Start counting your breath. Out breath is the first half. In breath is the second half. See if you can reach ten without having your mind wander to anything else except your breath coming out of your mouth. Thank you. And picture your own heart teacher, your own root lover, sitting in front of you, right in front of you, very close, almost knee to knee. You can feel the heat from their body. You can smell the fragrance coming from their body. Thank you. . Pick up one holy quality that you admire in your teacher. Concentrate on that quality and something you would like to develop. And mind to mind, tell them something that's on your conscience, something that's on your heart, something you've not been doing very well, that you hurt someone. or something negative you've been doing, tell them in your mind. Clean it from your mind by telling them. . And mind to mind, tell your teacher the most holy act you saw done today, the most beautiful act. Maybe it's just someone opening a door for someone, or someone smiling to someone. Try to think of the most uplifting thing you've seen today. And rejoice. Be happy. Tell your teacher about it. . Now think of the one person who is most challenging you nowadays, the one who is giving you the most trouble nowadays. Try to imagine that they are already enlightened and they are trying to strengthen you. . . . Now make a very conscious and sincere prayer to this person that they stay in your life until you're so strong that they no longer challenge you. If it comes true, you can't complain after this. Those are the traditional preparation from all meditations. By our tradition we did them before every meditation. Now we'll start the main meditation. Your teacher reaches out and they touch your body just below the navel and you feel warmth spreading to the whole lower part of your body. that palm is on your belly, below your navel, and you feel a very pleasant, comforting warmth spreading through the lower part of your body, like a red glow. they put their hand inside your body, behind the skin, into your body, and their hand is in a fist, facing palm up, then they open their fist, and in their palm is a red flame, golden flame burning in the palm, and you feel that heat in your body. . Now the hand opens and one finger, one of your teacher's fingers, is touching almost to your spine, below the navel, just barely touching the spine. And at the tip of their finger is a very powerful spark of powerful red light, like laser light. Just barely touching. It's the size of a piece of, a grain of sand. But very, very hot and powerful. And suddenly your teacher has disappeared and there inside the grain of sand, there inside your body, sitting in a space the size of a grain of sand, surrounded by this hot fire. and in your heart you say to your teacher could you stay there, could you stay inside me, always? Then dedicate the good karma. This is the end of all meditations. Dedicate the good karma. Imagine that inside of every person you meet in New York tomorrow, because of your meditation, they have their own heart teacher inside of them in a tiny spark the size of a grain of sand. Dedicate the goodness of this meditation for that, that everyone could have their own heart teacher living within them. Then come back to your breath. Do ten more breaths. Out is half breath. In is the second half. Thank you. Open your necks, open your eyes.
