I am looking to supply local nurseries. - How can I speak to your nursery manager and talk about adding chestnuts, persimmons and pawpaws to your inventory? - All of our species have been grown from seeds collected by growers who select for fruit quality and production - I'm especially excited about our hybrid chestnuts, and named pawpaws and persimmons grown from seed. - We take pride in being local, growing in air prune, great root zones - CTA: I recognized a big need and desire from the community for fruit and nut trees. Are you guys growing fruit and nut trees? - We price our trees in a way that enables nurseries to pot up into 3 gallons and make profit in the first year. - In fact I'm trying to liquidate these trees because I need to move out of town in the next month. - I'm making deals. - CTA: Can I send you my pricelist and availability list? - CTA: Cool, i'llo send today and follow-up with you tomorrow, is that okay? About chesnuts: I have been assembling an ever growing list of Chestnut seedlings that will grow in Zone 4, and of course much farther south. I don’t offer for sale any trees that have not been through at least one winter in the ground successfully. These have been through one winter . Sometimes they frost burn back a little, but they recover. In Zone 5 and up they should all do very well. All the trees we grow are sourced from great orchards and collections where the pollen parent is of high quality. A good chance that many of these will make excellent and productive trees. Most of these are hybrids, with good to excellent blight resistance. I have started posting a list with more details of all these parent cultivars. It is not complete! I will continue to add more details as time allows! A google search will yield some info about many of them,,,As always, email me with any questions you might have , with thanks -Buzz Hi Alyson!
