we've all been calling for it.
**Speaker 3**
Anta shunyo bahif shunya.
**Speaker 3**
Shunya kumbha ibangbare.
**Speaker 3**
Anta for May, Vahith for Nacht. For Nacht, Kumba, Ivar Nave.
**Speaker 3**
Inside empty, outside empty, like an empty bottle in mid-air.
**Speaker 3**
Inside full, outside full, like a full bottle in the ocean.
**Speaker 3**
Well, we're right in the middle of chapter 4, we're on verse 56, and we are actually going into deep meditation on emptiness at this point.
**Speaker 3**
And this is the metaphor for what it's like when you get there.
**Speaker 3**
And, you know, the reason why so many ancient texts describe ancient metaphors is because you can't actually really describe the direct perception of emptiness to another person.
**Speaker 3**
Because words could never be emptiness.
**Speaker 3**
Words are conceptual things.
**Speaker 3**
Words are a cosmic reality.
**Speaker 3**
Words talk around the thing.
**Speaker 3**
They never actually get to the thing itself.
**Speaker 3**
You can never get to a thing itself through words.
**Speaker 3**
So they describe things in metaphors so you get images which is like, I don't know, a little bit closer to the thing itself.
**Speaker 3**
But still, still you're talking around it.
**Speaker 3**
So what is this metaphor telling us?
**Speaker 3**
You're picturing this empty bottle in mid-air and it's kind of like the meditations that you do on your body
**Speaker 3**
where you're just in outline and inside you're all hollow and like maybe outside you're just floating in the sky
**Speaker 3**
and there's nothing in between except for this shell.
**Speaker 3**
It's talking about how our minds are empty and the outside world is empty.
**Speaker 3**
Both. Inside empty, outside empty.
**Speaker 3**
And we did the meditation today on Mahamudra, we saw how things are empty inside.
**Speaker 3**
Outside world is a little bit easier.
**Speaker 3**
I have a room full of people who understand emptiness quite well.
**Speaker 3**
And why do they understand emptiness quite well?
**Speaker 3**
Is it because of the words that I'm speaking that allow them to understand emptiness?
**Speaker 3**
You know, could a word that I'd say ever trigger an understanding of emptiness in your ears?
**Speaker 3**
How does it work, actually?
**Speaker 3**
You know, from my side, the reason that I have people in my life that I can see,
**Speaker 3**
that understand, that have wisdom, is because I have embraced wisdom in my own life.
**Speaker 3**
It's the extent that I have embraced wisdom in my own life.
**Speaker 3**
The amount of people around me that understand emptiness is a direct reflection of how much emptiness understanding I practice during the day.
**Speaker 3**
So if I go to startups and I see business people who I think will never understand this concept no matter how much I talk to them,
**Speaker 3**
that's a reflection of myself.
**Speaker 3**
That's a reflection of my own lack of understanding of emptiness.
**Speaker 3**
You see, so my whole world is not what I think it is.
**Speaker 3**
you know? When you have students, and we talked about it last night, we talked about you guys
**Speaker 3**
having your own students and being up here and teaching them and hopefully teaching them
**Speaker 3**
emptiness because that's the most important thing that you can teach. You will look at
**Speaker 3**
your students and at a certain point you will realize there are those students in the room.
**Speaker 3**
not the way that
**Speaker 3**
they think I'm seeing them
**Speaker 3**
there are no students
**Speaker 3**
that came through that door
**Speaker 3**
from their own side
**Speaker 3**
from their own apartment
**Speaker 3**
there are no students like that
**Speaker 3**
there are no students that
**Speaker 3**
have nothing to do with me
**Speaker 3**
there are only the students
**Speaker 3**
that are my projections
**Speaker 3**
there are only the people in this room
**Speaker 3**
that are my projections
**Speaker 3**
due to the amount of wisdom
**Speaker 3**
that I've embraced in the past, right, in my own life.
**Speaker 3**
So when I said yesterday that teaching is for yourself, right,
**Speaker 3**
you can't teach another person.
**Speaker 3**
Maybe from your perspective, the reason that you hear something
**Speaker 3**
and it triggers a perception of wisdom in you
**Speaker 3**
is because you have given wisdom to somebody else in the past.
**Speaker 3**
It's because you have worked to teach somebody else in the past.
**Speaker 3**
You have tried to share that with somebody else in the past.
**Speaker 3**
And so you get it back to you.
**Speaker 3**
You have, there's no interaction between giving.
**Speaker 3**
Huh.
**Speaker 3**
Don't get scared.
**Speaker 3**
Like nervous.
**Speaker 3**
It's true though.
**Speaker 3**
It's true.
**Speaker 3**
It's all coming from something you did in the past.
**Speaker 3**
Like there is no teacher up here.
**Speaker 3**
The way that you think that there is.
**Speaker 3**
you can go backwards, you know? I can go
**Speaker 3**
from this side, I can go from that side.
**Speaker 3**
There are a lot of teachers up here.
**Speaker 3**
You know?
**Speaker 3**
Not the ones that you think that you seek.
**Speaker 3**
Not them ones that are coming
**Speaker 3**
from their side. Not the ones that have
**Speaker 3**
wisdom from their side. Not the ones
**Speaker 3**
that have anything to give you from their side.
**Speaker 3**
Where is all the wisdom coming from?
**Speaker 3**
Where is all the teaching coming
**Speaker 3**
from? It's coming from you. You are writing
**Speaker 3**
this script.
**Speaker 3**
It's your own
**Speaker 3**
mind projecting it. You know, every single word you hear, every single word I say, it's your own
**Speaker 3**
mind. It's a projection and there's nothing else. There's nothing else. And that's emptiness, you
**Speaker 3**
know. There's nothing beyond the projection. That's the outside world. What's it mean in the inside
**Speaker 3**
We did it in meditation today. You know, you hear a certain thought in your own mind, you hear a certain thought of wisdom in your own mind.
**Speaker 3**
It's because you have tried to give it to other people. That's the real reason you have to teach people.
**Speaker 3**
You won't be able to hear thoughts of wisdom in your own mind if you don't see yourself
**Speaker 3**
trying to give wisdom to others. You see? The wisdom doesn't come from your mind in the present moment.
**Speaker 3**
You can't sit here and say, "I'm going to have a perfect meditation on emptiness."
**Speaker 3**
Where does your perfect meditation on emptiness come from?
**Speaker 3**
those thoughts of wisdom come from somewhere else
**Speaker 3**
like your own mind is empty
**Speaker 3**
you listen to your thoughts
**Speaker 3**
you watch your thoughts
**Speaker 3**
and if they came and you were just a watcher
**Speaker 3**
and they came and they went
**Speaker 3**
and you didn't have any control of them
**Speaker 3**
they are not coming from you
**Speaker 3**
if they were coming from you
**Speaker 3**
you would say
**Speaker 3**
okay I'm never going to have another unhappy thought
**Speaker 3**
I'm never going to have another negative thought
**Speaker 3**
about another human being
**Speaker 3**
is long by long. And you could do it if you were in control of your own mind. You could
**Speaker 3**
do it if you were the one that was thinking the thoughts, but you're not. The thoughts
**Speaker 3**
too are projections. Every single moment of mind, every single moment of you is a projection.
**Speaker 3**
And that's what it means by inside empty.
**Speaker 3**
So you get this feeling like there's nothing on the outside, there's nothing on the inside.
**Speaker 3**
But is there really nothing?
**Speaker 3**
Of course not.
**Speaker 3**
I mean, your entire day is completely full of some things.
**Speaker 3**
Your entire mind is like every single step.
**Speaker 3**
You can't have, you can't not have thoughts running through your mind.
**Speaker 3**
People at first in the meditation, they're like, I don't know, I'm not thinking anything.
**Speaker 3**
I'm like, do you have a perception of your own body sitting there on your question?
**Speaker 3**
Yes, well, you're thinking something, you know?
**Speaker 3**
You're constantly thinking something.
**Speaker 3**
There's constant thoughts in there.
**Speaker 3**
You're full.
**Speaker 3**
You're full of all these projections.
**Speaker 3**
And when someone says something unkind to you, it really hurts.
**Speaker 3**
and when you hear depression or anger in your own mind, it really hurts.
**Speaker 3**
And so the idea is not to get to a place where there's nothing.
**Speaker 3**
You can go there in meditation.
**Speaker 3**
You can feel, oh yeah, there's nothing inside and there's nothing outside,
**Speaker 3**
but does that really do you any good?
**Speaker 3**
The idea is to learn how to change the projection
**Speaker 3**
because you know that really there's nothing there on the inside
**Speaker 3**
and really there's nothing there on the outside,
**Speaker 3**
then you have this power.
**Speaker 3**
Every single person I meet is going to be, you know,
**Speaker 3**
practicing worldview perfectly.
**Speaker 3**
Every single person I meet is going to have a perfect understanding of emptiness.
**Speaker 3**
That's what I want in my world, you know, and you can do it.
**Speaker 3**
And then in my mind, I want pure thoughts.
**Speaker 3**
I want compassionate thoughts.
**Speaker 3**
I want thoughts of love for everyone and nothing else.
**Speaker 3**
Nothing else.
**Speaker 3**
and you can do it.
**Speaker 3**
And that's what the whole process is about.
**Speaker 3**
In the end, we will be full.
**Speaker 3**
You know, it's not about getting rid of the projections,
**Speaker 3**
it's about changing the projection.
**Speaker 3**
So you are like full of this purity inside and out.
**Speaker 3**
I'm sorry.
**Speaker 1**
Thank you.
**Speaker 4**
And...
**Speaker 4**
This is like a sexist verse of the book. I don't know, I got it. I just think it's a very good.
**Speaker 4**
Chapter 4, number 58, verse 58.
**Speaker 4**
"Sarkampo am
**Speaker 4**
all thought, then surely all round you will attain peace.
**Speaker 4**
This is also great famous in the Binary Scriptures, in the Binary Scriptures, that everything
**Speaker 4**
is a fabrication of your thought.
**Speaker 4**
"Sei san kalpa."
**Speaker 4**
San kalpa.
**Speaker 4**
San kalpa.
**Speaker 4**
San kalpa.
**Speaker 4**
San means, "Sei san kalpa marka."
**Speaker 4**
San kalpa marka.
**Speaker 4**
San kalpa marka.
**Speaker 4**
"I am all the mantra
**Speaker 4**
Just that and nothing more. Just made up by your own mind.
**Speaker 4**
So then you have to...
**Speaker 4**
These words have been misunderstood for centuries.
**Speaker 4**
In Buddhist schools, late Buddhist schools also, the idea that things are just a fabrication of your mind has been consistently misunderstood for centuries.
**Speaker 4**
And it has led to the rising of many different schools.
**Speaker 4**
Like the minority school, Yomich Chai, or Chidamatra school.
**Speaker 4**
They took it literally.
**Speaker 4**
Lord Buddha himself studied everything as a foundation of the mind.
**Speaker 4**
And later he retracted it.
**Speaker 4**
He turned to me to the real, he retracted it.
**Speaker 4**
I was just kidding.
**Speaker 4**
You know, and then it just created a lot of confusion.
**Speaker 4**
I think when somebody tells you that the world is coming from your mind, the very first thing
**Speaker 4**
you have to do is discuss whether or not it's following.
**Speaker 4**
So, okay, the world is coming from my mind.
**Speaker 4**
Does that mean I could change it just by thinking more positively?
**Speaker 4**
You see, or if it's coming from my mind, could I close my eyes and wish for something, and it would come true, you see?
**Speaker 4**
And for me, in my upbringing, you know, I grew up in the Christian faith, and we like to church a lot.
**Speaker 4**
And you know, very early on I was told to pray, and we'd say, "Mom, what does pray mean?"
**Speaker 4**
And she says, "Well, you close your eyes, and then you ask God for things."
**Speaker 1**
I'm like, "All right!"
**Speaker 4**
I go to the service, and I close my eyes, I get down on my knees.
**Speaker 4**
The sun raised the end to me, and I said, "Oh God, I want a new red flag."
**Speaker 4**
You know? And that was the definition of hair.
**Speaker 4**
You ask for a little more, right?
**Speaker 4**
Then you know, Christmas came in, but I even tried to sneak out the night before
**Speaker 4**
to catch Santa Claus, putting the light there.
**Speaker 4**
what I got was a flexi, okay? So, flexi was this thing, you lay on your stomach on the plane,
**Speaker 4**
and you're stuck all over there, there's some little kids, and all I got was a flexi, a brown flexi.
**Speaker 4**
I was like, "God, you didn't get the vineyard, you didn't get the color right."
**Speaker 4**
And, uh, your idea, the idea that you could close your eyes, but that's fair, that's fair.
**Speaker 4**
for many people, you close your eyes and ask for something, your wishes.
**Speaker 4**
If the world is a fabrication point of life, some call the mantra, and nothing more,
**Speaker 4**
then you can't just close my eyes and wishes.
**Speaker 4**
It has happened since it's coming from my mind.
**Speaker 4**
Or, option two, you know, could I just try to be more positive?
**Speaker 4**
You know, if I wasn't suddenly, if I didn't go around so quickly all day, would the world suddenly change?
**Speaker 4**
You know, like, you hear that. People say, "Take positive."
**Speaker 4**
I saw it. We were invited to give a course, a two-week course this week.
**Speaker 4**
Someone invited us for next year.
**Speaker 4**
And then I said, "Well, this is really yesterday." They gave me a go shirt.
**Speaker 4**
And I'm looking through, and page three is, there's a whole page of positive.
**Speaker 4**
I'm like, "Oh man, I'm sick."
**Speaker 4**
Like, my ear has had cancer, people are dying in a row,
**Speaker 4**
you know, five days older here, and I'm supposed to think about it.
**Speaker 4**
And that's going to change something.
**Speaker 4**
So I think the very first thing a young man has to do when they hear the words "sangal mamata,"
**Speaker 4**
The things are just a fabrication of the plan is to understand it is not God.
**Speaker 4**
It doesn't mean you can really think into it. Why?
**Speaker 4**
You saw it, you worked, you worked, you worked, you know it doesn't matter.
**Speaker 4**
The world is coming out of your mind. Why?
**Speaker 4**
You don't have current control over the spirit.
**Speaker 4**
You can't choose what's happening.
**Speaker 4**
You need the projection of your mind, but it's not under your current control.
**Speaker 4**
You can't wish it is bad.
**Speaker 4**
So what's really happening?
**Speaker 4**
You need the projection which is a force department.
**Speaker 4**
You need the projection of your mind which is a force department.
**Speaker 4**
You don't have a current choice.
**Speaker 4**
Or else no one would have pain in the dentist.
**Speaker 4**
You see? It's not under your current control or else no one will have a bad day for Genghis.
**Speaker 4**
Does anyone here not have a bad day for Genghis?
**Speaker 4**
Have I? Oh my gosh.
**Speaker 4**
Okay, but anyway, for the rest of the year, the Genghis is coming from your life.
**Speaker 4**
It has been planted long ago by how you treated someone else.
**Speaker 4**
The seed was planted long ago by how you treated someone else.
**Speaker 4**
Now the seed has ripened it.
**Speaker 4**
And when seeds ripen in your mind, they ripen it as your world.
**Speaker 4**
They ripen it as your world.
**Speaker 4**
And it's not like some little sprout grows behind your cortex or something.
**Speaker 4**
Not like that.
**Speaker 4**
It ripens as what you see.
**Speaker 4**
See, it ripens as the world is taking place through your eyes.
**Speaker 4**
You see?
**Speaker 4**
So, yes, the world is a fabrication.
**Speaker 4**
But it's not under my appearance.
**Speaker 4**
I can't wish that the world was good.
**Speaker 4**
You can't do that.
**Speaker 4**
I can only do what's called the garden room.
**Speaker 4**
Garden.
**Speaker 4**
So how do you do that?
**Speaker 4**
Okay, so I don't want to have a root canal again in my life.
**Speaker 4**
I had one, and I put a dime in there anyway.
**Speaker 4**
But I decided, you know, I don't want to have any more root canals.
**Speaker 4**
So how am I going to get that done?
**Speaker 4**
I still have time.
**Speaker 4**
I'm not planning for any root canals in the next week or so.
**Speaker 4**
So I have time.
**Speaker 4**
What?
**Speaker 4**
I will plant a different seed.
**Speaker 4**
I will garden.
**Speaker 4**
Where?
**Speaker 4**
I can trust.
**Speaker 4**
In my own mind.
**Speaker 4**
I will plant seeds purposely in the soil of my own mind.
**Speaker 4**
How am I going to do that?
**Speaker 4**
Well, like all of a sudden moms have,
**Speaker 4**
one of the biggest sufferings of pork people in the third world is bad teeth.
**Speaker 4**
One of the biggest sufferings in the third world is bad teeth.
**Speaker 4**
They don't have money to have anyone take care of.
**Speaker 4**
My mama came here at age 55. He had never seen a temple. He was fine. It took like five years to clean his teeth up.
**Speaker 4**
It took like five years to pull out, lost his teeth, and don't rid it. And he was just in pain for 55 years.
**Speaker 4**
Just in pain. And just get used to it. He bore people with their brothers to get used to it.
**Speaker 4**
So if you didn't like Rukana, you can find a community saying, "Mom, Sam Sarah, poor mom Sam Sarah, who would never see the judges."
**Speaker 4**
So send a hundred dollars to Sarah and say, "I want my beautiful monks to go to my school and get their teeth done and then go to Guruji's classes."
**Speaker 4**
I'm probably going to repeat.
**Speaker 4**
You know, I want to, that's it.
**Speaker 4**
And then, that would be a carving solution to your terms of confidence.
**Speaker 4**
That's a carving solution.
**Speaker 4**
We try to teach people, especially business people, what we call carving management.
**Speaker 4**
And this is where you don't try to manage things like outside eating.
**Speaker 4**
You don't try to eat some better food cakes.
**Speaker 4**
You don't try to brush them regularly.
**Speaker 4**
You don't try to eat coffee, sugar.
**Speaker 4**
Things like, forget all that.
**Speaker 4**
Just take care of it. Some people eat sugar their whole lives and have any calories.
**Speaker 4**
Again, some people don't eat sugar and they get calories.
**Speaker 4**
What's really the force behind your canal?
**Speaker 4**
Carbos.
**Speaker 4**
What's the force behind dental care?
**Speaker 4**
What should be written on the side of people's tubes?
**Speaker 4**
Plants of money to somebody that's burnt from the house.
**Speaker 4**
take care of it, and then just think more.
**Speaker 4**
That's the truth. That's the truth. That's the real truth.
**Speaker 4**
No, there's still the two things. Yes.
**Speaker 4**
Will it work?
**Speaker 4**
There'll be a disclaimer on it, too.
**Speaker 4**
If you haven't spent money,
**Speaker 4**
you know, we don't make any guarantees
**Speaker 4**
because it won't work.
**Speaker 4**
And if you take care of other people,
**Speaker 4**
it's just a little bit.
**Speaker 4**
It's very, very, very beautiful.
**Speaker 4**
You are not in control of your current world, but you have all the power in the world to guard your future.
**Speaker 4**
Now you have total control of your life.
**Speaker 4**
If you really understand correctly, if you really become a master of correctly,
**Speaker 4**
you can dictate the future. You can design the future.
**Speaker 4**
It gets to be really, really perfect.
**Speaker 4**
Now, I want to stay in the presidential screen.
**Speaker 4**
"Shit up."
**Speaker 4**
"Okay, well, let's set some money for those who don't have rooms in town."
**Speaker 4**
You know? And they're like, "I don't know, since left there, they got you in the present seat."
**Speaker 4**
You know? You didn't ask for it. You didn't say anybody.
**Speaker 4**
And we don't know who did it. I still don't know who did it.
**Speaker 4**
Well, we go, "There we are." And we're like, "Where's the room?"
**Speaker 4**
They say, "This is this." And all the water is on the ground.
**Speaker 4**
"Oh, you know, let me see you working on time."
**Speaker 4**
And it's all marble and...
**Speaker 4**
Right? You guys saw it, right?
**Speaker 4**
It was funny.
**Speaker 4**
It was funny.
**Speaker 4**
It came from taking care of yourself.
**Speaker 4**
Of course.
**Speaker 4**
And you will not be able to avoid the results.
**Speaker 4**
You know, you can say, "I don't want to stay the touch of the street.
**Speaker 4**
I want to stay somewhere else."
**Speaker 4**
And you'll go to some better place.
**Speaker 4**
You know.
**Speaker 4**
No, no, no. The results are unaffordable.
**Speaker 4**
The results of that kind of work are unaffordable.
**Speaker 4**
the result of foot karma also on the ground.
**Speaker 4**
So, that's gardening.
**Speaker 4**
Things are still a fabrication of your mind, but you can only
**Speaker 4**
garden from the teaching. You cannot, you cannot affect what's
**Speaker 4**
already, you can't pull a tree out of the ground. You can pull a
**Speaker 4**
tree out of the ground, but you can't pull a tree. Tree is too late.
**Speaker 4**
Once an oak tree is low, it's too late. You can pull an echo now,
**Speaker 4**
Your current reality is out of control.
**Speaker 4**
Like Mama Christi said, you didn't have rocks in your tether out of control.
**Speaker 4**
Much less where you stay.
**Speaker 4**
Oh yeah, okay. Then he said, at the end he said, "Oh, Rob, we will surely attain peace."
**Speaker 4**
So this is a little confusing because it's the first time in the book really that
**Speaker 4**
someone has been addressing something wrong.
**Speaker 4**
And this is really unusual in this text.
**Speaker 4**
The author, Swami Swatnara,
**Speaker 4**
he said, you know, this idea about gardening and fabrication,
**Speaker 4**
they did it so well back in the Yodava Shishtha.
**Speaker 4**
Say Yodava Shishtha.
**Speaker 4**
This is a, do you think the Yodava Shishtha is the first book on Yodava Shishtha?
**Speaker 4**
Who is it written by?
**Speaker 4**
I mean, this is written by Ashishka, spoken by Ashishka, who is credited with writing
**Speaker 4**
quite a bit greater than 5,000 years ago.
**Speaker 4**
So I was reading someone's image of him that they covered in it, almost cut out.
**Speaker 4**
So yeah, probably 3,000 years before the other century.
**Speaker 4**
In this book, he describes, Rama is a prince of a king, not Sarkar, I think.
**Speaker 4**
And the king, you know, his prince and his brothers go to see him.
**Speaker 4**
They travel around India, they see Holy Spirit come back.
**Speaker 4**
Rama is all upset.
**Speaker 4**
He's seen all this time, he goes into a depression.
**Speaker 4**
And then the king, the Sarkar, he calls Ashishka.
**Speaker 4**
And he says, "Can you get my son out of his funk, because I'm afraid he's going to give up the..."
**Speaker 4**
He's going to become one of those yokees, and you're all right.
**Speaker 4**
Talk to him, you know? I don't want him to breathe, but I thought, he's got to stay here, you know?
**Speaker 4**
So, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so,
**Speaker 4**
You have to become disgusted with the suffering of life.
**Speaker 4**
You have to become depressed with the suffering of life.
**Speaker 4**
The greatest spiritual characteristics I know are all people whose children were run over by trucks,
**Speaker 4**
or whose mother died in her arms, or they had brain cancer when they were 10.
**Speaker 4**
Suffering is the key to a spiritual motivation.
**Speaker 4**
And then he says, you have to develop the wish for a life.
**Speaker 4**
which were liberation. And then he goes into the various ways of reaching liberation. He
**Speaker 4**
goes to six different sections of that. So Dreyada calls into this discussion. He's
**Speaker 4**
telling Ron how the world is just as not a kitchen. And this section of the book is stolen
**Speaker 4**
from that book. This section is a conviction. So it's totally out of character, this one
**Speaker 4**
and suddenly break into a quotation.
**Speaker 4**
He doesn't warn you. He just puts it there.
**Speaker 4**
But you know it's a quotation because of "How wrong."
**Speaker 4**
And then you can go back and read the animations.
**Speaker 4**
And someday I think we should do the animations.
**Speaker 4**
Thank you.
**Speaker 1**
Thank you.
**Speaker 2**
I'm sorry for that question at all.
**Speaker 2**
We're going to ask only mama lady to come and do those.
**Speaker 2**
She has to leave quite early tomorrow morning
**Speaker 1**
to go to special community and ask questions.
**Speaker 1**
So she's going to do a little before the break now.
**Speaker 1**
Again, it is incredible blessing to get a work
**Speaker 1**
passed down from generation to generation.
**Speaker 1**
from the person who wrote the book,
**Speaker 1**
passing down to their disciples,
**Speaker 1**
and then they have to down,
**Speaker 1**
and they have to down,
**Speaker 3**
and so that the book can change,
**Speaker 3**
so that in the book you can imagine
**Speaker 3**
that the whole line of descendants of this book
**Speaker 3**
is reaching all the way back to Swatma-Rama,
**Speaker 3**
and you are hearing these words
**Speaker 3**
pouring into you through the universe count
**Speaker 3**
and the universe song.
**Speaker 3**
So think about that.
**Speaker 3**
Just try to close your eyes and meditate
**Speaker 3**
Thank you.
**Speaker 1**
Thank you.
**Speaker 1**
Very good.
**Speaker 1**
Now the music.
**Speaker 1**
Thanks.
**Speaker 1**
Thank you.
**Speaker 1**
I just wanted to say that there are so many verses are there.
**Speaker 2**
And so I saw all these things, like the whole number of the verses.
**Speaker 2**
I don't know what I thought it was, but maybe around 30.
**Speaker 2**
So that's where I was in pain.
**Speaker 2**
And then I saw Boo and I said, I'm just going to get out of here.
**Speaker 2**
And I thought he was sort of crazy, but I said that, and it reminded me of the routine where
**Speaker 2**
whenever you tell him he can't do something, then comes up, and it's not a matter of fact,
**Speaker 2**
It was really easy to help me with a really big
**Speaker 1**
I don't have a hundred thousand dollars
**Speaker 2**
I was a person who used to memorize, but I just thought about that a little bit.
**Speaker 2**
But I have to go to do some memorize and I've sung it for a lot of you.
**Speaker 2**
And I don't know much how to come through.
**Speaker 2**
It's been a really amazing relationship that the reader of the book has.
**Speaker 2**
Where you need the book. You're like, "Where's the book? I gotta have it."
**Speaker 2**
And then after a while, it's like more to do. It's not so worth anymore.
**Speaker 2**
Like where the book is, because it's not a few.
**Speaker 2**
It's a seven-diamondation only.
**Speaker 2**
But, um, so I think it is really Porsche and Rhyme's book.
**Speaker 2**
Porsche is really understand that maybe it is a picture of this book.
**Speaker 2**
So I don't want to set a bad example of your book.
**Speaker 2**
It's going to be a nice, excuse me, half a teenage turn.
**Speaker 2**
But I think that if you have a book where there's like so many hundreds of persons,
**Speaker 2**
and there's a situation where you have a lot of other people still decide to just memorize that book,
**Speaker 2**
It's a good idea to memorize, like you try out with one verse.
**Speaker 2**
You know, one verse is just a poem.
**Speaker 2**
You know, you memorize that verse, you can't begin.
**Speaker 2**
And then if you have, you know, a meeting with your mama about something,
**Speaker 2**
you can get one verse, just to memorize.
**Speaker 2**
They always feel like you don't correct.
**Speaker 1**
Whenever I say it, "Ugh, ugh."
**Speaker 2**
So there's one person in the Bible I think that, that I really love, so I got my
**Speaker 2**
map of the film users in the map book, and it's like a polite translation of it, not a
**Speaker 2**
or a word translation of it.
**Speaker 2**
But it's something like our student,
**Speaker 2**
he has a great teacher, the Lord himself.
**Speaker 2**
And he says to the Lord,
**Speaker 2**
"We're having teaching, and then after teaching,
**Speaker 2**
we're doing something on the phone."
**Speaker 2**
So he's a little bit worried about being on the phone.
**Speaker 2**
And he thinks he's a connection to the church
**Speaker 2**
and the Lord himself.
**Speaker 2**
So we got to see more of them.
**Speaker 2**
Well, after we finished, we went to a separate way.
**Speaker 2**
Where everyone finds you, and I want to meet you.
**Speaker 2**
Christian says, "Oh, you know, I'll be everywhere."
**Speaker 2**
And he said, "Well, everywhere is life."
**Speaker 2**
Just be more than a place.
**Speaker 2**
So many beautiful verses are there.
**Speaker 2**
He says, "I am in a syllable awe."
**Speaker 2**
But he gives many really beautiful and mysterious and poetic examples.
**Speaker 1**
And the hard-important person is that, "I am in the body. I am in the cod. I am a vessel."
**Speaker 1**
I am in ladle, that's what I'm doing.
**Speaker 2**
I am the act of the beginning.
**Speaker 2**
And I have captured fire because I get to realize this.
**Speaker 2**
I realize this.
**Speaker 2**
Woo!
**Speaker 2**
So, can you memorize that verse?
**Speaker 2**
And then you can read the verse.
**Speaker 2**
And maybe after a little while, let's another verse.
**Speaker 2**
Ich habe das Wort.
**Speaker 1**
He might always be able to, he's always so beautiful.
**Speaker 1**
He's a whole new place.
**Speaker 1**
He really is.
**Speaker 2**
And he wants to go down to the other.
**Speaker 2**
He's a whole new place.
**Speaker 2**
There are a couple of things that came late,
**Speaker 2**
like the, uh, in the end we say, like, uh,
**Speaker 2**
We've just done chapter 3 up to verse 49 or over to 50, if we're back together.
**Speaker 2**
So let's say thank lady.
**Speaker 2**
And I find the numbers myself really tricky.
**Speaker 2**
I'm just going to say the numbers by myself.
**Speaker 2**
Okay, there's one information that we're going to be right now.
